Claims (7)

1. An artificial intelligence antimicrobial drug dynamic monitoring device, comprising:
a gene measuring unit for measuring the number of drug-resistant genes;
and the analysis and judgment unit is used for obtaining the drug resistance degree of the corresponding antibacterial drugs based on the number of the drug resistance genes measured by the gene sequencing unit.
2. The artificial intelligence antimicrobial drug dynamics monitoring apparatus of claim 1,
the analysis determination unit further includes: and obtaining an antibiotic resistance enrichment result through hyper-geometric distribution calculation analysis according to the corresponding relation between different drug resistance genes and different antibiotics, and outputting an analysis result based on the antibiotic resistance enrichment result.
3. The device of claim 2, wherein the analysis results include recommended relevant antibiotics and medication adjustments.
4. The artificial intelligent antimicrobial drug dynamics monitoring apparatus of claim 2, wherein the determining the number of drug resistance genes comprises:
determining the number m of genes which can be determined from known drug-resistant genes in the sample,
obtaining a gene factor a contained in a certain antibiotic drug-resistant gene group in the quantity-increasing gene group;
the gene factor b contained in a certain antibiotic resistance gene group in the gene group with unchanged quantity;
a gene factor c excluding a in the population of elevated numbers;
the number of genes was unchanged except for the number d of genes in the population.
5. The artificial intelligent antimicrobial drug dynamics monitoring apparatus of claim 4, wherein the analysis unit comprises: the P value is calculated by using a formula (I),

and obtaining a drug resistance conclusion based on the comparison result of the P value and the preset value.
6. The device for dynamically monitoring artificial intelligence antibiotic drugs according to claim 5, wherein if the P value is less than 0.05, the drug resistance is considered.
7. The device for dynamically monitoring artificial intelligence antibiotic drugs according to claim 5, wherein the smaller the P value, the stronger the drug resistance is considered.
