As shown in fig. 1, the power transformation equipment and the monitoring equipment need to operate in a suitable environment, in this embodiment, a drying mechanism is disposed inside the side shield, the drying mechanism includes a drying box 2100 horizontally and symmetrically disposed on the inner side wall of the side shield, a drying agent is disposed in the drying box 2100, and a drying baffle having micro-holes is disposed outside the drying box 2100. In this way, since the drying box 2100 has the micro-pores, moisture in the air can be adsorbed by the desiccant, and the generation of moisture in the inside of the apparatus can be avoided.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to ensure proper ventilation of the equipment, the present embodiment is provided with symmetrically arranged ventilation openings 2200 at the upper end of the mounting top frame 400, the ventilation openings 2200 are internally hinged with ventilation baffles capable of opening and closing the ventilation openings 2200, wherein one ventilation opening 2200 is internally provided with an exhaust fan 2300, and the other ventilation opening 2200 is provided with a heat dissipation fan 2400. Therefore, after the ventilation baffle is opened, the ventilation baffle can be used as an airflow conveying and discharging channel, convection can be rapidly generated under the action of the cooling fan 2400 and the exhaust fan 2300 to realize ventilation, and normal operation of equipment is ensured.
As shown in fig. 2, in order to improve the safety control of the operation and maintenance personnel, the embodiment further provides an operation and maintenance auxiliary module, which includes a portable housing, a fixing clamp is arranged on the inner side of the portable housing, a near-electricity alarm is embedded on the outer side of the portable housing, and a recording module, a real-time communication module, a camera module and a trajectory tracking module are further arranged in the portable housing; therefore, the fixing clamp on the portable shell is beneficial to the assembly with the safety helmet of operation and maintenance personnel, and the fixing clamp is beneficial to the fixing and installation and is convenient to carry; the system can realize various functions of real-time recording, near-electricity alarming, personnel positioning, track tracking, communication and the like, is convenient for analyzing and managing the running condition of the transformer substation, and is beneficial to strengthening on-site safety management and control, reducing load of on-site personnel and improving work efficiency.

1. A transformer substation electric power operation and maintenance safety monitoring and alarming system is characterized in that a monitoring and alarming device is arranged on the transformer substation; the device comprises a protection component and an operation and maintenance alarm component;
the protection assembly comprises a base (100), a mounting table (200) for mounting the transformer body is arranged at the upper end of the base (100), mounting frames (300) are arranged at the edge of the base (100), a side baffle is arranged between every two adjacent mounting frames (300), and a mounting top frame (400) fixed with the mounting frames (300) is further arranged above the base (100);
the operation and maintenance alarm assembly comprises a monitoring frame (500) positioned above the mounting table (200), a monitoring mechanical arm (600) is arranged on the lower surface of the monitoring frame (500), and a monitoring module is arranged at the tail end of the monitoring mechanical arm (600); the monitoring frame is characterized in that a fire extinguisher module (700) and a carbon dioxide release module (800) are further arranged at the lower end of the monitoring frame (500), the fire extinguisher module (700) and the carbon dioxide release module (800) are connected with a smoke sensing module, and the smoke sensing module, the monitoring module and the monitoring mechanical arm (600) are connected with a server module and a signal transmission module which are located at the upper end of the monitoring frame (500).

The substation power operation and maintenance safety monitoring and warning system of claim 1, wherein; the monitoring module is including locating terminal monitoring box (900) of monitoring arm (600), be equipped with drive monitoring box (900) on monitoring box (900) and wind monitoring arm (600) pivoted drive module, be equipped with monitoring camera (1000), temperature and humidity sensor (1100) and infrared sensor (1200) in monitoring box (900), operation manipulator (1300) are still installed to monitoring arm (600) end.

The substation power operation and maintenance safety monitoring and warning system of claim 1, wherein; the side shield is provided with a protective cabin door (1400) corresponding to the front end of the base (100), and the outer side surface of the protective cabin door (1400) is provided with an operating panel (1500) connected with the control module.

The substation power operation and maintenance safety monitoring and warning system of claim 1, wherein; the protection cabin door (1400) is further provided with a monitoring and tracking system (1600) connected with the server module, and the monitoring and tracking system (1600) comprises a portrait scanning system and a face authentication subsystem which are located on the outer side of the protection cabin door (1400), and a thermal imaging analysis system and a motion tracking system which are located on the inner side of the protection cabin door (1400).

The substation power operation and maintenance safety monitoring and warning system of claim 1, wherein; the upper end of the monitoring frame (500) is provided with a control box (1700) for accommodating the server module, and a heat dissipation module (1800) is further arranged in the control box (1700).

The substation power operation and maintenance safety monitoring and warning system of claim 1, wherein; monitoring frame (500) correspond each mounting bracket (300) one side and are equipped with installation piece (1900), installation piece (1900) and mounting bracket (300) sliding fit, be equipped with motor drive module (2000) of being connected with the server module electricity on installation piece (1900), motor drive module (2000) output still is equipped with drive gear, drive gear is connected with the transmission rack transmission of locating on mounting bracket (300).

The substation power operation and maintenance safety monitoring and warning system of claim 1, wherein; still include fortune dimension auxiliary module, fortune dimension auxiliary module includes portable casing, the inboard is equipped with the fixation clamp on the portable casing, and the portable casing outside is inlayed and is equipped with nearly electric alarm, still be equipped with recording module, real-time communication module, camera module and trajectory tracking module in the portable casing.
