The invention discloses an intelligent supporting device, a using method thereof and an intelligent supporting system. The use method of the intelligent supporting device comprises the following steps: establishing a support device adjusting model; acquiring user information; parameters of the intelligent supporting device suitable for the user are analyzed through the supporting device adjusting model and the user information, and each adjustable supporting module is adjusted according to the parameters of the intelligent supporting device suitable for the user, so that the intelligent supporting device is suitable for the user to use. The intelligent supporting system comprises a server and an intelligent supporting device. By the intelligent supporting device, the using method thereof and the intelligent supporting system, the supporting device can be automatically adjusted according to the actual situation and the current posture of an individual, suitable support is provided for various different postures in life, symptoms can be effectively relieved, damage can be relieved, damage to human health caused by the improper supporting device can be avoided, and the help of the supporting device to a user can be enhanced.

To further explain the technical means and effects of the present invention adopted to achieve the intended purpose, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
A first embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an intelligent supporting device according to the present invention. As shown in the drawings, the intelligent supporting device of the invention comprises a supporting device body 10, a database module 20 and a processing module 30.
The supporting device body 10 is used for providing a human body supporting function and comprises one or more connecting modules and one or more adjustable supporting modules 11, the connecting modules are used for connecting or fixing the supporting device body with a human body, the adjustable supporting modules 11 are used for providing support, and at least one of the position, the force, the direction, the curvature, the length, the width, the height and the thickness of the adjustable supporting modules 11 is adjustable.
The database module 20 is used to store a support device adjustment model for analyzing parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user according to the user information. The database module 20 may be deployed locally or remotely, such as a network server, a cloud server, and so on.
The processing module 30 analyzes parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user through the support device adjustment model and the user information, and adjusts each adjustable support module 11 according to the parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user, so that the intelligent support device is suitable for the user.
The intelligent support device of the invention can be used for at least one of neck support, waist support, head support, hand support, leg support, foot support, chest support, abdomen support, or other parts of support. The intelligent support device can be directly worn/connected/fixed on a human body, and also can be installed/placed/leaned on articles such as a seat, a sofa, a bed, a wheelchair, a vehicle, a backpack, a swim ring (including other water floating devices) and the like to provide support for the human body. In the present invention, the supporting device body 10 is used for providing a human body supporting function, and may be in the form of a neck cover, a neck support, a waist support, a tube top, etc. As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic view of a supporting device body of an intelligent supporting device according to the present invention. The supporting device body 10 comprises one or more connecting modules and one or more adjustable supporting modules 11, each adjustable supporting module 11 can be independently controlled, the adjustable supporting module 11 is a telescopic rod, an elastic rod/plate, or an elastic belt, or other suitable devices, and at least one of the position, force, direction, curvature, length, and width of the adjustable supporting module 11 is adjustable. For example: the adjustable supporting module 11 is a telescopic rod, and the position, force and length of the adjustable supporting module are adjustable; the adjustable supporting module 11 is an elastic belt, and the position, force, direction and width of the adjustable supporting module are adjustable; the adjustable support module 11 is an elastic plate, the curvature of which is adjustable.
In the present invention, the connecting module is used for connecting or fixing the supporting device body 10 with a human body, and may be a bracket, a cushion, a clip, a suction cup, a buckle, a belt, a garment, a pair of trousers, a shoe, a cap, a glove, a backpack, a swim ring (including other floating devices), and the like, wherein the bracket may be a hand support, a head support, a neck support, a shoulder support, a back support, a waist support, a leg support, and the like. The supporting device body 10 can be connected or fixed to the human body by a connecting module, for example: the support device body 10 is waist support, and then the connection module may be a belt for tying the support device body 10 to the waist of the user.
In the present invention, at least one of the position, force, direction, curvature, length, width, height, thickness of the adjustable support module 11 is adjustable. The support device body 10 may comprise a rail on which the adjustable support module 11 may be moved to effect a change in position. It is also possible that the adjustable support module 11 changes its position in the support device body 10 by its own expansion and contraction.
In the present invention, the adjustable supporting module 11 may be formed by a plurality of structures capable of adjusting at least one of position, force, direction, curvature, length, width, height, and thickness, such as various telescopic structures, e.g., a telescopic rod, a telescopic pipe, a telescopic rope, a telescopic plate, a telescopic skeleton, etc.; various steering structures such as a steering shaft, various bending structures such as a bending shaft, a bending tube, and a bending plate; multidirectional rotating structures such as electronic snakes and the like; elastic structures such as an electromagnetic spring, an air bag and an air column are saved; or may be a combination of two or more, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The adjustable supporting module 11 may include an electromagnetic spring, and a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod respectively connected to both ends of the electromagnetic spring, wherein one end of the first connecting rod and one end of the second connecting rod are connected to the electromagnetic spring, and the other end of the first connecting rod and the other end of the second connecting rod are connected to the supporting device body 10. The processing module 30 controls the magnitude and direction of the elastic force of the electromagnetic spring through the current of the electromagnetic spring. For example: when the current passing through the electromagnetic spring is in the positive direction, the elastic force generated by the electromagnetic spring is positive pressure, and the elastic force increases along with the increase of the current and decreases along with the decrease of the current; when the current passing through the electromagnetic spring is in a negative direction, the elastic force generated by the electromagnetic spring is reverse pulling force, and the pulling force is increased along with the increase of the current and is reduced along with the decrease of the current.
In the present invention, the adjustable support module 11 may also be an inflatable airbag. The adjustable supporting module 11 comprises one or more air bags, a valve and an air pump, the air bags are connected with the air pump, the air pump can inflate the air bags, and the processing module 30 controls the elasticity, the size, the length, the height and the like of the air bags by controlling the air volume in the air bags through the valve. In the present invention, the airbag may be a single-layer airbag or a multi-layer airbag. The air pump may generate air chemically or electrically, and is controlled by the processing module 30.
According to the intelligent supporting device, the position, the shape, the area, the force (including different forces at different positions), the direction and the like of the force applied by the adjustable supporting module 11 are controlled, so that the intelligent supporting device can completely meet the actual conditions of users, and various individual requirements of different users are met. For example: the cervical vertebra of user is not good, need provide the neck through intelligent strutting arrangement and support to reduce the burden of cervical vertebra. The individual requirements of the user can be analyzed according to the individual information of the user, such as height, weight, cervical spondylosis degree, daily sitting/lying/standing/walking habits and the like, and each adjustable support module 11 of the intelligent support device is adjusted according to the individual requirements, so that the intelligent support device completely meets the actual conditions of the user. In the invention, the direction of the force of the supporting module 11 can be adjusted, and the adjustment of the three-dimensional direction can be realized according to different application scenes.
In the present invention, the parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user are related to time in addition to the information, action and posture of the user. For example: since the support required for the same motion and posture is different between when the user starts standing and when the user stands for a long time, it is necessary to consider a time-dependent situation when analyzing parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user. Different support schemes at different times are also included.
In the present invention, the database module 20 is used to store a support device adjustment model used to analyze parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user according to the user information.
The establishment of the support device adjustment model can classify the existing data based on different user groups, establish the models of different classified users, then refine the user groups slowly, refine the user group classification more and more, and finally establish the model for each individual user. The establishment and classification of the support device adjusting model can be established manually based on professional/authoritative research results, documents, data and experiences, also can be established based on information reformation/information analysis/big data analysis, also can be established through artificial intelligence deep learning, also can be established after data mining analysis, and various templates can be continuously adjusted and improved in the using process.
The support device adjustment model may be based on user's individual information and ergonomics for each user's use posture, and based on user's basic information, height, weight, neck contour/shape, waist contour/shape, spine shape, physiological curvature, crowd information, genetic related information, disease information, illness information, medical history information, medication history information, medical device use history information, operation items, symptoms, indices, feelings, physical conditions, operation subjects, operation methods, operation targets, physiological development information, marriage information, physiological conditions, psychological/intellectual conditions, life/work/learning/exercise/entertainment information, environmental information, drug/medical device/health product/cosmetic use related information, different postures, center of gravity, body weight, Pressure, muscle elasticity, respiration, body comfort feeling, and the like.
The supporting device adjustment model may include: the user's height, weight, neck contour/shape, waist contour/shape, spine shape, physiological curvature, standing position, sitting position, sleeping position, center of gravity, pressure, muscle elasticity, sleep quality, respiration, body comfort feeling, etc. The parameters can also be obtained by experts according to the industry standard and the medical standard, or obtained by actual trial by users, or obtained by artificial intelligence through big data analysis, or obtained by the combination of the methods. The processing module 30 analyzes the parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user through the support device adjustment model and the user information, and adjusts each adjustable support module 11 according to the parameters of the support device suitable for the user, so that the intelligent support device is suitable for the user.
The user information may include: basic information, height, weight, neck contour/shape, waist contour/shape, spine shape, physiological curvature, standing position, sitting position, sleeping position, center of gravity, pressure, muscle elasticity, crowd information, genetic related information, family health related information such as family medical history, medical history, allergy history, regional epidemic history, medication history, surgical history, medical device use history, learning status, work status, exercise status, family status, living environment, hobbies, compliance status, tolerance status, and information such as physiology/psychology/learning/work/physical/sleep/exercise/mood/metabolism/vision/hearing/intelligence/attention/diet/immunity/growth/memory/fertility status and rest time.
In the present invention, the database module 20 may further include a user personal information database, wherein the user personal information database includes the relevant information of the user for providing or supplementing the relevant information of the user.
The intelligent supporting device can analyze parameters of the intelligent supporting device suitable for the user from the health angle of the user according to the personalized information and medical knowledge of the user, correct the position of the user which is not good for health, and adjust each adjustable supporting module 11 to enable the intelligent supporting device to provide force with proper position, direction and force to act on the body of the user, promote the posture change of the user, guide the user to correct standing posture, sitting posture, sleeping posture and the like.
In the invention, the intelligent supporting device can also comprise a monitoring module for acquiring the information of the user. The information of the user may include: the user's current gestures, actions, etc. The monitoring module may include imaging devices such as a camera, an infrared imaging device, an ultrasonic imaging device, and an X-ray imaging device, and may further include other devices for acquiring information, such as a pressure sensor and a gyroscope. The monitoring module may include one imaging device or may include a plurality of imaging devices. The actual condition of the user using the intelligent supporting device can be known through the monitoring module, and mainly comprises a user and a use posture. The monitoring module can also monitor parameters of the supporting device, and can acquire posture or action information of a user through the current use condition of the intelligent supporting device, such as the shape, direction, angle, position, force and other information of the intelligent supporting device.
The database module of the invention can also comprise a user posture analysis model, analyzes the posture and the action of the user according to the acquired use information, adjusts the model according to the set or analyzed support device, automatically analyzes and adjusts the parameters of the intelligent support device, and adjusts the support device or gives related feedback.
The intelligent supporting device continuously acquires information used by a user through the monitoring module in the using process and is used for adjusting the supporting device adjusting model, so that the supporting device adjusting model conforms to the latest actual condition of the user. For example: the user stands leftwards, parameters of the intelligent supporting device are obtained through the support device adjusting model analysis, suitable parameters of the intelligent supporting device are formed, and the left-leaning standing posture of the user is corrected. After the user uses the intelligent supporting device for a period of time, the standing posture is not deviated from the left, at the moment, the supporting device adjusting model can be adjusted by acquiring the information of the user using the intelligent supporting device, so that the parameters of the intelligent supporting device are not in the condition suitable for correcting the left deviation standing posture, and the user does not need to correct the parameters of the intelligent supporting device for correcting the left deviation standing posture any more because the user does not deviate from the left deviation standing posture any more.
The intelligent supporting device can be used for monitoring, analyzing, evaluating, supporting/assisting/guiding, adjusting, reminding, informing, checking and the like of movement, dance, rehabilitation or posture and the like through human engineering, preset grouped or individual user information and the obtained information such as the current posture, action and the like of the user. For example: the intelligent supporting device can be configured for sentinels, and is used for providing body support during duty, so that the damage of a single posture to the body for a long time is reduced; meanwhile, the current posture, action and other information of the user can be acquired through the intelligent supporting device, and whether the posture of the user is standard or not is analyzed, evaluated and checked. The support device adjusting model can also comprise an individual posture management scheme, different parameters of the support device are given to the user under different use scenes according to the requirements of health, diseases, body problems or occupation, post and role of different users, the posture and the action of the user are monitored and analyzed, and corresponding feedback is given.
The intelligent supporting device can also have the functions of massage/stretching/relaxing. The position, the size and the direction of the acting force of each adjustable supporting module can be changed by repeatedly adjusting the parameters of each adjustable supporting module at a certain rhythm, so that the intelligent supporting device forms pressing or friction acting force on the body of a user to generate the effect of massage/stretching/relaxation. The position and the amplitude of the massage suitable for the current posture of the user can be analyzed through the support device adjusting model, corresponding parameters of the intelligent support device are obtained, and the processing module 30 enables the intelligent support device to form pressing or friction acting force on the body of the user by respectively controlling the position, the size and the direction of acting force of each adjustable support module, so that the massage/stretching/relaxing effect is generated.
The intelligent supporting device of the invention can preset parameters suitable for different use conditions of different users, and in the use process of the users, the processing module 30 automatically adjusts the parameters of the intelligent supporting device according to the parameters suitable for the current use conditions of the users according to the data acquired by the monitoring module. For example: the image of the intelligent supporting device used by the user can be acquired through the image sensor, and the using posture of the user can be obtained through image recognition; or the pressure sensor can be used for acquiring the pressure of the intelligent supporting device at different positions and analyzing the current user and the current use posture; the sound sensor can also be used for acquiring the breathing or snore sound of the user and analyzing the current user and the current use posture; or by a combination of the above methods. After obtaining the current user and the current using posture, the parameters suitable for the current user and the current using posture are found out from the preset parameters suitable for different using conditions of different users, and the processing module 30 automatically adjusts the parameters of the intelligent supporting device according to the parameters, so that the intelligent supporting device is suitable for the current user and the current using posture.
The intelligent supporting device can further comprise a transmission module for receiving and transmitting data, the intelligent supporting device transmits the data acquired by the monitoring module to a server through the transmission module, the server analyzes appropriate parameters according to the use condition of a user and transmits the parameters to the intelligent supporting device, and the control module automatically adjusts each adjustable supporting module according to the parameters transmitted by the server. When the parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user are analyzed through the external server, the processing module 30 may not analyze the parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user, so that the hardware requirements on the intelligent support device processing module 30 may be reduced, and the cost of the intelligent support device may be reduced. The support device adjustment model may also be stored in an external server, in which case the intelligent support device may not include the database module 20, further reducing the cost of the intelligent support device. And for the user who does not preset parameters and the using posture, the server analyzes to obtain suitable parameters, and the parameters of the intelligent supporting device are automatically adjusted, so that the health of the user is protected. In the present invention, the external server may be a mobile phone, a PC, a web server, a cloud server, or the like.
In the present invention, the transmission mode of the transmission module may be a data line mode, a wired network, a wireless transmission mode, a radio frequency identification mode, a magnetic card read/write mode, a mobile hard disk mode, an NFC mode, a barcode mode, a two-dimensional code mode, or the like. The wireless transmission mode comprises: infrared, bluetooth, wifi, microwave, visible light wave, telecommunication wireless network, ultrasonic/sound wave, radio, etc.
The intelligent supporting device can also comprise a remote control module, so that a user can adjust the parameters of the intelligent supporting device through the remote control module, and the intelligent supporting device is more comfortable and more suitable for the user to use. The remote control module comprises at least one of a remote control board, a smart phone, a tablet computer and intelligent wearable equipment. The user sends an instruction through the remote control module, the transmission module of the intelligent supporting device receives the instruction and transmits the instruction to the processing module 30, and the processing module 30 adjusts various parameters of each adjustable supporting module 11 according to the user instruction and adjusts the intelligent supporting device.
The intelligent supporting device can also be connected or/and used in combination. If can be connected together intelligent lumbar support device and neck strutting arrangement, become a whole intelligent strutting arrangement in back, original lumbar support adjusts the model and original neck supports and adjusts the model and also can unite into holistic back support and adjust the model simultaneously. Or a plurality of intelligent supporting devices can be used jointly, the parameters of each intelligent supporting device suitable for a user are analyzed uniformly by an integrated integral supporting and adjusting model, and each intelligent supporting device plays a role in cooperation according to the integral requirement.
The intelligent supporting device can be used in cooperation with other intelligent equipment, such as an intelligent bed, an intelligent seat and the like, and can protect the health of a human body under the combined action. The intelligent supporting device can exchange information with other intelligent equipment through the transmission module to realize cooperative use.
In the intelligent supporting device of the present invention, the supporting device body 10 may be made of at least one material selected from alloy, plastic, sponge, and resin, and has a certain softness, elasticity, and supporting degree. When the parameters of the intelligent supporting device suitable for the user are analyzed, the elastic deformation condition of the material under the human body pressure in different postures can be comprehensively considered for different materials, and the parameters of the intelligent supporting device suitable for the user are obtained through analysis.

The intelligent support device of claim 1, wherein: the support device adjusting model is established based on individual information and human engineering of a user, and the processing module analyzes parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user through the support device adjusting model, the user information and the posture and is used for at least one of support/assistance/guidance, monitoring, analysis, evaluation, adjustment, reminding, notification and assessment of movement, dance, rehabilitation or posture.

The intelligent support device of claim 1, wherein: the intelligent supporting device is provided with models or parameters suitable for different use conditions of a user in advance, and the control module automatically adjusts each adjustable supporting module according to the models or parameters suitable for the current use condition of the user according to the data acquired by the monitoring module in the use process of the user.

The intelligent support device of claim 1, wherein: the intelligent supporting device further comprises a massage \ stretching \ relaxing function, and parameters of the adjustable supporting modules are adjusted repeatedly at a certain rhythm, so that the intelligent supporting device forms pressing or friction or stretching acting force on the body of a user, and the massage \ stretching \ relaxing effect is achieved.

The intelligent support device of claim 1, wherein: the intelligent supporting device further comprises a transmission module used for receiving and transmitting data, the intelligent supporting device transmits the data acquired by the monitoring module to the server through the transmission module, the server analyzes suitable parameters according to the use condition of a user and transmits the parameters to the intelligent supporting device, and the control module automatically adjusts each adjustable supporting module according to the parameters transmitted by the server.

The intelligent support device of claim 1, wherein: the intelligent supporting device further comprises a remote control module, and the remote control module comprises at least one of a remote control board, a smart phone, a smart headset, a tablet personal computer and intelligent wearable equipment.
11. A method for using the intelligent supporting device as claimed in any one of claims 1-10, wherein the method comprises:
establishing a support device adjusting model;
acquiring user information;
parameters of the intelligent supporting device suitable for the user are analyzed through the supporting device adjusting model and the user information, and each adjustable supporting module is adjusted according to the parameters of the intelligent supporting device suitable for the user, so that the intelligent supporting device is suitable for the user to use.
12. An intelligent support system, its characterized in that: the intelligent supporting system comprises a server and an intelligent supporting device,
the server comprises a database module, an analysis module and a second transmission module, wherein the database module is used for storing a support device adjusting model, the support device adjusting model is used for analyzing parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user according to the user information, the analysis module is used for analyzing the parameters of the intelligent support device suitable for the user through the support device adjusting model and the user information, and the second transmission module is used for receiving and transmitting data;
the intelligent supporting device comprises a supporting device body, a transmission module and a processing module, wherein the supporting device body is used for providing a human body supporting effect and comprises one or more connecting modules and one or more adjustable supporting modules, the connecting modules are used for connecting or fixing the supporting device body with a human body, the adjustable supporting modules are used for providing support, at least one of the position, the force, the direction, the curvature, the length, the width, the height and the thickness of each adjustable supporting module is adjustable, the processing module adjusts each adjustable supporting module according to parameters of the intelligent supporting device suitable for a user, so that the intelligent supporting device is suitable for the user to use, and the transmission module is used for receiving and transmitting data.
