The terminal device 10 may request the server 20 to obtain information of the at least one candidate intended user in response to the instruction to add the browsing object to the list of objects. After receiving the information of the at least one candidate intended user returned by the server 20, the terminal device 10 may present the at least one candidate intended user for selection by the user.
Alternatively, terminal device 10 may jump to a new page showing the at least one candidate intended user.
Optionally, the terminal device 10 may also present a floating window on the page where the browsing object is located, and present the at least one candidate intended user in the floating window. The floating window is illustrated in fig. 2 b. When the browsing object is a commodity of a physical examination package class in the health field, as shown in fig. 2b, the terminal device 10 may display a plurality of family member users who may use the physical examination package on a page where the physical examination package is located, and prompt the user to select which family member to select the physical examination package.
In some optional embodiments, the terminal device 10 may present the respective identification information of the at least one candidate intended user when presenting the at least one candidate intended user, such as the identification information 202 illustrated in fig. 2 b. The identification information may be basic information such as head portrait picture, name, identity, and the like, and may also include simple attribute information such as age, disease, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment. As shown in fig. 2b, in the health field, when the candidate intended user corresponding to the physical examination package is shown, the identity and age of the candidate intended user, for example, oneself (28 years old), mother (59 years old), son (0 years old), wife (71 years old), etc., may be shown. In the field of education, when candidate intended users corresponding to online courses are presented, the grades, learning directions, and the like of the candidate intended users, for example, student 1 (senior second, science), student 2 (junior first, biology), student 3 (grand second, history), and the like, may be presented without further illustration.
Based on the identification information, the user can distinguish and identify the candidate users so as to accurately find the target users.
In some optional embodiments, after receiving the request sent by the terminal device 10 to obtain the information of the candidate intended user, the server 20 may further calculate the respective suitability of the browsing object and at least one candidate intended user corresponding to the terminal device 10. The suitability refers to the matching degree of the browsing object and the use of the candidate intention users. The suitability may be calculated based on attribute information of the browsing object and attribute information of the candidate intended user.
When the adaptation degree of the browsing object to any candidate intention user is calculated, the attribute matching can be carried out on the browsing object and the candidate intention user respectively, and the adaptation degree score is calculated according to the matching degree of the attributes with the same type. Wherein different weights may be set for different types of attributes. For example, in the health domain, a higher weight may be set for the condition attribute, and a lower weight may be set for the discount attribute and the price attribute. For another example, in the field of education, a higher weight may be set for the grade attribute and a lower weight may be set for the repair direction attribute.
After the matching results of the attributes of the same type are obtained, weighting calculation can be carried out based on the matching degrees of the attributes and the weights corresponding to the attributes of the multiple types, and the fitness scores of the browsing object and the candidate intention user are obtained. The following description will be exemplified with reference to specific examples.
For example, assume that the browsing object and the candidate intended user each include a first type of attribute, a second type of attribute, and a third type of attribute. Firstly, the matching degree of the attribute a1 of the first type of the browsing object and the attribute a2 of the first type of the candidate intended user can be calculated to obtain a matching score S1; the matching degree of the attribute b1 of the second type of the browsing object and the attribute b2 of the second type of the candidate intended user can be calculated to obtain a matching score S2; the degree of matching of the attribute c1 of the third type of the browsing object with the attribute c2 of the third type of the intended user candidate may be calculated, resulting in a matching score S3. Assuming that the weight of the attribute of the first type is w1, the weight of the attribute of the second type is w2, and the weight of the attribute of the third type is w2, the fitting score S of the browsing object and the candidate intended user is S1 w1+ S2 w2+ S3 w 3.
After calculating the suitability, the server 20 may return the suitability of the browsing object to the at least one candidate intended user to the terminal device 10. After receiving the applicable information of the at least one intended user sent by the server 20, the terminal device 10 may present the respective applicable information of the browsing object to the at least one candidate intended user. As shown in fig. 2b, a "recommended" prompt message is displayed below the avatar of the candidate intended user identified as mother, and an "inapplicable" prompt message is displayed below the avatar of the candidate intended user identified as son.
The applicable information refers to information indicating whether the browsing object is applicable to the intended user candidate, for example, indicating that the browsing object is not applicable to one or more intended user candidates, or indicating that the browsing object is recommended to be applicable to another one or more intended user candidates. When the degree of adaptation between a certain candidate intended user and the browsing object is greater than a set threshold, the browsing object can be considered to be suitable for the candidate intended user. When the degree of adaptation between a certain candidate intended user and the browsing object is less than or equal to a set threshold, the browsing object may be considered to be not suitable for the candidate intended user.
Based on the embodiment, the information processing system 100 can automatically output the matching information of the browsing object and the candidate intended user, so that the reference information for screening and decision-making can be provided for the user, and the user is assisted to more accurately select the browsing object meeting the actual requirement for different candidate intended users.
In some possible scenarios, the candidate intention users added in advance do not meet the object recording requirements of the users, and at this time, the users need to add new candidate intention users.
In some optional embodiments, to meet the requirement in this scenario, the terminal device 10 may further present a first control for adding the candidate intended user when presenting the at least one candidate intended user. Such as plus control 203 shown in fig. 2 b.
In some embodiments, optionally, terminal device 10 may present at least one user configuration item in response to a triggering operation for the first control. Wherein, the at least one configuration item can be used for configuring attribute information of the new user, such as identity, name, age and other basic attributes. In different fields, status information of newly added users can be further included, such as attribute information of diseases, genetic history and the like in the health field; such as the main repair direction, grade, specialty, etc. of the education field, and the embodiment is not limited.
Wherein the at least one user profile is presentable in a candidate maintenance page. Fig. 2c illustrates a candidate physical examination person maintenance page in the health field, and in the illustration of fig. 2c, the physical examination person maintenance page includes a plurality of user configuration items for the user to set the newly added candidate intention user, which is not described again.
The user can configure the at least one user configuration item according to the actual information of the newly added user. According to the configuration operation of the at least one user configuration item, the terminal device 10 may determine attribute information of the newly added candidate intended user, and may display the newly added candidate intended user according to the attribute information of the newly added candidate intended user.
In other embodiments, optionally, in response to the triggering operation for the first control, the terminal device 10 may provide an operation entry for uploading a picture to the user, the user may upload a picture including information of candidate intended users through the operation entry, after the terminal device 10 identifies the picture, the terminal device may determine attribute information of the newly added user, and add the newly added user to the candidate intended users of the browsing object in response to the configuration completion operation.
Based on the embodiment, the terminal device 10 may provide the user with an entry for configuring the candidate intended user when the user adds the browsing object to the object list, so that the user may flexibly add new candidate intended users according to the actual object record requirement. In some optional embodiments, after the terminal device 10 obtains the attribute information of the newly added candidate intended user, the degree of adaptation between the newly added candidate intended user and the browsing object may be further obtained. Wherein the degree of adaptation may be calculated by the terminal device 10 or may be calculated by the server 20.
In some embodiments, to ensure the smoothness of operation on the terminal side, the terminal device 10 may send the attribute information of the newly added candidate intended user to the server 20 after acquiring the attribute information of the newly added candidate intended user. The server 20 may calculate the degree of adaptation of the newly added candidate intended user to the browsing object according to the attribute information of the newly added candidate intended user and the attribute information of the browsing object, and send the calculation result of the degree of adaptation to the terminal device 10.
After obtaining the adaptation degree, the terminal device 10 may determine whether the adaptation degree is greater than a set threshold. If the suitability is greater than the set threshold, the terminal device 10 may display the selected state of the newly added candidate intended user. That is, when the degree of adaptation between the newly added candidate intended user and the browsing object is high, the terminal device 10 may automatically select the newly added candidate intended user for the user to view.
Optionally, if the adaptation degree is less than or equal to the set threshold, the terminal device 10 may output an unsuitable adaptation prompt message between the candidate user and the browsing object, as described in the foregoing embodiments, which is not described again.
Based on the implementation mode, the user can intuitively perceive the adaptation degree of the browsing object and the candidate intention user, and further can perform preliminary screening on the browsing object to be added when the intention list is added.
The above embodiment describes an embodiment in which the information processing system 100 may add the browsing object to the browsing list of one or more intended target users, and further, the user may display the respective object lists of the one or more intended target users through the terminal device 10 to view the added object in the object lists and may perform other operations on the object, which will be described in the following exemplary.
Continue to take the target intended user as an example.
In some exemplary embodiments, the terminal device 10 may directly present the list of objects of the intended user after the user selects the intended user from the at least one candidate intended user, without the user manually viewing the list of objects.
In other exemplary embodiments, terminal device 10 may present the list of objects of the targeted intended user in response to a request to view the list of objects. Further, the user may view a list of objects intended for the user. It should be understood that after the user adds the browsing object to the object lists of the targeted users, the terminal device 10 may present the respective object lists of the targeted users.
FIG. 3a illustrates an alternative embodiment of presenting a list of objects for each of a plurality of intended users. As shown in FIG. 3a, on the intention list page, terminal device 10 may present multiple lists of objects of the targeted intended user on-screen, with different lists of objects of the intended user located in different object display areas. In other alternative embodiments, the terminal device 10 may also display the object lists of different intended users on different list pages, and each intended user may correspond to one list page, which is not illustrated.
Based on the object list of the target intended user displayed by the terminal device 10, the user may modify, delete, purchase or further view the detailed data of the object through the link of the object, which is not limited in this embodiment.
On the basis of displaying the object list, further optionally, the terminal device 10 may provide the user with an object comparison function, so that the user can compare a plurality of objects in the object order of the target intended user.
Alternatively, the terminal device 10 may present a control for triggering the contrast operation, such as the "contrast selected" button 301 shown in fig. 3, in the display area where the list of objects of the intended user is located. After the user selects the plurality of objects, the "compare selected" button may be triggered to initiate a comparison operation on the selected plurality of objects.
In response to the object comparison operation, the terminal device 10 may determine a plurality of objects to be compared from the object list of the intended target user. The plurality of objects may be all objects in the object list of the intended user, or may be some objects in the object list of the intended user.
Optionally, interface elements such as a checkbox or a checkbutton may be disposed around the display area of each object in the object list, so that the user may select some or all of the objects in the object list, such as the checkbutton 302 shown in fig. 3a located before the identifier of the object.
Optionally, interface elements such as a check box or a check button may be disposed around the display area of the intended target user, and the user may trigger the check box or the check button corresponding to the intended target user to select all objects in the object list of the intended target user, such as the check button located before the icon of the intended target user shown in fig. 3 a.
After determining the plurality of objects to be compared, the terminal device 10 may send the identifiers of the plurality of objects to the server 20.
After obtaining the identifiers of the objects to be compared, which are sent by the terminal device 10, the server 20 may compare the attribute information of each of the objects, generate comparison data of the objects, and send the comparison data to the terminal device 10. After receiving the comparison data of the plurality of objects returned by the server 20, the terminal device 10 may display the comparison data of the plurality of objects for the user to view.
In some alternative embodiments, the server 20 may compare the attribute data of the plurality of dimensions of the plurality of objects to obtain comparison data of each of the attributes of the plurality of dimensions. For example, when comparing the object a and the object B, the server 20 may compare the attribute of the object a in the price dimension with the attribute 1 of the object B in the price dimension, and compare the attribute of the object a in the evaluation score dimension with the attribute of the object B in the evaluation score dimension.
Optionally, when presenting the comparison data of the plurality of objects, the terminal device 10 may present the comparison result of the attributes of the plurality of dimensions of the plurality of objects.
The comparison result of the attributes of the multiple dimensions may be displayed through a chart, and the chart may implement other optional charts such as a data table, a bar chart, a line chart, a pie chart, a radar chart, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
In other alternative embodiments, server 20 may calculate the dominant property for each of the plurality of objects based on the property data for the plurality of different dimensions of the plurality of objects.
Optionally, there is a weaker relationship between some of the attributes of the dimensions and the attributes of the user, such as the attributes of the price dimension, the attributes of the quantity dimension, the attributes of the evaluation score dimension, and so on. Server 20 may compare these attributes directly. For example, if the price of the medical examination package 1 is lower than that of the medical examination package 2, the price attribute of the medical examination package 1 can be regarded as the dominant item.
Optionally, there is another part of the attributes of the object with stronger relation to the attributes of the user, such as the dimension of the indication, the dimension of the age, and so on. The server 20 may compare the attributes of the object with the attribute information of the intended user to screen out the attribute items that are advantageous for the intended user. In general, server 20 may select, among the attributes of the multiple dimensions of each object, an attribute that fits one or more attributes of the intended target user as a dominant attribute of the object. For example, if the target intended user is an elderly person, the applicable population attribute of the physical examination package 1 is exclusive to the elderly person, and the practical population attribute of the physical examination package 2 is exclusive to the middle-aged and elderly people, the server 20 may consider the applicable population attribute of the physical examination package 1 as a dominant item. For another example, if the symptom of the intended user is runny nose, the indication attribute of drug 1 is wind-cold type common cold, and the indication attribute of drug 2 is wind-heat type common cold, the server 20 may consider the indication of drug 1 as the dominant item.
After the server 20 determines the advantage attribute of each of the plurality of objects, the advantage attribute may be transmitted to the terminal device 10 as a comparison result.
Based on this, the terminal device 10 may receive the superior attribute comparison result and highlight the respective superior attributes of the plurality of objects. Wherein, the highlighting manner can be realized as: highlight show the advantage item, add advantage item indicator, or enlarge show the advantage item, etc., this embodiment does not do the limitation.
In still other embodiments, the comparison data calculated by the server 20 includes comparison data of the objects in multiple dimensions and advantageous attributes of the objects. When presenting the comparison data, the terminal device 10 may present the comparison results of the attributes of the plurality of dimensions of the plurality of objects at the same time, and highlight the respective advantageous attributes of the plurality of objects, as shown in fig. 3 b. In the illustration of fig. 3b, the terminal device 10 may use a table to show the comparison data of the objects in multiple dimensions, wherein one row of the table is used to show the attribute comparison result of one dimension, and the user may compare two physical examination packages which are intentionally purchased based on the table. Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 3b, an advantageous item indicator 303 may be added to the table corresponding to the advantageous item. For example, the dominance attributes of physical examination package 1 are price, matching population, availability time, package score, and the dominance attributes of physical examination package B are discount, total number of items, proprietary items, institution score, and so forth.
It should be noted that, in some alternative embodiments, the terminal device 10 may display a control for viewing the details of the attribute in a display area corresponding to a part of the attributes of the comparison object, so as to facilitate the user to view the details of the attribute, such as the "details" control shown in fig. 3 b.
Based on the above-mentioned manner of displaying 304, the terminal device 10 may visually display the comparison results of the plurality of objects in the plurality of different dimensions and the advantage item of each object, and may provide the user with a purchasing decision to guide the user to purchase a commodity meeting the actual demand.
On the basis of the above embodiment, further optionally, the terminal device 10 may further present other controls for facilitating the user to filter information when presenting the comparison data, which will be described in the following as an example.
Optionally, terminal device 10 may expose a second control for displaying distinct items of the plurality of objects, such as "display distinct items only" control 305 shown in FIG. 3 b. The user can turn on the function of the terminal device 10 to display only the distinctive item based on the control. The terminal device 10 may present the distinctive item of the plurality of objects in response to the trigger operation for the first price control. The terminal device 10 may further present the number of the distinguishing items near the second control for the user to view. Based on the mode, the distinguishing items can be screened and displayed, the information quantity required to be checked by the user is reduced, and the comparison efficiency is improved.
Optionally, terminal device 10 may expose a third control for displaying the dominant item of each of the plurality of objects, such as the "dominant item only" control 306 shown in FIG. 3 b. The user can start the function of the terminal device 10 to display only the respective dominant item of the plurality of objects based on the control. The terminal device 10 may present the respective advantage items of the plurality of objects in response to the trigger operation for the third control element, so as to facilitate the user to perform an advantage item comparison operation on the plurality of objects. Based on the mode, the dominant items can be screened and displayed, the dominant items are further highlighted, the information quantity required to be checked by the user is reduced, and the comparison efficiency is improved.
The information processing system provided in the above and following embodiments of the present application can be applied to, but not limited to: the health field is the scene that a certain or more physical examination people recorded and screened the physical examination package, and the health field is the scene that a certain or more patient recorded and screened the medicine, and the education field is the scene that a certain or more student recorded and screened the course, and the amusement field is the scene that a certain or more sight shadow user recorded and screened the film that is fit for it and watches, no longer lists one by one.
The following is an exemplary description in connection with a scenario in which a health field purchases or subscribes to a physical examination service on-line.
