Principle of operation
In the initial state, the transverse plate 63 is embedded into the track groove 19, the connecting slide block 20 is arranged at the bottom of the transverse plate 63, when the connecting slide block is required to be used, the connecting wire 74 pulls the second connecting plate 72 through the rotating coil shaft 71 to drive the transverse plate 63 to rotate, so that the transverse plate 63 is in a horizontal state, and meanwhile, the gear 13 is rotated to enable the sliding mounting box 16 to ascend to be matched with the height of the box bottom.
When the tire is transferred onto the tire placing block 30 via the conveyor belt 75, the tire placing block 30 is placed horizontally in the initial state, the hook plate 24 is hooked with the rotating shaft 22, the tire rolls down into the concave groove 33, the horizontal moving rod 49 is extended to push the tire to the other side of the tire placing block 30, and then the tire returns to the initial position, the tire can move horizontally in the tire placing block 30 in the concave groove 33 through the roller 38, and when the number of tires in the concave groove 33 reaches a certain value, the horizontal moving rod 49 extends forward to be matched with the clamping plate 55 to clamp the tire.
After the tire is placed, one end of the tire placing block 30 is lifted through the connecting sliding block 20 to enable the tire placing block 30 to move upwards, the connecting sliding block 20 vertically slides in the track groove 19 to drive the joint of the tire placing block 30 and the connecting sliding block 20 to lift, the tire placing block 30 is enabled to incline, when the connecting sliding block 20 rises to a certain height, one side, provided with a plurality of moving shafts 31, of the tire placing block 30 is completely contacted with the outer surfaces of two sides of the track groove 19, and the tire placing block 30 is in a vertical state.
The connecting slide block 20 continues to rise to the bottom of the elastic block 28 and the transverse plate 63 to contact and squeeze so as to start the motor, so that the magnetic attraction plate 66 is connected with energy to generate strong magnetism so as to attract the magnetic attraction block 56, meanwhile, the hook strip 68 hooks the hook frame 58, the hook strip 68 is in an initial state of sagging along with gravity, and when the tire placing block 30 rises so that the hook frame 58 contacts with the hook strip 68, the hook strip 68 connects the hook frame 58 and prevents the tire placing block 30 from falling.
When the magnetic block 56 is connected with the magnetic plate 66, the hook plate 24 is disconnected with the rotating shaft 22 due to the height difference, at this time, the tire placing block 30 can horizontally move under the transverse plate 63, the horizontal moving sliding block 65 horizontally moves in the horizontal moving groove 64, the bottom moving wheel 32 of the tire placing block 30 entering the container at this time is contacted with the bottom of the container through the movement of the horizontal moving sliding block 65, when the tire placing block 30 slides to a certain distance from the inner wall of the container, the tire placing groove 36 is pushed out outwards through the push wheel rod 35, the tire placing groove 36 slides in cooperation with the connecting limiting groove 44 through the connecting limiting shaft 45 at the bottom and rotates the connecting roller 42 to form a certain inclination angle with the bottom when the tire placing groove 36 extends, and meanwhile, the moving belt roller 52 rotates to move the tire to the bottom of the container, at this time, the tires are stacked in a horizontal state.
