背景技术
ITO玻璃即ITO导电玻璃是在钠钙基或硅硼基基片玻璃的基础上,利用磁控溅射的方法镀上一层氧化铟锡(俗称ITO)膜加工制作成的。ITO玻璃制作过程中,过清洗线时氧化铟锡膜易被清洗剂腐蚀,存在电性功能不良的潜在风险,市场急需一款对ITO玻璃无腐蚀性的环保清洗剂。
因此,我们提出了一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物用于解决上述问题。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物。
一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,包括如下重量百分数的原料:表面活性剂0.3%~0.8%、碳酸氢钠2%~3%、单乙醇胺6%~9%、异丙醇4%~12%、无水乙醇5%~8%、丁醚4%~8%,缓蚀剂0.05%~0.12%、乳酸钠2%~4.5%、磷酸二氢钾3%~4.5%、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.2%~0.8%、消泡剂0.3%~0.5%、其余为水。
优选的,包括如下重量百分数的原料:表面活性剂0.4%~0.6%、碳酸氢钠2.2%~2.8%、单乙醇胺6.5%~8%、异丙醇5%~11%、无水乙醇5.5%~7.5%、丁醚5%~7%、缓蚀剂0.06%~0.1%、乳酸钠2.5%~4%、磷酸二氢钾3.5%~4.2%、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.3%~0.7%、消泡剂0.35%~0.45%、其余为水。

进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。
进一步的,所述缓蚀剂为咪唑啉与EDTA的混合物,咪唑啉与EDTA的比例为1:4。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸的混合物。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸的比例为2:1。

进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。
进一步的,所述缓蚀剂为咪唑啉与EDTA的混合物,咪唑啉与EDTA的比例为1:4。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸的混合物。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸的比例为2:1。

实施例4中,一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,包括如下重量百分数的原料:表面活性剂0.6%、碳酸氢钠2.8%、单乙醇胺8%、异丙醇11%、无水乙醇7.5%、丁醚7%、缓蚀剂0.1%、乳酸钠4%、磷酸二氢钾4.2%、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.7%、消泡剂0.45%、其余为水。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。
进一步的,所述缓蚀剂为咪唑啉与EDTA的混合物,咪唑啉与EDTA的比例为1:4。
进一步的,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸的混合物。

实施例5中,一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,包括如下重量百分数的原料:表面活性剂0.5%、碳酸氢钠2.5%、单乙醇胺7%、异丙醇8%、无水乙醇7%、丁醚6%、缓蚀剂0.08%、乳酸钠3%、磷酸二氢钾4%、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.5%、消泡剂0.5%、其余为水。

实施例1-5中,本发明提出的ITO玻璃清洗剂,使用时不易产生泡沫,清洗后玻璃表面无残留、无颗粒物质,洁净度好,无刺激性,不易对氧化铟锡膜造成腐蚀,产品的品质能够得到有效的保障,且该清洗剂不易对环境造成不良的影响。

Claims (8)
1.一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分数的原料:表面活性剂0.3%~0.8%、碳酸氢钠2%~3%、单乙醇胺6%~9%、异丙醇4%~12%、无水乙醇5%~8%、丁醚4%~8%、缓蚀剂0.05%~0.12%、乳酸钠2%~4.5%、磷酸二氢钾3%~4.5%、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.2%~0.8%、消泡剂0.3%~0.5%、其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分数的原料:表面活性剂0.4%~0.6%、碳酸氢钠2.2%~2.8%、单乙醇胺6.5%~8%、异丙醇5%~11%、无水乙醇5.5%~7.5%、丁醚5%~7%,缓蚀剂0.06%~0.1%、乳酸钠2.5%~4%、磷酸二氢钾3.5%~4.2%、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.3%~0.7%、消泡剂0.35%~0.45%、其余为水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分数的原料:表面活性剂0.5%、碳酸氢钠2.5%、单乙醇胺7%、异丙醇8%、无水乙醇7%、丁醚6%,缓蚀剂0.08%、乳酸钠3%、磷酸二氢钾4%、吡咯烷酮羧酸钠0.5%、消泡剂0.5%、其余为水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,所述缓蚀剂为咪唑啉与EDTA的混合物,咪唑啉与EDTA的比例为1:4。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸的混合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂中,十二烷基苯磺酸钠和硬脂酸的比例为2:1。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种ITO玻璃清洗剂组合物,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:将上述原料各组分按比例称量好后,在40~60℃温度下逐个加入上述各组分,升温至70~80℃,使其全部溶解,然后在常压下高速搅拌半小时,冷却后得外观为无色均匀透明液体清洗剂。
