Claims (8)

1. An environment-friendly plastic product recycling process is characterized by comprising the following steps: step one, crushing raw materials: preparing a PET plastic bottle raw material, transferring and putting the PET plastic bottle raw material into a roller crusher by using a conveyor belt type feeding machine, then controlling a crushing blade of the roller crusher to crush the PET plastic bottle to simultaneously perform feeding and crushing treatment, wherein the length and the width of the crushed PET plastic fragments are required to be within 4 x 4-6 x 6 cm, meanwhile, placing a material transferring trolley at the discharging hopper position of the roller crusher, and then collecting the PET plastic fragments to finish primary processing;
step two, impurity separation: transferring the PET plastic fragments collected by the transferring cart in the step one to a soaking box, then pouring the PET plastic fragments into the soaking box containing water for soaking, fishing out the bottle caps and the impurities floating on the surface for cleaning during soaking, fishing out the PET plastic fragments after cleaning, and draining for later use, thus finishing the operation of separating the impurities;
step three, decontamination and cleaning: adding the PET plastic fragments subjected to the impurity separation operation in the step two into a vertical stirring cleaning tank, adding cleaning liquid and water into the vertical stirring cleaning tank before adding, wherein the ratio of the cleaning liquid to the water is 100: 6, controlling a stirring blade of the vertical stirring cleaning tank to stir after the cleaning liquid and the water are added, controlling the rotating speed of the stirring blade to be 82-96r/min, adding the PET plastic fragments into the vertical stirring cleaning tank after stirring for 2-4 minutes, then controlling the rotating speed of the stirring blade to be increased to 102r/min, and discharging and collecting the PET plastic fragments after stirring;
step four, color selection and packaging: and (3) drying the PET plastic chips collected in the third step, then carrying out color sorting treatment by using a color sorting machine, and immediately packaging by using a quantitative packaging machine to obtain a finished product of the environment-friendly plastic product recycling process.
