Hereinafter, an elevator apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the drawings, the same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted. In the following description, the direction in which the elevator car 4 ascends and descends is a vertical direction (vertical direction) p (see fig. 1), and a direction perpendicular to the vertical direction is referred to as a horizontal direction.
The structure of the elevator apparatus 1 will be described with reference to fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a side view (vertical cross-sectional view) showing an outline of an elevator apparatus 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The elevator device 1 includes: an elevator car 4 and a counterweight 5 which ascend and descend in the hoistway 1A; a hoist 3 around which a main rope, not shown, is wound; a car guide rail 6 provided upright on the hoistway 1A for guiding the elevator car 4 to ascend and descend; and a balance weight guide rail 7 vertically provided in the lifting passage 1 for guiding the lifting of the balance weight 5.
The elevator car 4 and the counterweight 5 are installed inside a hoistway 1A provided in a building, and are suspended in a bucket type by a main rope not shown. In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which the hoist 3 is disposed at the uppermost portion of the ascending/descending pathway 1A, but the position of the hoist 3 is not limited to the uppermost portion of the ascending/descending pathway 1A. The car guide rail 6 and the counterweight guide rail 7 are vertically provided along a wall surface (building wall) WA of a building forming the hoistway 1A.
The elevator apparatus 1 of the present embodiment is a traction type elevator apparatus, and frictionally drives a main rope by a hoist 3 to vertically move an elevator car 4 along a car guide rail 6 and vertically move a counterweight 5 along a counterweight guide rail 7. The car guide rail 6 and the counterweight guide rail 7 are fixed to a wall surface WA of the hoistway 1A by a rail bracket 8.
The hoist 3 is disposed in a machine room 1B provided at the uppermost portion of the hoistway 1A. In the machine room 1B, a control panel 2 is disposed for controlling the operation of the elevator apparatus 1 including the raising and lowering of the elevator car 4. The arrangement of the machine room 1B and the arrangement of the hoisting machine 3 and the control panel 2 are not limited to those of the embodiment, and other configurations may be adopted.
The hoistway 1A is formed in a building and is a lifting space in which the elevator car 4 and the counterweight 5 are lifted and lowered. The elevator car 4 is provided with a door 41 for passengers to get on and off at the front, an opening 1C is provided in a wall surface WA on the front side (the side of the hall H) of the hoistway 1A, and a door 10 is provided in the opening 1C.

The door lock device 100 locks the door 10, and in fig. 2, the door lock device 100 is depicted as a plan view projected on a horizontal plane. Fig. 3 is a view of the door lock device 100 viewed from the direction indicated by the arrow III in fig. 2, and the position of the engaging device (engaging member) 102 when the elevator car 4 stops is indicated by a broken line 102.
The door 41 of the elevator car 4 is composed of two door members 41A and 41B, and the door member 41A and the door member 41B are opened by being separated from each other from the left and right in the state shown in fig. 2. The door 10 on the side of the hall H provided in the opening 1C of the building wall WA is composed of two door members 10A and 10B, and the door member 10A and the door member 10B are opened while being separated from each other from the left and right in the state shown in fig. 2.
In order to distinguish the door 41 of the elevator car 4 from the door 10 on the side of the hall H, the door 41 is referred to as a car side door, and the door 10 is referred to as a hall side door.
In the present embodiment, the car side door 41 and the lobby side door 10 are configured by two door members, but may be configured by one or three or more door members. The car side door 41 and the lobby side door 10 are configured such that a plurality of door members are opened while being separated from the center to the left and right sides, but may be configured such that they are opened from one end portion in the left-right direction (width direction) toward the other end portion.
The two door members (lobby side door members) 10A and 10B constituting the lobby side door 10 are supported by unillustrated door hangers disposed on the upper portion thereof and are linked so as to be opened and closed in synchronization by unillustrated link mechanisms. The door hanger, not shown, is provided integrally with the lobby side door members 10A, 10B at the upper portions of the two lobby side door members 10A, 10B, respectively.
The door lock device 100 includes a first door lock device 110 and a second door lock device 120. The first door lock device 110 is a door lock device that locks the hall side door 10 in a closed state, and the second door lock device 120 is a door lock device that limits the door opening width of the hall side door 10 to a door opening width (second door opening width) smaller than the door opening width in a fully open state (first door opening width) in a state where the first door lock device 110 is unlocked. The hook 111 has a concave portion 111a formed at one end, and a claw portion 111b formed at one end (distal end) of the concave portion 111 a. The hook 111 is attached to a door hanger, not shown, via a shaft 111 c. The hook 111 is provided such that one end portion thereof, on which the concave portion 111a is formed, is rotatable about the shaft 111c with respect to the door hanger, that is, the lobby side door 10 (the lobby side door 10A in the present embodiment).
The movable roller 113 is provided such that a shaft 113a is held by the hook 111 and rotates together with the hook 111 about a shaft 111c of the hook 111 with respect to the door hanger. Therefore, the roller 113 is referred to as a movable roller.
The fixed roller 114 is attached to a door hanger, and the shaft 114a is fixed in position relative to the door hanger, i.e., the lobby side door 10 (the lobby side door 10A in the present embodiment). Thus, roller 114 is referred to as a fixed roller.
The door lock switch 118 is mechanically locked by engaging with the hook 111, and is electrically locked and checked. Therefore, the door lock switch 118 has a protrusion 118a that engages with the concave portion 111a of the hook 111. That is, the protrusion 118a of the door lock switch 118 constitutes an engagement portion that engages with the concave portion 111a of the hook 111.
On the other hand, the concave portion 111a of the hook 111 constitutes an engaging portion that engages with the protrusion 118a of the door lock switch 118. The hook 111 has a claw portion 111b at one end of the concave portion 111a, and the claw portion 111b engages with a side surface 118b of a projection portion 118a of the door lock switch 118, thereby preventing the hall side door 10 from being opened.
The door lock switch 118 is a receiving portion that receives the hook 111, and is referred to as an upper lock portion or a locking member because it has a function of mechanically locking.
As shown in fig. 3, the second door lock device 120 includes: a hook 121, a movable roller 123, a fixed roller 124, and an upper lock portion 128.
The hook 121 has a concave portion 121a formed at one end portion thereof, and a claw portion 121b formed at one end portion (distal end portion) of the concave portion 121 a. The hook 111 is attached to a door hanger, not shown, via a shaft 121 c. The hook 121 is provided such that one end portion thereof on which the concave portion 121a is formed is rotatable about the shaft 121c with respect to the door hanger, i.e., the lobby side door 10 (in the present embodiment, the lobby side door 10A).
The movable roller 123 is provided such that a shaft 123a is held by the hook 121 and rotates together with the hook 121 with respect to the door hanger around a shaft 121c of the hook 121. Therefore, the roller 123 is referred to as a movable roller.
The fixed roller 124 is attached to the door hanger, and the shaft 124a is fixed in position relative to the door hanger, that is, the lobby side door 10 (in the present embodiment, the lobby side door 10A). Thus, roller 124 is referred to as a fixed roller.
The upper lock portion (locking member) 128 is a receiving portion that receives the hook 121, and is engaged with the hook 121 to regulate the opening width of the hall side door 10. The upper lock portion 128 and the hook 121 restrict the opening of the hall side door 10, and thus can be regarded as a member or a device for mechanically locking the door. The upper lock portion 128 has a protrusion 128a that engages with the concave portion 121a of the hook 121. That is, the protrusion 128a of the upper lock portion 128 constitutes an engagement portion that engages with the concave portion 121a of the hook 121.
On the other hand, the concave portion 121a of the hook 121 constitutes an engaging portion which engages with the protrusion 128a of the locking portion 128. In this case, the second hook 121, the second hook shaft 121c, the second movable roller 123, and the second fixed roller 124 of the second door lock device 120, and the first hook 111, the first hook shaft 111c, the first movable roller 113, and the first fixed roller 114 of the first door lock device 110 are arranged so as to overlap with one another when the position of either the second door lock device 120 or the first door lock device 110 is shifted in the vertical direction.
On the other hand, the first upper lock portion (door lock switch) 118 and the second upper lock portion 128 are arranged such that the position of the projection 118a of the first upper lock portion 118 is different from the position of the projection 128a of the second upper lock portion 128, whereby the shape of the first upper lock portion 118 and the shape of the second upper lock portion 128 can be made completely the same.
Therefore, in the plan view shown in fig. 2, the first door lock device 110 and the second door lock device 120 completely overlap each other within the range RA (see fig. 3), except for the first upper lock portion 118 and the second upper lock portion 128. That is, in fig. 2, the first door-lock device 110 is hidden under the second door-lock device 120. In fig. 2, first upper lock portion 118 and second upper lock portion 128 only show projection 118a and projection 128a.
Fig. 2 and 3 show a state in which the engaging device 102 is engaged with the door lock device 100 in a state in which the elevator car 4 is stopped. In this engaged state, the first movable roller 113 and the first fixed roller 114, and the second movable roller 123 and the second fixed roller 124 are positioned in the engagement range Δ E inside the both side walls 102a, 102b of the engaging device 102. The engagement device 102 is disposed on the elevator car 4 side, and when the elevator car 4 moves to another floor, the engagement of the door lock device 100 with the engagement device 102 is released.
The engaging device (engaging member) 102 engages with the first movable roller 113 of the first door lock device 110 and the second movable roller 123 of the second door lock device 120 at the time of automatic door opening, and constitutes an automatic unlocking device that unlocks the first door lock device 110 and the second door lock device 120 in accordance with movement of the car side door 41 in the door opening direction.
Next, the unlocking operation of the door lock device 100 in the normal operation (automatic opening and closing operation) will be described with reference to fig. 4 to 6. The unlocking operation of fig. 4 to 6 automatically opens and closes the hall side doors 10A and 10B in accordance with the opening and closing operation of the car side door 41. That is, the door lock device 100 is automatically unlocked in conjunction with the opening and closing operation of the car side door 41.
Fig. 4 is a front view showing a locked state of the door lock device 100 at the time of automatic opening and closing.
In fig. 4, the first hook unlocking member 105, the unlocking key 106 and the second hook unlocking member 107, which are not shown in fig. 3, are shown. The first hook unlocking member 105, the unlocking key 106, and the second hook unlocking member 107 are members that are not involved in the unlocking operation of the door lock device 100 during the normal operation, and will be described later.
The engagement device 102 provided on the elevator car 4 side engages with the door lock device 100 when the elevator car 4 stops. That is, the first movable roller 113 and the first fixed roller 114 of the first door lock device 110 and the second movable roller 123 and the second fixed roller 124 of the second door lock device 120 are positioned in the engagement range Δ E, and the state shown in fig. 4 is achieved.
When the elevator car 4 stops, the concave portion 111a of the first hook 111 is engaged with the protrusion 118a of the upper lock portion 118, the concave portion 121a of the second hook 121 is engaged with the protrusion 128a of the upper lock portion 128, and the hall side doors 10A and 10B are locked.
Fig. 5 is a front view showing an unlocked state of the door lock device 100 at the time of automatic opening and closing.
When the car side door 41 starts the opening operation after the stop of the elevator car 4, the engagement device 102 provided on the car side door 41 side moves together with the car side door 41, and moves from the position indicated by the engagement range Δ E to the position indicated by the engagement range Δ E'. With this movement, the side wall 102a of the engaging device 102 abuts against the first movable roller 113 and the second movable roller 123, and both rollers 113 and 123 are pressed in the leftward direction in the drawing.
At this time, the first movable roller 113 rotates about the first hook shaft 111c, and operates to lift one end portion of the first hook 111 on the side of the claw portion (first hook claw portion) 111b. The first movable roller 113 stops the rotation operation by coming into contact with the first fixed roller 114. The first hook 111 is rotated by the rotational operation of the first movable roller 113, and the engagement of the concave portion 111a of the first hook 111 with the protrusion 118a of the door lock switch 118 is released, so that the first door lock device 110 is unlocked.
On the other hand, the second movable roller 123 rotates about the second hook shaft 121c, and operates to lift one end portion of the second hook 121 on the hook portion (second hook portion) 121b side. The second movable roller 123 stops the rotational operation by coming into contact with the second fixed roller 124. The second hook 121 is rotated by the rotation operation of the second movable roller 123, and the engagement between the concave portion 121a of the second hook 121 and the protrusion 128a of the upper lock portion 128 is released, so that the second door lock device 120 is unlocked.
That is, the elevator apparatus 1 of the present embodiment includes the engaging device 102 provided on one side of the car side door 41 on the elevator car 4 side, and when the lobby side door 10 and the car side door 41 are automatically opened, the engaging device 102 abuts both the first movable roller 113 and the second movable roller 123 to press the first movable roller 113 and the second movable roller 123 with the movement of the car side door 41, thereby rotating both the first hook 111 and the second hook 121 and unlocking the first door lock device 110 and the second door lock device 120.
By unlocking the first door lock device 110, the lobby side doors 10A and 10B connected to the car side door 41 by the engaging device 102 and the door lock device 100 perform a door opening operation in conjunction with the door opening operation of the car side door 41, and the state shifts to the state shown in fig. 6.
Fig. 6 is a front view showing a state of the door lock device 100 in a door-open state at the time of automatic opening and closing.
In the state shown in fig. 5, the claw portion 121B of the second hook 121 is disengaged from the protrusion 128a of the locking portion 128, and the lobby side doors 10A and 10B can further perform the door opening operation from the state shown in fig. 6.
Next, with reference to fig. 7 to 9, the unlocking operation of the door lock device 100 in the manual opening and closing operation will be described. Fig. 7 to 9 show operations of unlocking the door lock device 100 of the hall side door 10 in a state where the elevator car 4 is not stopped during maintenance and inspection.
Fig. 7 is a front view showing a locked state of the door lock device 100 at the time of manual opening and closing.
In manual opening and closing, the door lock device 100 is unlocked using the first hook lock release member 105, the lock release key 106, and the second hook lock release member 107. One end of the first hook unlocking member 105 is connected to the first hook 111. The unlock key 106 is configured to rotate the engagement portion 106a by a key inserted from a key guide hole not shown. The second hook unlocking member 107 is connected to the other end opposite to the one end on which the claw portion 121b is provided, with the shaft 121c of the second hook 121 interposed therebetween. In the present embodiment, the second hook unlocking member 107 is constituted by a sling, and will be hereinafter described as an unlocking sling.
In fig. 7, the state of the door lock device 100 is the same as that of fig. 4, but since the elevator car 4 is not at a stop, the engagement device 102 is not engaged with the door lock device 100.
Fig. 8 is a front view showing a first unlock state of the door lock device 100 at the time of manual opening and closing.
In the first unlock state, the engagement of the first hook 111 with the first upper lock portion 118 is released, and the engagement of the second hook 121 with the second upper lock portion 128 is maintained.
In manual opening and closing, the engagement portion 106a of the unlocking key 106 is rotated by a key inserted through a key guide hole not shown, and the lower end portion of the first hook unlocking member 105 is pressed in the leftward direction in the drawing. The lower end of the first hook unlocking member 105 is the other end opposite to the side of the one end (upper end) connected to the first hook 111. By this operation, the lower end portion of the first hook lock release member 105 moves in the left direction in the drawing with respect to the upper end portion, and the first hook 111 rotates about the first hook shaft 111 c. As a result, the engagement of the first hook 111 with the first upper lock portion 118 is released.
In this way, the first hook unlocking member 105 and the unlocking key 106 constitute a first unlocking device that releases the engagement of the first hook 111 with the first upper lock portion 118 at the time of manual opening and closing to unlock the first door lock device 110.
When the first unlocked state in fig. 8 is achieved, the second hook 121 can move to the right in fig. 3 by the length La with the second concave portion 121a engaged with the second locking portion protrusion 128a. That is, the hall side doors 10A and 10B are in a state where the first door lock device 110 is unlocked, and the hall side doors 10A and 10B can be opened with a first door opening width La smaller than the door opening width in the fully open state. When the hall side doors 10A and 10B are opened to the first door opening width La, the door lock device 100 is in a state shown by a solid line in fig. 9.
Fig. 9 is a front view showing a state in which the door lock device 100 is shifted from the first unlocked state to the second unlocked state in manual opening and closing.
The posture of the second hook 121 shown by the solid line is the posture when the first unlocked state of fig. 8 is maintained. When the hall side doors 10A and 10B are opened from the state shown in fig. 8, the claw portions of the second hooks 121 abut against the side surfaces 128B of the second locking portion protrusions 128a, and the door opening widths of the hall side doors 10A and 10B are restricted to the first door opening width La. The state at this time is the state shown by the solid line in fig. 9 (first unlocked state).
In the state shown by the solid line in fig. 9, when a hand is inserted from the gap between the hall side doors 10A and 10B opened to the first opening width La and pulls the unlocking hoist 107, the second hook 121 pivots about the second hook shaft 121c as shown by the two-dot chain line 121', and the engagement of the second concave portion 121a with the second locked portion protrusion 128a is released. The state is a second unlocked state. In this case, the second movable roller 123 provided in the second hook 121 also rotates about the second hook shaft 121c as indicated by the two-dot chain line 123'.
In the second unlocked state in the manual opening and closing operation, the first hook 111 and the second hook 121 are in the same state as the state shown in fig. 6 in the automatic opening and closing operation, and the hall side doors 10A and 10B can be opened to the fully opened state.
In this way, the unlocking wire 107 constitutes a second unlocking device that releases the engagement of the second hook 121 with the second upper lock portion 128 during manual opening and closing, and unlocks the second door lock device 120.
In the present embodiment, the first unlocking device that releases the engagement of the first hook 111 with the first upper lock portion 118 to unlock the first door lock device 110 during manual opening and closing and the second unlocking device that releases the engagement of the second hook 121 with the second upper lock portion 128 to unlock the second door lock device 120 during manual opening and closing are configured as independent unlocking devices. Further, during automatic opening and closing, both the engagement of the first hook 111 with the first upper lock portion 118 and the engagement of the second hook 121 with the second upper lock portion 128 are simultaneously released by the engagement device 102. That is, in the automatic opening and closing operation, both the first door lock device 110 and the second door lock device 120 are unlocked by the same engagement device 102. This makes it possible to construct the door lock device 100 compactly, and to reliably perform the door opening operation including the door opening width limitation at the time of automatic opening and closing and the door opening operation including the door opening width limitation at the time of manual opening and closing.
According to the present embodiment, the door lock device 100 provided in the elevator apparatus 1 can be made compact. As a result, in the newly installed elevator apparatus, the degree of freedom in design of the periphery where the door lock device 100 is disposed is increased. In addition, in the conventional elevator apparatus, the arrangement space of the second door lock device 120 can be easily secured, and the second door lock device 120 can be easily installed by post-installation.
Further, since the first door lock device 110 and the second door lock device 120 have the same shape and the same structure except for a part thereof, when the second door lock device 120 is added to the conventional elevator apparatus, the second door lock device 120 can be added with reference to the first door lock device 110. Therefore, the additional installation of the second door lock device 120 is facilitated, and the reliability of the operation of the second door lock device 120 can be easily ensured.
Further, in the automatic opening and closing operation, the door opening power is obtained from the car side door 41 side via the engaging device 102, but the strength of the receiving portion for the door opening power can be increased since the door opening power is received by the first door lock device 110 and the second door lock device 120.
In the present embodiment, the members constituting the first and second door lock devices 110 and 120 are different only in the shape of the concave portion 111a of the first hook 111 and the concave portion 121a of the second hook 121, and other members can be used in common. In addition, in the first hook 111 and the second hook 121, the shape of the concave portions 111a and 121a may be changed, and thus, it is not necessary to change the specification of the component largely. In the manufacturing method of additionally processing the concave parts 111a, 121a, the raw materials of the first hook 111 and the second hook 121 can be manufactured together.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and includes various modifications. For example, the above embodiments have been described in detail to explain the present invention in an easily understandable manner, and are not necessarily limited to the embodiments having all the configurations. In addition, a part of the structure of the embodiment can be replaced with another structure. In addition, a part of the configuration of the embodiment can be added, deleted, or replaced with another configuration.

Claims (8)

1. An elevator device comprising an elevator car that ascends and descends in an ascending/descending path, a hall side door provided on a hall side, and a door lock device that locks the hall side door,
the door lock device includes: a first door lock device that locks the hall side door in a closed state; and a second door lock device which limits the door opening width of the side door of the lobby to a second door opening width smaller than the first door opening width in a fully open state when the door is opened,
the first door lock device includes: a first hook having a first concave portion at one end portion and configured to be rotatable about a first hook shaft; and a first hook receiving portion engaged with the first concave portion of the first hook,
the second door lock device includes: a second hook having a second concave portion at one end portion and provided to be rotatable about a second hook shaft; and a second hook receiving portion engaged with the second concave portion of the second hook,
the first concave part of the first hook has a clamping length which is clamped with the first hook bearing part and maintains the state that the side door of the waiting hall is closed,
the second concave part of the second hook has a clamping length which limits the opening width of the side door of the waiting hall to the second opening width and is clamped with the second hook bearing part.
2. Elevator arrangement according to claim 1,
the first hook and the second hook are formed such that a second concave portion length that determines an engagement length of the second concave portion with the second hook receiving portion is longer than a first concave portion length that determines an engagement length of the first concave portion with the first hook receiving portion.
3. Elevator arrangement according to claim 2,
the first door lock device and the second door lock device are arranged side by side in the vertical direction.
4. Elevator arrangement according to claim 3,
the first hook receiving part is provided with a protruding part which is clamped with the first concave part of the first hook,
the first hook has a claw part which is arranged at one end part of the first concave part and is clamped with the protruding part of the first hook bearing part to prevent the side door of the waiting hall from opening,
the second hook bearing part is provided with a protruding part which is clamped with the second concave part of the second hook,
the second hook has a hook portion which is provided at one end portion of the second concave portion and engages with the protruding portion of the second hook receiving portion to limit the door opening width of the hall side door.
5. Elevator arrangement according to claim 4,
the projecting portion of the first hook receiving portion and the projecting portion of the second hook receiving portion are disposed at different positions in the door opening direction and the vertical direction of the hall side door,
the claw portion of the first hook and the claw portion of the second hook are arranged at the same position in the door opening direction of the side door of the lobby and at different positions in the vertical direction,
the protruding portion of the second hook receiving portion is disposed on the other end portion side of the second concave portion opposite to the one end portion on which the claw portion is provided, with respect to the protruding portion of the first hook receiving portion.
6. Elevator arrangement according to claim 5,
the first hook and the second hook are formed in the same shape except for the first concave portion and the second concave portion.
7. Elevator arrangement according to claim 6,
the first door lock device includes: a first movable roller provided so as to be rotatable together with the first hook; and a first fixing roller whose position is fixed with respect to the side door of the lobby,
the second door lock device has: a second movable roller provided so as to be rotatable together with the second hook; and a second fixed roller whose position is fixed relative to the side door of the waiting hall,
the second hook, the second hook shaft, the second movable roller, and the second fixed roller of the second door lock device and the first hook, the first hook shaft, the first movable roller, and the first fixed roller of the first door lock device are arranged so as to overlap with each other when the position of one of the second door lock device and the first door lock device is shifted in the vertical direction.
8. Elevator arrangement according to claim 7,
