5. And (3) pickling the hot-rolled black coil subjected to shot blasting, wherein the pickling adopts a sulfuric acid + 4-stage mixed acid (nitric acid + hydrofluoric acid) pickling process. The concentration of sulfuric acid is 180g/l, the concentration of nitric acid in the acid mixing zone at the 1 section is 60g/l, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 4.0 g/l; the concentration of nitric acid in the 2-stage acid mixing area is 65g/l, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 0.5 g/l; the concentration of nitric acid in the acid mixing area at the 3-stage is 40g/l, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 0.6 g/l; the concentration of nitric acid in the acid mixing area of the 4 sections is 40g/l, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 0.2 g/l.
6. After the acid washing in step 5, a white skin roll having a uniform surface thickness of 2.2mm was obtained, and the roughness average Ra was 2.71 and RZ1max was 20.33 (detection wavelength λ was 2.5 μm).
The white coil is processed by a cold rolling mill to obtain a plate surface with the thickness of 0.81mm & lt 2 & gt 2B & lt, the finish machining grinding average production speed is 5.5m/min, the plate surface quality is uniform, and the requirements of 8K refined and color-plated plates are met.
Example 4
The 8K mirror plate manganese-nitrogen series nickel-saving austenitic stainless steel comprises the following components:
0.127% of C, Si: 0.381%, Mn: 9.224%, P: 0.045%, S: 0.00201%, Cr: 18%, Ni: 1%, Cu: 2%, N: 0.1272% and the balance Fe.
The method for preparing the 8K mirror panel by adopting the components is as follows:
1. smelting the raw materials of the austenitic stainless steel with the components for 16min, casting the raw materials into a steel billet in a heating furnace, wherein the feeding temperature of the continuously cast steel billet is 454 ℃, the temperature of the continuously cast steel billet passing through a preheating interval is 900 ℃, the temperature of a first heating interval is 1262 ℃, the temperature of a second heating interval is 1270 ℃, and the temperature of a soaking section is 1300 ℃.
2. And (3) rolling the obtained steel billet by hot rolling and finish rolling in sequence, wherein in the hot rolling and the finish rolling, a roller rolls 138 coils, and after the finish rolling, laminar cooling is adopted to the temperature of 731 ℃ to obtain a hot-rolled black skin coil.

Annealing the hot-rolled black sheet coil, discharging the hot-rolled black sheet coil from a furnace at the temperature of 1176 ℃, removing most of oxidized embroidery skin by straightening, shot blasting and sand blasting, wherein shot blasting is performed for four times, the shot blasting speed of No. 1 and No. 2 is 1400r/min, and the steel shot S110; 3# and 4# shot blasting rotating speed 1400r/min, and steel shots S110+ S70; then, the surface was roughly ground by a heavy brush at a speed of 1200rpm with a rolling reduction of 4.0 mm.
5. And (3) pickling the hot-rolled black coil subjected to shot blasting, wherein the pickling is carried out by adopting a sulfuric acid + 4-stage mixed acid (nitric acid + hydrofluoric acid) pickling process. The concentration of sulfuric acid is 190g/l, the concentration of nitric acid in the acid mixing zone at the 1 section is 70g/l, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 4.5 g/l; the concentration of nitric acid in the acid mixing area at the 2-stage is 75g/l, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 1.5 g/l; the concentration of nitric acid in the acid mixing area at the 3-stage is 50g/l, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 1.1 g/l; the concentration of nitric acid in the acid mixing area of the 4 sections is 50g/l, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 0.7 g/l.
6. After the acid washing in step 5, a white skin roll having a uniform surface and a thickness of 2.2mm was obtained, and the roughness average Ra was 1.97 and RZ1max was 17.88 (detection wavelength λ was 2.5 μm).
The white coil is processed by a cold rolling mill to obtain a plate surface with the thickness of 0.61mm & lt 2 & gt 2B & lt, the finish machining grinding average production speed is 6.0m/min, the plate surface quality is uniform, and the requirements of 8K refined and color plated plates are met.
Comparative example
The panels were prepared by a conventional process and compared to the panels prepared in examples 1-4 of the present invention, with the results shown in the following table.

1. A preparation method of 8K mirror plate manganese-nitrogen series nickel-austenite stainless steel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1, smelting and continuously casting the raw materials of the austenitic stainless steel into a steel billet; the raw materials comprise, by mass, 0.075-0.143% of C, 0.353-0.403% of Si, 8.109-9.032% of Mn, and P: 0.042% -0.05%, S: 0.0006% -0.00139%, N: 0.1443-0.153%, Cr 14.5-14.768%, Ni 1.195-1.202%, Cu 0.252-0.809% and Fe in balance; continuous casting is carried out in a heating furnace, the heating furnace comprises a preheating section and a heating section which are sequentially connected, the temperature of the preheating section is 700-900 ℃, the temperature of the heating section is 1150-1300 ℃, and the continuous casting drawing speed is 0.9-1.3 m/min; the heating interval comprises a first heating interval, a second heating interval and a soaking section which are sequentially communicated with one another, wherein the temperature of the soaking section is 8-30 ℃ higher than that of the second heating interval, and the temperature of the second heating interval is 90-100 ℃ higher than that of the first heating interval;
s2, sequentially rolling, annealing, pickling, detecting surface roughness, cold rolling and finish machining and grinding the obtained steel billet, wherein the pickling adopts a sulfuric acid and 4-section mixed acid pickling process, and the mixed acid is a mixture of nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid; the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 180-190g/L, the concentration of the nitric acid in the 1-stage acid mixing zone is 60-70g/L, and the concentration of the hydrofluoric acid is 4.0-4.5 g/L; the concentration of nitric acid in the 2-stage acid mixing area is 65-75g/L, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 0.5-1.5 g/L; the concentration of nitric acid in the acid mixing area at the 3-stage is 40-50g/L, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 0.6-1.1 g/L; the concentration of nitric acid in the acid mixing area of the 4 sections is 40-50g/L, and the concentration of hydrofluoric acid is 0.2-0.7 g/L.
2. The method of producing an 8K mirror plate manganese-nitrogen nodular nickel austenitic stainless steel of claim 1, wherein: in the step S1, the refining time during the smelting of the austenitic stainless steel liquid is 10 minutes or more.

The method of making an 8K mirror plate manganese-nitrogen-bonded nickel austenitic stainless steel of claim 1, wherein: in the step S2, shot blasting and re-brushing processes are sequentially performed between the annealing and pickling processes, wherein the shot blasting speed is 800-1400 r/min, the re-brushing speed is 600-1200 rpm, and the reduction is 2-4 mm.

The method of producing an 8K mirror plate manganese-nitrogen nodular nickel austenitic stainless steel of claim 1, wherein: and annealing and pickling to obtain the white leather roll with a uniform plate surface, wherein Ra is less than or equal to 2.8 mu m when the surface roughness of the white leather roll is detected.
