A. Adding quartzite, montmorillonite and titanium dioxide into a grinder for grinding for 35-40 min, and then sieving through a 100-mesh sieve to obtain a mixture A;
B. mixing PP resin and polyglycolic acid in a mixing stirrer for 18-25 minutes to obtain a mixture B;
C. adding the mixture A, the mixture B, the compatilizer and the light stabilizer into the mixture B, and mixing and stirring the mixture A, the mixture B, the compatilizer and the light stabilizer in a stirring kettle for 20-30 minutes at a stirring speed of 2600 and 4000 revolutions per minute; controlling the temperature to be 80-135 ℃, and then forming a mixture C through catalytic polymerization;
(2) vacuum drying
Vacuum drying the mixture C for 3-7 hours at the temperature of 25-45 ℃;
(3) melt extrusion
After vacuum drying, putting the mixture C into a double-screw extruder to be heated, melted, extruded and plasticized to obtain a semi-finished product, wherein the working conditions are as follows: the temperature is 210-250 ℃, and the rotating speed of the screw is 440-450 r/min;
(4) granulation and aftertreatment
Bracing the semi-finished product, cooling with cold air, drying and granulating, wherein the temperature of the cold air is kept at 35-40 ℃ in the cooling process; finally, putting the plate into an injection molding machine for injection molding to obtain a plate body (1);
preparation of second, back coating liquid
(1) Mixing the organic solvent and the diluent by stirring for 20-30 minutes; obtaining a mixed solution D;
(2) mixing and stirring the mixed solution D and the epoxy resin in a reaction kettle for 15-20 minutes, and then adding a curing agent for mixing and stirring for 7-15 minutes; then, carrying out addition polymerization reaction, wherein the temperature of the addition polymerization reaction is controlled to be 75-100 ℃ and the time is 5-8 hours, so as to obtain a back coating liquid;
third, the formation of the sheet
Putting the plate body (1) into a coating machine prepared with back coating liquid, and carrying out back coating treatment on the back surface of the plate body (1) in a scraping rolling conveying mode, wherein the wet coating amount is 1-2.5 g/m2And (3) conveying at a speed of 30-55 m/min, and drying the plate body (1) subjected to back coating treatment at a drying temperature of 60-70 ℃ to obtain the degradable packaging plate.
