The air flow passage 312 communicates with the sewage suction port 23. A second connecting pipe 316 is further fixedly mounted on one side of the airflow channel 312 close to the body 1, and the second connecting pipe 316 is communicated with the airflow channel 312. The second connection pipe 316 is rotatably connected to the first connection pipe 141 by a damping spring, and the second connection pipe and the first connection pipe are connected to each other in a sealed manner.
One end of the first cavity 311, which is far away from the machine body 1, is provided with a dirt collecting channel, one end of the dirt collecting channel, which is close to the machine body 1, is a collecting channel outlet 314, and the collecting channel outlet 314 is communicated with the sewage inlet 25; the end of the dirt collecting channel far away from the machine body 1 is a collecting channel inlet 313, the collecting channel inlet 313 is communicated with the collecting channel outlet 314, the collecting channel inlet 313 is communicated with the rolling brush 32, and the collecting channel inlet 313 is positioned between the rolling brush 32 and the collecting channel outlet 314;
illustratively, by activating the suction fan, a negative pressure is created in the box 22, so that the roller brush 32 can discharge the collected dirt from the collection channel inlet 313 into the dirt collection channel and from the collection channel outlet 314 to the dirt inlet 25, and then into the box 22 for storage. Because the box body 22 is arranged in the first cavity 311, the path length for collecting the garbage and the sewage can be greatly shortened, the suction requirement can be met by using small suction equipment, and the cost and the equipment noise are reduced. And the suction path is short, so that the probability of blockage and odor in the dirt collecting channel is further reduced, and the dirt collecting channel is more convenient to clean.
The collecting channel inlet 313 is in a sectional gradually-changed bell mouth shape, and exemplarily, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the collecting channel inlet 313 is symmetrically expanded in a sectional manner towards two sides; the first section of the collecting channel inlet 313 in the horizontal direction has an expansion angle alpha of 95-130 degrees, the second section of the collecting channel inlet 313 in the horizontal direction has an expansion angle e1 of 150-180 degrees, the third section of the collecting channel inlet 313 in the horizontal direction has an expansion angle e2 of 150-175 degrees, and the opening angle beta of the collecting channel inlet 313 in the vertical direction is 60-85 degrees, so that the rolling brushes 32 can convey dirt into the dirt collecting channel from two sides of the collecting channel inlet 313, and the collecting efficiency is higher.
The second shell 31 is also provided with a filter tooth 315; the filtering teeth 315 are fixedly arranged above the dirt collecting channel and attached to the rolling brush 32, the filtering teeth 315 are used for removing the dirt on the rolling brush 32 and enabling the dirt to fall into the collecting channel inlet 313, so that one side, away from the filtering teeth 315, of the rolling brush 32 is kept clean all the time, and the continuous cleaning capacity of the rolling brush 32 on the ground is improved.
A power assembly 34 is further arranged on one side of the first cavity 311, the power assembly 34 comprises a first motor 341 and a third rotating block 343, and the first motor 341 and the third rotating block 343 are in transmission connection through a transmission belt 342; the rolling brush 32 is fixedly clamped on the third rotating block 343, and the third rotating block 343 drives the rolling brush 32 to rotate by starting the first motor 341, so as to clean the ground.
The clean water box 35 is fixedly arranged above the filtering teeth 315; and is located below the baffle 33; the baffle 33 is provided with a clear water inlet 331; the clear water inlet 331 is communicated with a clear water tank on the machine body 1 through a hose; the clean water box 35 is provided with a plurality of groups of water storage cavities 351, and one side of each water storage cavity 351 close to the rolling brush 32 is provided with a water outlet 352; the clean water inlet 331 is communicated with the water storage cavity 351; the water from the water outlet 352 falls onto the rolling brush 32 through the filtering teeth 315, thereby increasing the cleaning capability of the rolling brush 32 on the ground.
The working principle of the floor washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
when the sofa bottom, the bed bottom and the like need to be cleaned, the first shell 11 is firstly rotated by 90 degrees or 270 degrees around the central axis of the first rotating block 15, and then the first connecting pipe 141 is rotated so that the moving wheel 13 on the first shell 11 can be contacted with the ground; through setting up sewage box 2 in first cavity 311, when the arbitrary angle of first casing 11 slope, sewage also can not spill over to through promoting handrail 12, can make that the round brush 32 can be better clean at the bottom of the sofa and the bed, reduce the loss of manpower, it is more laborsaving.
When the rolling brush 32 is used for cleaning the ground, firstly, clean water flows into the water storage cavity 351 through the clean water tank and flows to the filtering teeth 315 through the water outlet 352; and flows onto the drum brush 32 through the filter teeth 315, increasing the cleaning ability of the drum brush 32 to the floor. Through setting up the clear water tank in first casing 11 for the whole focus of scrubber reduces, uses more laborsavingly.
Meanwhile, the suction fan is started, so that air in the box body 22 enters the airflow channel 312 from the sewage suction port 23 and then enters the first connecting pipe 141 through the second connecting pipe 316 to be discharged, negative pressure is formed in the box body 22, dirt at the inlet 313 of the collecting channel can be adsorbed, the dirt enters the box body 22 through the outlet 314 of the collecting channel through the sewage inlet 25 to be stored, meanwhile, the water-vapor separation filter screen can enable sewage to be reserved in the box body 22, and the sewage is prevented from entering the second connecting pipe 316. By arranging the box body 22 in the first cavity 311, the distance between the sewage inlet 25 and the collecting channel inlet 313 is short, so that the residual dirt is not easy to remain, the cleaning is convenient, and the risks of pipeline blockage and odor are avoided; and because the suction route is short, only need miniwatt suction fan can satisfy the suction requirement, make the cost of scrubber is lower, and the equipment noise that produces is also lower, and the energy consumption is few, and the time of endurance is longer.

a suction fan and a clear water tank are arranged in the first shell (11); the clean water tank is connected with the floor brush module (3) through a water pump and a hose; the lower end of the first shell (11) is rotatably connected with the upper end of the first rotating block (15) through a damping spring, and the first shell (11) can rotate for 90 degrees or 270 degrees at the upper end of the first rotating block (15) respectively; the lower end of the first rotating block (15) is fixedly provided with two groups of symmetrical second rotating blocks (151), and the second rotating blocks (151) are rotatably arranged in the rotating frame (14); a first connecting pipe (141) is further arranged on one side, close to the floor brush module (3), of the rotating frame (14), one end of the first connecting pipe (141) is communicated with a suction fan, the other end of the first connecting pipe (141) is rotatably connected with one side of the outer wall of the floor brush module (3) through a damping spring, the rotating angle range of the rotating frame (14) is-90 degrees to 90 degrees, and the other end of the first connecting pipe (141) is communicated with the floor brush module (3) through a sewage suction port (23), a sewage inlet (25);
the sewage suction port (23) is provided with a first closing assembly (26), the sewage inlet (25) is provided with a second closing assembly (27), and the second closing assembly (27) is identical to the first closing assembly (26) in structure.
