The upper rack is provided with three weight boxes, the weight blocks (not shown in the figure) with proper quantity can be placed in the weight boxes, the upper rack presses the shape following spring through the gravity provided by the weight blocks, the upper roller and the lower roller can be tightly attached to the surface of the bamboo, the bamboo is clamped, and the subsequent branch removing and bamboo breaking operation of the bamboo is facilitated.
The conveying assembly is used for driving the bamboos to be conveyed between the upper roller and the lower roller; the conveying assembly comprises a plurality of (four in the figure) rotating shafts 3-1 and a power source 3-2. The rotating shafts are parallel to each other (perpendicular to the conveying direction of the bamboos) and can be rotatably positioned on the lower rack. All the rotating shafts are sequentially connected in a transmission way through a chain wheel and chain pair; one of the rotating shafts is used as a driving shaft and driven by a power source; a manual power source (such as a rotating handle) or an electric power source (such as a driving motor) can be adopted according to actual conditions. In this embodiment, the two ends of the rotating shaft as the driving shaft are supported by vertical bearing blocks 3-3 fixed on the lower frame, and the two ends of the other rotating shafts are supported by rhombic bearing blocks 1-3 fixed on the lower frame. One end of the cutter shaft is provided with a flange 4-1-3 and extends into the space between the upper roller and the lower roller; the other end of the cutter shaft is fixed with the nut. A branch removing knife is fixed on the flange and is in contact with the bamboo branches to carry out branch removing operation; preferably, the side of the branch removing knife contacted with the bamboo branches is arranged into an arc shape. The first spring is sleeved on the cutter shaft, and two ends of the first spring respectively abut against the nut and the outer wall of the upper frame, so that the cutter shaft is prevented from being in direct contact with the upper frame, and the cutter shaft is prevented from suddenly generating vertical force to damage the upper frame. The second spring is sleeved on the cutter shaft, and two ends of the second spring respectively support against the inner wall of the upper frame and the flange, so that the branch removing cutter is ensured to be attached to the surface of the bamboo as much as possible, and the branch removing effect is improved. The roller is rotatably positioned on the flange, and the rotating axis of the roller is vertical to the conveying direction of the bamboos; when the bamboo reaches the branch removing knife, the roller pushes against the surface of the bamboo, so that the bamboo moves along the roller. The part of the roller abutting against the bamboo protrudes out of the contact surface of the branch removing knife and the bamboo to ensure that a certain distance exists between the branch removing knife and the surface of the bamboo, and the branch removing knife is prevented from damaging the surface of the bamboo.
The lower delimbing component and the upper delimbing component have the same structure, and the installation mode of the lower delimbing component is similar to that of the upper delimbing component, so that the description is omitted. In this embodiment, in order to avoid interference between the delimbing blades in the lower delimbing assembly and the delimbing blades in the upper delimbing assembly, the lower delimbing assembly is disposed at the front sides of the two sets of upper delimbing assemblies (see fig. 4).
As shown in fig. 7, the bamboo breaking assembly is disposed at an outlet end of the through groove of the upper frame, and is used for performing bamboo breaking operation. The bamboo breaking component comprises a bamboo breaking knife shaft seat 5-1 and a bamboo breaking knife 5-2. The bamboo breaking cutter shaft seat is fixed on the upper rack; the bamboo breaking knife is in threaded connection with the bamboo breaking knife shaft seat, is convenient to disassemble, and can be used for breaking bamboos into required strips and widths by using various bamboo breaking knives. The bamboo breaking knife corresponds to the position of the bamboo (namely, the bamboo breaking knife is positioned in the center of the through groove of the upper machine frame, and the bamboo breaking knife is positioned between the upper roller and the lower roller). During operation, the bamboo breaking component floats up and down along with the upper frame, so that the central line of the bamboo breaking knife can be ensured to always correspond to the central line of the bamboo, and the accurate centering of the bamboo breaking knife and the bamboo is realized.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
