Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
At present, an automatic start-stop system of a vehicle generally determines whether to trigger based on the stopping time of the vehicle, namely, an automatic start-stop function is started after the vehicle stops for a certain time, but the process is judged only by the information of a main vehicle HV, and comprehensive judgment is not made by combining the actual congestion state, the actual traffic information and the information of surrounding vehicles RV, so that the vehicle is frequently triggered to have the automatic start-stop function under the condition of temporary stopping in a short time, the automatic start-stop system of the engine is frequently started, certain influence is generated on the service life of the engine, and if the vehicle is not completely stopped, the engine is shut down, the possibility of traffic accidents is high, and certain potential safety hazards are generated.
The invention aims to control the starting and stopping of a vehicle engine by combining the actual congestion state, the actual traffic information and the information of surrounding vehicles RV under the condition of the information of a main vehicle HV, dynamically adjust the triggering time of automatic starting and stopping (namely the stopping time of the vehicle), and reduce the triggering frequency of automatic starting and stopping.
The control method for the automatic start and stop of the vehicle of the invention is described below with reference to fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
and S100, acquiring signal lamp information and traffic state information.
In the method, the signal light information includes a traffic signal at the current time and the remaining time of the traffic signal, and the traffic state information is generated based on the state information of the host HV, or the state information of the host HV and the state information of the surrounding vehicle RV, or the state information of the host HV, the state information of the surrounding vehicle RV, and the road condition information.
The traffic signals comprise parking signals, traffic signals and slow-moving signals, for example, the traffic light adopts a traffic light, the red light represents the parking signals, the green light represents the passing model, the yellow light represents the slow-moving signals, and the signal indicator light of each color has corresponding duration and stop time.
In the present embodiment, the state information includes vehicle speed information, type information, and position information of the vehicle.
In the present embodiment, the traffic state information is used to represent the vehicle density around the host vehicle HV, and by acquiring the vehicle density around the host vehicle HV, the congestion state in front of the host vehicle HV, including no congestion, light congestion, moderate congestion, severe congestion, and the like, can be known.
The signal lamp information and the road condition information can represent actual traffic information in the driving process of the vehicle, and the traffic state information can represent actual congestion state in the driving process of the vehicle.
In some possible embodiments, the signal light information, the traffic information, and the status information of the surrounding vehicles RV may be obtained through a Road-Side-Unit (RSU) or a cloud based on a Vehicle to electrical monitoring (V2X) technology, and the signal light information and the traffic information such as a congestion event may be broadcast to the vehicles through the RSU or the cloud; the status information of the host vehicle HV is acquired by an On-Board Unit (OBU). A
More specifically, if there are no other vehicles around the vehicle in the driving process, the RSU or the cloud does not broadcast the traffic information, and in this case, the traffic status information is generated based on the status information of the host vehicle HV;
if other vehicles exist around the vehicle in the running process, but the RSU or the cloud does not broadcast the road condition information, under the condition, the traffic state information is generated together based on the state information of the host vehicle HV and the state information of the surrounding vehicles RV;
if other vehicles exist around the vehicle in the driving process, the RSU or the cloud broadcasts road condition information, and under the condition, the traffic state information is generated jointly based on the state information of the host vehicle HV, the state information of the vehicles RV around the vehicle and intersection information.
And S200, when the vehicle is in a stop state, adjusting the trigger time of the automatic start and stop of the engine based on the signal lamp information and the traffic state information or based on the traffic state information. Specifically, when the vehicle is in a stopped state and the engine is in a started state, the trigger time is adjusted up or down based on the signal light information and the traffic state information, or based on the traffic state information.
According to the method, before the automatic start-stop control of the engine is carried out, the trigger time of the automatic start-stop of the engine is adjusted, namely, after a driver steps on a brake pedal and picks up a gear, the automatic start-stop function is started only after the stop time reaches the trigger time.
At present, the triggering time of an automatic start-stop system of a vehicle is preset and cannot be adjusted any more when the vehicle leaves a factory, and the triggering time of the automatic start-stop system of the vehicle can be dynamically adjusted by judging the road congestion state, the signal lamp information of a front traffic intersection, the density information (the number of vehicles) of surrounding vehicles and the like by combining the internal and external information of the vehicle in the driving process of the vehicle, so that the triggering frequency of the automatic start-stop is reduced, the service life of an engine is prolonged, the occurrence probability of traffic accidents is reduced, and better driving experience is provided for a driver.
More specifically, if the vehicle stopping state is at a non-traffic intersection or the current traffic intersection does not have a signal lamp, under the condition, the triggering time is adjusted based on the traffic state information;
if the vehicle stopping state is at a traffic intersection with a signal light, in this case, the trigger time is adjusted based on the traffic state information and the signal light information.
And S300, automatically starting and stopping the engine based on the trigger time.
Specifically, in the method, when the automatic start-stop system judges that the vehicle meets the preset engine stop condition, the engine is controlled to stop working based on the trigger time of dynamic adjustment.
According to the control method for the automatic start and stop of the vehicle, the state information of the main vehicle HV is combined with at least one of the signal lamp information, the road condition information and the state information of the surrounding vehicles RV to make comprehensive judgment, and the trigger time of the automatic start and stop is dynamically adjusted by taking the result of the comprehensive judgment as a reference, so that the trigger frequency of the automatic start and stop is reduced, the service life of an engine is prolonged, the occurrence probability of traffic accidents is reduced, and better driving experience is brought to a driver.
The following describes the control method for automatic start and stop of a vehicle according to the present invention with reference to fig. 2, where step S100 specifically includes the following steps:
and S110, acquiring signal lamp information and road condition information of the current traffic intersection.
And S120, acquiring the state information of the current traffic intersection.
S130, traffic state information of the current traffic intersection is generated based on the state information of the host vehicle HV, or the state information of the host vehicle HV and the state information of the surrounding vehicles RV, or the state information of the host vehicle HV, the state information of the surrounding vehicles RV and the road condition information.
In this embodiment, when the trigger time is adjusted, comprehensive judgment is performed based on signal light information and road condition information of a current traffic intersection, that is, an intersection to be passed through in the vehicle driving process, and in combination with traffic state information generated based on state information of the host vehicle HV and the peripheral vehicle RV acquired at the traffic intersection. Therefore, when the vehicle is at the traffic intersection and waits for the signal lamp to become the traffic signal, the signal lamp factor, the intersection factor and the congestion factor are integrated, and more reasonable adjustment is made.
In some possible embodiments, the traffic status information may be determined according to a vehicle density in front of or to the side of the host vehicle HV by a preset distance, for example, within 500 m. The length of a common car is between 2m and 5m, the length of a 2-carriage car is not more than 4m, the length of a 3-carriage car is not more than 4.2m, the average car length is 4m within 500m, the distance is 1m, and the ideal maximum vehicle capacity is n x 100, wherein n is the number of lanes.
The following describes the control method for automatic start and stop of a vehicle according to the present invention with reference to fig. 3, where step S200 specifically includes the following steps:
s210, when the vehicle is in a stop state and the engine is in a start state, if the signal light information is a stop signal and the remaining time of the stop signal does not exceed a first preset time and the vehicle density does not exceed a first preset density, or if the vehicle density does not exceed the first preset density, the trigger time is adjusted upwards.
S220, when the vehicle is in a stop state and the engine is in a start state, if the signal light information is a stop signal and the remaining time of the stop signal exceeds a second preset time and if the vehicle density exceeds a second preset density, or if the vehicle density exceeds the second preset density, the trigger time is adjusted downwards.
In the method, the second preset time is not less than the first preset time, and the second preset density is greater than the first preset density.
When signal lamp information of the current traffic intersection is output as a stop signal, the remaining time of the stop signal is short, and the density of surrounding vehicles is in a congestion state with a low threshold value, such as a non-congestion state and a slight congestion state, the trigger time of automatic start and stop is adjusted upwards, so that the automatic start and stop can be prevented from being triggered due to temporary stop within several seconds; or when the current traffic intersection has no signal light information but the density of the surrounding vehicles is in a congestion state with a low threshold value, such as an uncongested state and a slight congestion state, the triggering time of the automatic start-stop is adjusted upwards, and the automatic start-stop triggered by temporary stop within a few seconds can be avoided.
When the signal lamp information of the current traffic intersection is output as a stop signal, the remaining time of the stop signal is long, and the density of surrounding vehicles is in a high-threshold congestion state such as a severe congestion state, the trigger time of automatic start-stop is adjusted downwards, so that the effect of saving more fuel can be achieved; or when the current traffic intersection has no signal light information but the density of the surrounding vehicles is in a congestion state with a high threshold value, such as a severe congestion state, the trigger time of the automatic start-stop is adjusted downwards, so that the effect of saving more fuel can be achieved.
In the method, when the vehicle is traveling on a road section without a signal light, or in a congestion state such as a medium congestion state where a signal light information output at a current traffic intersection is a stop signal and the remaining time of the stop signal is moderate and the density of surrounding vehicles is an intermediate threshold, the trigger time is adjusted up or down according to the traffic state information and the signal light information (if there is no signal light in front, the information is disregarded).
For example, based on Time (the end Time of the stop signal, i.e., the red light countdown) and congestion conditions, the following can be classified: when the Time is less than or equal to 10s and no congestion exists, if the automatic start-stop is triggered at the moment, the driving feeling is seriously influenced, so that the triggering Time is adjusted upwards under the condition; when the Time is more than 10s and less than or equal to 30s, the automatic start-stop is started timely according to the congestion state; when the Time is less than 30s, the automatic start-stop needs to be started in Time, so that the trigger Time is adjusted downwards in the case.
In the method, when the congestion state is no congestion or slight congestion, the triggering of automatic start-stop is avoided; when the congestion state is moderate congestion, the automatic start-stop is started timely according to red light countdown; and when the congestion state is serious congestion, the automatic start-stop should be started in time.
The following describes the control method for automatic start and stop of a vehicle according to the present invention with reference to fig. 4, where step S300 specifically includes the following steps:
and S310, judging whether the parking time of the vehicle reaches the trigger time or not when the vehicle is in the stop state.
Specifically, step S310 is:
judging whether a braking signal is generated or not, wherein the braking signal is generated when a driver steps on a brake pedal;
judging whether the gears are in a neutral state or not;
if the braking signal is generated and the vehicle is in a neutral gear state, obtaining parking time;
and judging whether the parking time reaches the trigger time.
It is understood that the preset stop state of the vehicle means that the driver depresses the brake pedal and takes off the gear.
And S320, controlling the engine to stop working if the triggering time is reached.
According to the method, the trigger time can be dynamically adjusted, the engine is controlled to stop working based on the dynamic trigger time, the trigger frequency of automatic start and stop is reduced, the service life of the engine is prolonged, the occurrence probability of traffic accidents is reduced, and meanwhile better driving experience is brought to a driver.
The following describes the control device for automatic start-stop of a vehicle according to the present invention, and the control device for automatic start-stop of a vehicle described below and the control method for automatic start-stop of a vehicle described above may be referred to correspondingly.
The control apparatus for automatic start/stop of a vehicle of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 5, and includes:
the acquiring module 100 is configured to acquire signal light information, road condition information, and traffic status information.
In the apparatus, the signal lamp information includes a traffic signal at the present time and the remaining time of the traffic signal, and the traffic state information is generated based on the state information of the host HV, or the state information of the host HV and the state information of the nearby vehicle RV, or the state information of the host HV, the state information of the nearby vehicle RV, and the road condition information.
In some possible embodiments, the signal light information, the traffic information and the status information of the surrounding vehicles RV may be obtained through the RSU or the cloud based on the V2X technology, and the signal light information and the traffic information such as congestion events may be broadcast to the vehicles through the RSU or the cloud; the status information of the host vehicle HV is acquired by the OBU.
More specifically, if there are no other vehicles around the vehicle in the driving process, the RSU or the cloud does not broadcast the traffic information, and in this case, the traffic status information is generated based on the status information of the host vehicle HV;
if other vehicles exist around the vehicle in the running process, but the RSU or the cloud does not broadcast the road condition information, under the condition, the traffic state information is generated together based on the state information of the host vehicle HV and the state information of the surrounding vehicles RV;
if other vehicles exist around the vehicle in the driving process, the RSU or the cloud broadcasts road condition information, and under the condition, the traffic state information is generated jointly based on the state information of the host vehicle HV, the state information of the vehicles RV around the vehicle and intersection information.
The adjusting module 200 is configured to adjust the trigger time for automatically starting and stopping the engine based on the signal light information and the traffic state information or based on the traffic state information when the vehicle is in the stop state. Specifically, when the vehicle is in a stopped state and the engine is in a started state, the trigger time is adjusted up or down based on the signal light information and the traffic state information, or based on the traffic state information.
In the device, before carrying out automatic start-stop control to the engine, can adjust the automatic trigger time who stops that stops of engine earlier, promptly that the driver will step on brake pedal and pick off the back, only can start the automatic function of stopping just after the parking time reaches trigger time.
At present, the triggering time of an automatic start-stop system of a vehicle is preset and cannot be adjusted any more when the vehicle leaves a factory, and the triggering time of the automatic start-stop system of the vehicle can be dynamically adjusted by judging the road congestion state, the signal lamp information of a front traffic intersection, the density information of surrounding vehicles (the number of vehicles) and the like by combining the internal and external information of the vehicle in the driving process of the vehicle, so that the triggering frequency of the automatic start-stop is reduced, the service life of an engine is prolonged, the occurrence probability of traffic accidents is reduced, and better driving experience is provided for a driver.
More specifically, if the vehicle stopping state is at a non-traffic intersection or the current traffic intersection does not have a signal lamp, under the condition, the triggering time is adjusted based on the traffic state information;
if the vehicle stopping state is at a traffic intersection with a signal light, in this case, the trigger time is adjusted based on the traffic state information and the signal light information.
And the control module 300 is used for performing automatic start-stop control on the engine based on the trigger time.
Specifically, in the device, when the automatic start-stop system judges that the vehicle meets the preset engine stop condition, the engine is controlled to stop working based on the trigger time of dynamic adjustment.
According to the control device for automatically starting and stopping the vehicle, the state information of the main vehicle HV is combined with at least one of the signal lamp information, the road condition information and the state information of the surrounding vehicles RV to make comprehensive judgment, and the triggering time of automatic starting and stopping is dynamically adjusted by taking the result of the comprehensive judgment as a reference, so that the triggering frequency of automatic starting and stopping is reduced, the service life of an engine is prolonged, the occurrence probability of traffic accidents is reduced, and better driving experience is brought to a driver.
In the following, the control apparatus for automatically starting and stopping a vehicle according to the present invention is described with reference to fig. 6, where the obtaining module 100 specifically includes:
the first obtaining unit 110 is configured to obtain signal light information and road condition information of a current traffic intersection.
The second obtaining unit 120 is configured to obtain the state information of the current traffic intersection.
A generating unit 130 for generating traffic state information of the current traffic intersection based on the state information of the host vehicle HV, or the state information of the host vehicle HV and the state information of the surrounding vehicle RV, or the state information of the host vehicle HV, the state information of the surrounding vehicle RV, and the road condition information.
In the following, the control device for automatically starting and stopping a vehicle according to the present invention is described with reference to fig. 7, where the adjusting module 200 specifically includes:
the first adjusting unit 210 is configured to, when the vehicle is in a stopped state and the engine is in a started state, adjust the trigger time upward if the signal light information is the stop signal and the remaining time of the stop signal does not exceed a first preset time and if the vehicle density does not exceed a first preset density, or if the vehicle density does not exceed the first preset density.
The second adjusting unit 220 is configured to, when the vehicle is in a stopped state and the engine is in a started state, adjust the trigger time downward if the signal light information is the stop signal and the remaining time of the stop signal exceeds a second preset time and if the vehicle density exceeds a second preset density, or if the vehicle density exceeds the second preset density.
In the device, the second preset time is not less than the first preset time, and the second preset density is greater than the first preset density.
When signal lamp information of the current traffic intersection is output as a stop signal, the remaining time of the stop signal is short, and the density of surrounding vehicles is in a congestion state with a low threshold value, such as a non-congestion state, the triggering time of automatic starting and stopping is adjusted upwards, so that the situation that the automatic starting and stopping is triggered due to temporary stopping within a few seconds can be avoided; or when the current traffic intersection has no signal light information but the density of the surrounding vehicles is in a congestion state with a low threshold value, such as an uncongested state and a slight congestion state, the triggering time of the automatic start-stop is adjusted upwards, and the automatic start-stop triggered by temporary stop within a few seconds can be avoided.
In this apparatus, when the vehicle is traveling on a road section without a traffic signal, or in a congestion state such as a medium congestion state where a traffic signal information output at a current traffic intersection is a stop signal and the remaining time of the stop signal is moderate and the density of surrounding vehicles is an intermediate threshold, the trigger time is adjusted up or down according to the traffic state information and the traffic signal information (if there is no traffic signal ahead, the information is disregarded).
In the device, when the congestion state is no congestion or slight congestion, the triggering of automatic start-stop is avoided; when the congestion state is moderate congestion, the automatic start-stop is started timely according to red light countdown; and when the congestion state is serious congestion, the automatic start-stop should be started in time.
In the following, referring to fig. 8, the control device for automatic start and stop of a vehicle according to the present invention is described, and the control module 300 specifically includes:
the determining unit 310 is configured to determine whether the parking time of the vehicle reaches the trigger time when the vehicle is in the stopped state.
And an adjusting unit 320 for controlling the engine to stop working if the triggering time is reached.
In the device, the trigger time can be dynamically adjusted, the engine is controlled to stop working based on the dynamic trigger time, the trigger frequency of automatic start and stop is reduced, the service life of the engine is prolonged, the occurrence probability of traffic accidents is reduced, and meanwhile, better driving experience is brought to a driver.
