Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is clearly and completely described below by combining the embodiment and the attached drawings of the specification. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The study finds that the meditation can help people to carry out attention training, when the meditation is carried out, people sit still and concentrate attention on own breathing, and people are immersed in self-feeling along with air coming in and going out from nostrils. The long-time meditation training can improve the concentration degree of attention and improve the life of people. The existing meditation training is carried out by a user independently, and the user does not know the quality of the meditation training due to the lack of a feedback mechanism in the training process, so that the meditation training effect is reduced. The meditation effect achieved by the existing meditation training method is lower.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a meditation prompting sound control method, a device and equipment based on electroencephalogram signals, and solves the problem that the meditation effect achieved by the existing meditation training method is low. In specific implementation, the electroencephalogram signals of the user are drawn into a meditation training curve, the meditation training curve is compared with a meditation training standard curve, and prompt tones are sent out according to the comparison result. The prompting sound of the invention can help the user to improve the meditation effect.
For example, the abscissa of the meditation training standard curve (the curve corresponding to the ideal meditation training) is time, and the ordinate is the electroencephalogram signal intensity. When the user performs the meditation training, the meditation training curve of the user is drawn by taking the horizontal coordinate as time and the electroencephalogram signal intensity of the user as the vertical coordinate. For example, when the first time electroencephalogram signal intensity of the user starts training is a, the second time electroencephalogram signal intensity is b, and the third time electroencephalogram signal intensity is c, the point of a, the point of b, and the point of c are connected into a curve, the curve is compared with the meditation training standard curve, and when the curve deviates from the meditation training standard curve to a large extent, a prompt sound informing the user that the training effect is not good is sent out, so that the user can adjust the breathing of the user in time to enter a better meditation degree.
Exemplary method
The meditation prompt tone control method based on electroencephalogram signals of the embodiment can be applied to terminal equipment, and the terminal equipment can be terminal products with a sound playing function, such as televisions, computers, mobile phones and the like. In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the meditation prompt tone control method based on electroencephalogram signals specifically includes the steps of:
s100, acquiring a meditation training standard curve, wherein the meditation training standard curve is used for reflecting the corresponding relation between the electroencephalogram signals and the meditation degree.
The meditation training standard curve is drawn by collecting the electroencephalogram signals of the sample users during meditation training, the sample users preset courses for the study concentration training master, and the electroencephalogram signals generated by the users during meditation training can represent the standard meditation training degree.
And S200, acquiring electroencephalogram signals of the user.
The electroencephalogram head ring is worn on the head of a user, and electroencephalogram signals of the user are collected through the electroencephalogram head ring. The present embodiment does not collect the electroencephalogram of the user just when the user starts the meditation training, but collects the electroencephalogram of the user after the user sits still for a certain time, that is, after the user has started the meditation for a certain time. Because the electroencephalogram signals are still active when the user just begins to meditate, if the electroencephalogram signals are collected at the moment, the electroencephalogram signals are necessarily deviated from a meditation training standard curve, so that a prompt sound is sent out mistakenly, the prompt sound cannot help the user to perform meditation training, but interferes with the meditation of the user, and therefore the problems can be avoided.
The step S200 includes the following steps S201, S202, S203:
s201, according to the user, obtaining the age corresponding to the user.
The brain activity degree of users of different ages is different, and the corresponding brain electrical signal change degree is different. For example, the electroencephalogram of an older user may be maintained in a fixed value range for a long time, while the electroencephalogram of a younger user may be changed frequently.
S202, obtaining the sampling frequency corresponding to the age according to the age.
In this embodiment, the sampling frequency corresponding to older users is lower, and the sampling frequency corresponding to younger users is higher. This is because the brain activity of an aged user is relatively stable, i.e., the electroencephalogram signal is maintained in a fixed value range for a period of time, and therefore, the electroencephalogram signal does not need to be acquired frequently. The brain activity of the young users is relatively unstable, i.e. the electroencephalogram signals are difficult to maintain in a fixed value range, so the electroencephalogram signals need to be frequently collected to monitor the degree of meditation training.
And S203, acquiring the electroencephalogram signals of the user according to the sampling frequency.
In the embodiment, electroencephalogram signals are collected twice within one minute for an aged user; five electroencephalograms are collected within one minute for a young user.
S300, drawing a meditation training curve corresponding to the electroencephalogram signals of the user according to the electroencephalogram signals of the user.
In the embodiment, the time corresponding to the meditation training of the user is used as the horizontal coordinate, and the electroencephalogram signals of the user are used as the vertical coordinate to draw the meditation training curve.
S400, obtaining prompt sound information according to the meditation training standard curve and the meditation training curve of the user, wherein the prompt sound information is used for meditation training.
In the embodiment, the meditation degree of the user is judged according to the degree of deviation of the meditation training curve of the user from the meditation training standard curve, and the meditation degree is divided into four grades: active, calm, relax, enter fixed. For example, at the time t, the meditation degree corresponding to the meditation training standard curve is relaxed, and at the time t, the meditation training curve of the user is obviously deviated from the meditation training standard curve, and the user does not enter a relaxed state at the time t. At this time, a warning tone is given to inform the user that the user does not enter the relaxed state, so that the user can adjust himself to enter the relaxed state according to the warning tone.
Step S400 includes steps S401, S402, S403, S404, S405 as follows:
s401, obtaining a first interval curve and a second interval curve corresponding to the meditation training standard curve according to the meditation training standard curve, wherein the electroencephalogram signal intensity corresponding to the first interval curve is greater than the electroencephalogram signal intensity corresponding to a corresponding point on the second interval curve.
As shown in fig. 2, the first interval curve is located above the meditation training standard curve, and the second interval curve is located below the meditation training standard curve. The first interval curve and the second interval curve are arranged in the embodiment, so that the difference between the meditation training curve and the meditation training standard curve of the user can be conveniently judged by the user, and the state of the user can be timely adjusted to realize better meditation training.
S402, obtaining a meditation training real-time curve in the meditation training curves according to the meditation training curves of the users, wherein the meditation training real-time curve is drawn by collecting electroencephalogram signals of the users in real time.
The meditation training real-time curve records the electroencephalogram signals of the user in real time, and the meditation degree of the user is reflected according to the electroencephalogram signals.
And S403, when the meditation training real-time curve is positioned above the first interval curve, obtaining a first prompt sound in prompt sound information, wherein the meditation training curve, the first interval curve and the second interval curve are positioned in the same coordinate, the abscissa is meditation progress time, and the ordinate is electroencephalogram signal intensity.
When the meditation training real-time curve is positioned above the first interval curve, it indicates that the meditation effect of the user is poor at this time, that is, the brain of the user is still active. The APP used for meditation training emits a first prompt sound, and the user knows that the meditation training is poor when hearing the first prompt sound.
And S404, when the meditation training real-time curve is positioned below the second interval curve, obtaining a second prompt sound in the prompt sound information, wherein the second prompt sound is different from the first prompt sound.
When the real-time curve of the meditation training is positioned below the second interval curve, the meditation effect of the user is good at the moment, and the user enters the entrance state (the entrance is one of four levels of the meditation training). The APP used for meditation training emits a second prompt sound, and the user can know that the effect of the meditation training is good when hearing the second prompt sound, and can continue to meditate in the existing state.
And S405, when the duration of the real-time meditation training curve between the first interval curve and the second interval curve reaches a set time, obtaining a third prompt sound in the prompt sound information, wherein the third prompt sound is different from the second prompt sound, and the third prompt sound is different from the first prompt sound.
The real-time curve of the meditation training is positioned between the first interval curve and the second interval curve, which shows that the meditation effect of the user is better and the user enters a calm state (calmness is one of four levels of the meditation training). The APP for meditation training emits a third alert sound so that the user knows that the calm state has been entered.
To sum up, the invention firstly draws the EEG signals up to the standard of meditation training into a meditation training standard curve, when a certain user carries out meditation training, the EEG signals of the user are collected and drawn into a meditation training curve of the user, the meditation training curve of the user is compared with the meditation training standard curve, and a prompt sound is sent to the user according to the comparison result, the prompt sound aims to inform the user of the difference between the meditation state degree of the user and the standard meditation state degree, so that the user can timely adjust the state of the user (such as adjusting the breathing frequency) after knowing the difference, and further the meditation state degree is close to the standard meditation state degree. In conclusion, the prompt tone can improve the meditation effect of the user.
