技术领域
本发明涉及一种唇膏,具体的说,是一种修护唇膏,本发明还涉及含这种修护唇膏的制备方法,属于日化用品领域。
背景技术
唇部皮肤与人体其它部位的皮肤有很大区别,皮肤较薄,且无毛囊、皮脂腺等,由于环境、天气等原因,尤其是在秋冬干燥寒冷的季节,嘴唇会出现干燥、开裂、脱皮、疼痛、无光泽、唇纹等问题。通常人们会使用唇膏来改善这些情况。
现有的普通唇膏原料主要由油脂、蜡类原料组成,常用的有蜂蜡、合成蜡、地蜡、液体石蜡、羊毛脂、凡士林等,虽然可以暂时缓解唇部干燥、缺水等问题,但维持时间较短,不能对唇部肌肤进行深层的修护,此外长期使用,易有化学残留,引起唇部过敏,且肤感粘腻,使用感较差。还要一些唇膏为了达到较好的修护效果,会加入较多的植物油脂,如牛油果树果脂、橄榄油、蓖麻油等,但过多的植物油脂会导致与矿物油脂的相容性降低,且植物油脂易发生氧化变味,影响产品的稳定性。此外,现有的唇膏产品功效较为单一,不能同时满足滋润保湿、淡化唇纹的多重修护效果。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的之一是提供一种修护唇膏,该唇膏具有滋润保湿、修护皮肤屏障功能的作用,能有效改善唇部肌肤干燥缺水问题,并淡化唇纹,具有良好的涂抹性和稳定性。
本发明的另一目的是提供该修护唇膏的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种修护唇膏,按总重量100%计,包括以下重量百分比的成分:润肤剂58-76%,增稠剂16-24%,成膜剂2-5%,功效成分A 0.5-3%,功效成分B 3-8%,功效成分C 0.3-2%,;
其中,所述成膜剂为聚二乙二醇己二酸酯/IPDI共聚物;所述功效成分A为无毛水黄皮籽油;功效成分C为金甲豆籽提取物、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯的复合物。
聚二乙二醇己二酸酯/IPDI共聚物是一种具有成膜作用的润肤剂,具有高光泽和耐久性并形成一层抗水膜,能够赋予唇膏良好的抗水性,从而提高唇膏的长久滋润保湿作用。
无毛水黄皮籽油萃取自水黄皮树的种子,含有丰富的黄酮如水黄皮二酮、水黄皮素等,具有优异的抗氧化性能,此外还具有舒缓、抗衰、抗菌的作用。
金甲豆籽提取物、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯的复合物,购自广州汇朗生物科技有限公司,商品名为植豆酵素,其是采用金甲豆籽经过低温发酵工艺得到的一种油溶性成分,能够促进胶原蛋白的生成,并具有优异的抗炎、抗刺激的效果。
所述润肤剂为氢化聚异丁烯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、氢化聚葵烯、霍霍巴籽油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、橄榄油、异壬酸异壬醇酯、二辛基十二醇十二碳二酸酯、二聚亚油酸二异丙酯中的任意组合;优选为十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、氢化聚葵烯、霍霍巴籽油、橄榄油、二辛基十二醇十二碳二酸酯、二聚亚油酸二异丙酯的组合。
氢化聚异丁烯为一种合成聚合物,具有角鲨烷的化妆品特性,被称为合成角鲨烷,具有滋润、保湿、润滑的作用,还可以帮助提升成膜性;十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯具有如毯子般厚实柔软的触感,具有滋润保湿的作用,且具有高的热稳定性;氢化聚葵烯与其它油脂具有良好的相容性,具有优异的抗氧化和热稳定性,能够提供厚实、爽滑而无滞感的肤感,已被证实具有抗皱的功效;霍霍巴籽油具有不易被氧化、耐高温等优点,具有良好的触觉和延展性,能够提供柔软弹性的肤感,且易被皮肤吸收,且含有丰富的维生素、钙、镁等物质,能帮助提升唇部对外界湿润的吸收;辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯是高清爽度无味油脂,很容易被皮肤吸收,使皮肤润滑有光泽,且具有不油腻的质感;橄榄油富含与皮肤亲和力极佳的角鲨烯和人体必需脂肪酸,吸收迅速,有效保持皮肤弹性和润泽,还含有丰富的单不饱和脂肪酸和维生素、酚类抗氧化物质,能消除皱纹,防止肌肤衰老,有护肤护发和防治皴裂等功效;异壬酸异壬醇酯具有独特的多甲基支链结构,提供干爽和极度柔软的手感,是极佳的润肤剂;二辛基十二醇十二碳二酸酯是一种低凝固点的液态蜡,具有类似矿物油的触感,但是没有矿物油的油腻感,其独特的溶解能力是其与多数蜡具有优异的兼容性;二聚亚油酸二异丙酯是一种优异的渗透润肤酯,有助于提升产品的屏障作用,刺激性低,还能协同降低产品中其它成分的刺激性。
进一步优选的,所述润肤剂中十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、氢化聚葵烯、霍霍巴籽油、橄榄油、二辛基十二醇十二碳二酸酯、二聚亚油酸二异丙酯的质量比为(6-10):(8-14):(5-15):(8-12):(1-4):(12-20)。
所述增稠剂由聚乙烯、C20-C40醇、白蜂蜡组成;优选的,所述增稠剂由聚乙烯、C20-C40醇、白蜂蜡按照(4-9):(8-12):(3-8)组成。
聚乙烯是一种热塑性的固态蜡;C20-C40醇一种经过独有的反映工艺获得的完全饱和的长碳链直链脂肪醇;白蜂蜡耐温性强,能增加产品的稳定性,还含有大量的营养成分,能增加皮肤活力和弹性,具有滋养肌肤、修复损伤和清除皱纹的功效,此外还具有抗氧化、抗菌消炎的活性。三者按照一定的比例复配,能够赋予膏体优异的软硬度、稳定性及涂抹性能。
所述功效成分B为植物油脂和生育酚(维生素E)的混合物;所述功效成分B由大裂叶五桤木籽油、油橄榄果不皂化物、印加果籽油、大花可可树籽脂中的一种或多种与生育酚(维生素E)组成,其中生育酚在功效成分B中的重量百分比为0.2-2%。
大裂叶五桤木籽油可以通过增加肌肤透明质酸含量和胶原蛋白密度达到抗衰老的作用,还能有效促进肌肤深层滋润;油橄榄果不皂化物含有丰富的类异戊二烯(大多为角鲨烯和异构体)和天然维生素E,有助于改善皮肤自身防护能力和水合作用,防止皮肤干燥,此外还能抑制脂质过氧化反应;印加果籽油富含人体必需的脂肪酸,特别是不饱和脂肪酸,能为肌肤提供更多的营养,改善皮肤组织结合力,提高保湿能力,并修护皮脂膜;大花可可树籽脂能够加强皮肤屏障功能,具有长期持久的保湿活性,能有效改善皮肤弹性,淡化唇纹。由于植物油脂在加热或长时间储存后易发生氧化、酸败、发臭等,因此加入一定量的生育酚(维生素E),提供一定的抗氧化能力,此外其还能有效减少皱纹的产生,保护皮肤免受紫外线和污染的伤害,减少疤痕与色素的沉积。
进一步的,上述的修护唇膏还包括天然色素0-1%、赋香剂0-0.3%。
更进一步的,所述天然色素包括β-胡萝卜素、胭脂虫红、紫草红、胭脂树橙中一种或多种组合;所述赋香剂为植物精油和/或可使用香精。
另外,本发明还提供了上述修护唇膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将增稠剂放入91-95℃的水浴锅内加热搅拌溶解均匀;
S2:降温至85-88℃加入润肤剂和成膜剂,搅拌均匀,再加入用少量润肤剂分散均质均匀的天然色素(若不含天然色素则省略此处),均质均匀;
S3:降温至80-85℃,加入功效成分A和B,搅拌并均质均匀,降温至70-75℃,加入功效成分C搅拌均匀;
S4:降温至60-65℃,加入赋香剂,搅拌均匀(若不含赋香剂则省略此处),灌入模具中,冷却成型即得。
本发明提供的技术方案与现有技术相比具有的有益效果:
(1)本申请通过选择合适的润肤剂、成膜剂、增稠剂,并调整其比例,在改善配方相容性的同时,确保产品的软硬度适中,便于涂抹,另外添加功效成分,使得唇膏具有深层滋润保湿的作用,并能有效淡化唇纹,且可添加植物精油或者可食用香精,赋予产品香味;也可添加天然色素,赋予产品一定颜色。此外,本产品不添加防腐剂,具有优异的安全性和稳定性。
(2)唇膏产品中添加了聚二乙二醇己二酸酯/IPDI共聚物作为成膜剂,具有高光泽和耐久性,能够赋予唇膏良好的抗水性,从而提高唇膏的长久滋润保湿作用。
(3)本产品的功效成分由多种成分组成,其中功效成分A(无毛水黄皮籽油)具有优异的舒缓、抗衰和抗菌作用,功效成分B由多种植物油脂及生育酚(维生素E)按照一定比例协同作用,能够有效深层滋润肌肤、增加唇部皮肤的屏障功能和保湿能力,防止皮肤缺水干燥,并能有效淡化唇纹;功效成分C具有良好的抗衰、抗炎和抗刺激的作用,多种活性成分具有协同滋润保湿、提升皮肤屏障功能和淡化唇纹的功效,能有效改善唇部肌肤干燥缺水问题。

实施例1
一种修护唇膏,按总重量100g计,由以下成分制成:
A相:十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯6g,氢化聚葵烯10g,霍霍巴籽油7g,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯10g,橄榄油10g,异壬酸异壬醇酯9g,二辛基十二醇十二碳二酸酯1g,二聚亚油酸二异丙酯15g;
B相:聚乙烯5g,C20-C40醇12g,白蜂蜡4g;
C相:聚二乙二醇己二酸酯/IPDI共聚物5g;
D相:无毛水黄皮籽油0.7g,功效成分B 4g;

一种修护唇膏,其成分及含量与实施例7相似,区别在于功效成分B是由印加果籽油2.5g、大花可可树籽脂3.2g、生育酚0.3g组成。
实施例9
一种修护唇膏,其成分及含量与实施例7相似,区别在于功效成分B是由大裂叶五桤木籽油3.2g、油橄榄果不皂化物2.5g、生育酚0.3g组成。
实施例1-9的修护唇膏的制备方法包括如下步骤:
S1:将B相放入91-95℃的水浴锅内加热搅拌溶解均匀;
S2:降温至85-88℃加入A相和C相,搅拌均匀,再加入用少量润肤剂分散均质均匀的F相(若不含F相则省略此处),均质均匀;
S3:降温至80-85℃,加入D相,搅拌并均质均匀,降温至70-75℃,加入E相搅拌均匀;
S4:降温至60-65℃,加入赋香剂,搅拌均匀(若不含赋香剂则省略此处),灌入模具中,冷却成型即得。
为了能更好的说明本申请提供的技术方案的有益效果,下面给出本申请在研发过程中的一些对比例。
对比例1
一种修护唇膏,与实施例5相对比,区别在于B相由聚乙烯13g和C20-C40醇11g构成,其他成分及含量以及制备方法均与实施例5相同。
对比例2
一种修护唇膏,与实施例6相对比,区别在于B相由聚乙烯12g和白蜂蜡6g构成,其他成分及含量以及制备方法均与实施例6相同。
对比例3
一种修护唇膏,与实施例7相对比,区别在于B相由聚乙烯10g、C20-C40醇3g和白蜂蜡9g构成,其他成分及含量以及制备方法均与实施例7相同。
对比例4
一种修护唇膏,与实施例1相对比,区别在于C相中聚二乙二醇己二酸酯/IPDI共聚物为6g,且不含F相,其他成分及含量以及制备方法均与实施例1相同。
对比例5
一种修护唇膏,与实施例2相对比,区别在于A相中氢化聚异丁烯为8g,且不含C相中的聚二乙二醇己二酸酯/IPDI共聚物,其他成分及含量以及制备方法均与实施例2相同。
对比例6
一种修护唇膏,与实施例6相对比,区别在于D相中的无毛水黄皮籽油为4g,且不含E相,其他成分及含量以及制备方法均与实施例6相同。
对比例7
一种修护唇膏,与实施例6相对比,区别在于D相中不含无毛水黄皮籽油,且E相的功效成分C为4g,其他成分及含量以及制备方法均与实施例6相同。
试验例1稳定性及折断力测试
将实施例1-9和对比例1-3制备的唇膏进行稳定性及折断力测试,测试结果见表1。
稳定性测试方法为:将样品放置在室温、-15±2℃、48±2℃、冷热循环(-15±2℃、48±2℃,2个循环)下测试3个月,恢复至室温后,观察其使用性能,有无分层、变色、变味、渗油、***等异常情况。
折断力测试:采用口红折断力测试仪进行测定(唇膏直径为12.7mm)。
表1稳定性及折断力测试结果
由表1可知,实施例1-9的唇膏具有良好的耐寒耐热性能,且折断力均在400-800范围内,可以保证在使用过程中不易折断,涂抹性能良好。说明本发明采用合适的原料进行合理的复配后,可形成具有良好稳定性和使用性能的唇膏。
而对比例1-3的稳定性相比于实施例均较差,出现耐热条件下渗油或***的情况,寒热交替条件下轻微渗油的情况,且对比例3的唇膏使用时产生粘滞感,说明本发明使用聚乙烯、C20-C40醇、白蜂蜡按照(4-9):(8-12):(3-8)配比作为配方的增稠剂时,能够确保唇膏具有良好的稳定性和使用性能。
试验例2保湿效果测试
选取65位年龄在18-40岁之间的志愿者,随机分成13组,每组5人,分别使用实施例1-9和对比例4-7的唇膏进行保湿效果测试。使用乳胶指套将测试样品均匀涂抹在唇部区域,涂抹量为2mg/cm2,分别在使用前和使用6h后用皮肤水分测试仪Corneometer CM825测试唇部皮肤含水量(MMV,%),每次测试前先用清水清洁唇部及周围肌肤并在测试环境中平衡30min。皮肤水分含量越大,说明产品的保湿效果越好。试验结果见表2。

由表2的结果可以看出,实施例1-9的唇膏具有较好的保湿作用,其中实施例5-7唇膏的保湿效果更好,说明当由十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、氢化聚葵烯、霍霍巴籽油、橄榄油、二辛基十二醇十二碳二酸酯、二聚亚油酸二异丙酯复配作为润肤剂,由大裂叶五桤木籽油、油橄榄果不皂化物、印加果籽油、大花可可树籽脂与生育酚(维生素E)共同组成功效成分B时,使得制备出的唇膏能够更好的提高皮肤的含水量,具有更好的保湿效果。
由对比例5和实施例2对比可知,成膜剂聚二乙二醇己二酸酯/IPDI共聚物能有助于提高唇膏的保湿性能;并且由对比例4和实施例1对比可知,当成膜剂含量高于一定值时,唇膏的保湿性能并没有上升,反而有所下降。
对比例6、7与实施例6相比较,当唇膏配方中不含功效成分A或功效成分C时,唇部皮肤含水量明显下降,说明功效成分A、B、C能够协同增效,提高唇部的保湿性。试验例3皮肤屏障修复、淡化唇纹效果测试及人体试用综合评价
皮肤屏障修复、淡化唇纹效果测试方法:选取65位年龄在30-55岁之间的志愿者,随机分成13组,每组5人,分别使用实施例1-9和对比例4-7的唇膏,早晚各一次。在使用前和使用1个月后使用皮肤水分流失测试仪Tewanmeter TM300测试唇部皮肤的经表皮水分流失TEWL值(单位g/hm2),使用MicroSkinII多功能皮肤镜图像分析***测试唇纹深度(μm),每次测试前先用清水清洁唇部及周围肌肤并在测试环境中平衡30min。TEWL值越低表明皮肤的屏障功能越好,说明产品的修复效果越好。试验结果见表3。
人体试用综合评价方法:由以上测试人员在使用2个月后对试验样品的滋润度、保湿性、淡化唇纹效果以及体验感进行综合评分。5分最好,1分最差,测试结果见表4。

由表3可以看出,在使用实施例1-9的唇膏1个月后,唇部皮肤的TEWL值和唇纹深度值均下降,说明本发明的唇膏能够修复唇部皮肤的屏障功能,并淡化唇纹,并且实施例5-7效果优于实施例1-4,说明当由十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、氢化聚葵烯、霍霍巴籽油、橄榄油、二辛基十二醇十二碳二酸酯、二聚亚油酸二异丙酯复配作为润肤剂,由大裂叶五桤木籽油、油橄榄果不皂化物、印加果籽油、大花可可树籽脂与生育酚(维生素E)共同组成功效成分B时,唇膏屏障功能修复效果以及淡化唇纹的效果更佳。
由对比例5和实施例2对比可知,成膜剂聚二乙二醇己二酸酯/IPDI共聚物能有助于提高唇膏修复屏障功能的效果,并有益于淡化唇纹;由对比例4和实施例1对比可知,两者唇部的TEWL值变化值以及唇纹深度变化值相差不大。
对比例6、7与实施例6相比较,当唇膏配方中不含功效成分A或功效成分C时,唇膏的修复屏障功能以及淡化唇纹的效果明显下降,说明本发明的功效成分A、B、C协同增效才能达到最佳效果。
表4人体综合使用评价结果
由表4可知,实施例1-9的唇膏均具有较好的滋润保湿和淡化唇纹的效果,且具有较好的涂抹性能。对比例4唇膏的延展性较差,有轻微粘滞感,是由于成膜剂含量较大引起的。对比例5-7的滋润度、保湿性和淡化唇纹的效果均低于实施例,说明本发明的唇膏通过选择合适的润肤剂、成膜剂、增稠剂,并调整其比例,在改善配方相容性的同时,确保产品的软硬度适中,便于涂抹,另外添加功效成分A、B、C协同作用,使得唇膏具有深层滋润保湿的作用,并能有效淡化唇纹,更好的修护唇部肌肤。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变,修饰,替代,组合,简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种修护唇膏,其特征在于,按总重量100%计,包括以下重量百分比的成分:润肤剂58-76%,增稠剂16-24%,成膜剂2-5%,功效成分A 0.5-3%,功效成分B 3-8%,功效成分C0.3-2%;
其中,所述成膜剂为聚二乙二醇己二酸酯/IPDI共聚物;所述功效成分A为无毛水黄皮籽油;功效成分C为金甲豆籽提取物、苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯的复合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的修护唇膏,其特征在于,所述润肤剂为氢化聚异丁烯、十三烷醇偏苯三酸酯、氢化聚葵烯、霍霍巴籽油、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、橄榄油、异壬酸异壬醇酯、二辛基十二醇十二碳二酸酯、二聚亚油酸二异丙酯中的任意组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的修护唇膏,其特征在于,所述增稠剂由聚乙烯、C20-C40醇、白蜂蜡组成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的修护唇膏,其特征在于,所述功效成分B为植物油脂和生育酚(维生素E)的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的修护唇膏,其特征在于,还包括天然色素0-1%、赋香剂0-0.3%。
6.根据权利要求3所述的修护唇膏,其特征在于,所述增稠剂由聚乙烯、C20-C40醇、白蜂蜡按照(4-9):(8-12):(3-8)组成。
7.根据权利要求4所述的修护唇膏,其特征在于,所述功效成分B由大裂叶五桤木籽油、油橄榄果不皂化物、印加果籽油、大花可可树籽脂中的一种或多种与生育酚(维生素E)组成,其中生育酚在功效成分B中的重量百分比为0.2-2%。
8.根据权利要求4所述的修护唇膏,其特征在于,所述天然色素包括β-胡萝卜素、胭脂虫红、紫草红、胭脂树橙中一种或多种组合;所述赋香剂为植物精油和/或可使用香精。
9.如权利要求1-8任一项所述的修护唇膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1:将增稠剂放入91-95℃的水浴锅内加热搅拌溶解均匀;
S2:降温至85-88℃加入润肤剂和成膜剂,搅拌均匀,再加入用少量润肤剂分散均质均匀的天然色素,均质均匀;
S3:降温至80-85℃,加入功效成分A和B,搅拌并均质均匀,降温至70-75℃,加入功效成分C搅拌均匀;
S4:降温至60-65℃,加入赋香剂,搅拌均匀,灌入模具中,冷却成型即得。
若不含天然色素或赋香剂,则相关的步骤省略。
