A servo motor of the driving mechanism is fixed on the upper surface of the shielding cover plate 9 through a bracket.
The spray head driving system is arranged outside the hot chamber, and the shielding device is arranged, so that the daily maintenance is facilitated, and the spray head driving system can be provided for maintenance under the condition of a fault of the spray head.
In the embodiment, the penetration piece comprises a shielding plug, a shaft sleeve and a dustproof sleeve,
the shaft sleeve is sleeved on the corresponding high-pressure pipe,
a through hole corresponding to the shielding plug is formed in the shielding cover plate 9, the shielding plug is arranged in the corresponding through hole and is connected with the shielding cover plate 9 in a sealing manner through a static sealing element, and the sealing at the stirring station is realized; the shielding plug is provided with a through hole corresponding to the corresponding shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve is arranged in the corresponding through hole in a sliding manner, and a dynamic sealing element is arranged between the shaft sleeve and the inner wall of the through hole of the shielding plug, so that the stirring mixer is sealed in a manner of being sealed in a hot room.
The dustproof sleeve is arranged at the upper end of the shielding plug and is provided with a channel for a corresponding high-pressure pipe to pass through.
In particular, the first and third high-pressure pipes 6, 7 share a first shielding plug 8. The second high-pressure pipe 1 uses the second shielding plug 2 alone.
The lower end of the first cleaning barrel 10 is connected with the stirring barrel 11, and the upper end of the first cleaning barrel is in pressure connection with the shielding plug. The shielding plug compresses tightly the flange terminal surface at first wash bowl top, and the centre sets up the sealing member to the port that realizes the stirring blender is sealed.
When the nozzle on the nozzle is blocked or aged and needs to be maintained, the pipeline on the nozzle driving system is disconnected firstly, the fixing bolt of the bracket of the nozzle driving system on the upper part of the shielding cover plate 9 is loosened, the shielding plug is lifted by utilizing a crane, and the nozzle driving mechanism are lifted together and transferred to a maintenance area for maintenance.
The nozzle driving system guides power into the hot chamber through the shielding plug, so that maintenance outside the hot chamber can be realized, and the maintenance difficulty is reduced.

It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning device for an out-of-bucket agitator mixer, comprising: the stirring barrel cleaning mechanism and the feed opening cleaning mechanism;
the stirring barrel cleaning mechanism comprises a first cleaning barrel (10), a first high-pressure pipe (6) and a first driving mechanism,
the first cleaning cylinder (10) is arranged at the upper end of a stirring barrel (11) of the stirring mixer outside the barrel and is communicated with the stirring barrel (11),
the upper end of the first high-pressure pipe (6) is used for being connected with a high-pressure water source, the lower end of the first high-pressure pipe is provided with a first spray head (13) and is positioned in the first cleaning barrel (10), the first driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the first high-pressure pipe (6) and is used for driving the first high-pressure pipe (6) to move downwards until the first spray head (13) extends into the stirring barrel (11), and the first spray head (13) is used for spraying high-pressure water transmitted by the first high-pressure pipe (6) so as to clean the inner wall of the stirring barrel (11);
the feed opening cleaning mechanism comprises a second cleaning cylinder (4), a second high-pressure pipe (1) and a second driving mechanism,
the second cleaning cylinder (4) is arranged at the upper end of a feed opening (5) of the stirring mixer outside the cylinder and is communicated with the feed opening (5),
the upper end of second high-pressure pipe (1) is used for linking to each other with high-pressure water source, and its lower extreme is equipped with second shower nozzle (3) and is located second wash bowl (4), and second actuating mechanism links to each other with second high-pressure pipe (1) transmission for drive second high-pressure pipe (1) moves down to second shower nozzle (3) and stretches into feed opening (5), and second shower nozzle (3) are arranged in will passing through the high-pressure water blowout of second high-pressure pipe (1) transmission, in order to wash the inner wall of feed opening (5).
2. The cleaning device for the out-of-bucket agitator mixer of claim 1, further comprising a paddle cleaning mechanism;
stirring rake wiper mechanism includes third high-pressure pipe (7) and third actuating mechanism, the upper end of third high-pressure pipe (7) is used for linking to each other with high-pressure water source, its lower extreme is equipped with third shower nozzle (12) and is located first wash bowl (10), third actuating mechanism links to each other with third high-pressure pipe (7) transmission, be used for driving third high-pressure pipe (7) to move down to third shower nozzle (12) and stretch into agitator (11) bottom, third shower nozzle (12) are used for the high-pressure water blowout through third high-pressure pipe (7) transmission, wash with the stirring rake to agitator (11) bottom.
3. The cleaning device for an external mixer according to claim 1, characterized in that the first spray head (13) is a self-rotating spray head.
4. The cleaning device for the mixer agitator outside the bucket as defined in claim 3, wherein the lower end of the self-rotating spray head is connected with a horizontally arranged extension pipe, and both ends of the extension pipe are respectively provided with a nozzle.
5. The cleaning apparatus for an out-of-bucket agitator mixer of claim 4,
the lower part of the inner wall of the first cleaning barrel (10) is provided with a dustproof layer (21) through which the first spray head (13) and the second spray head (3) can penetrate, and the upper part of the inner wall of the first cleaning barrel (10) is provided with a cleaning part for cleaning a nozzle of the self-rotating spray head.

The cleaning device for the mixer agitator outside the tank as defined in claim 1, wherein the first, second and third driving mechanisms each comprise a servo motor, a lead screw and a nut seat, the nut seat is fixedly connected to the corresponding high pressure tube and is in threaded connection with the lead screw, and the servo motor is in transmission connection with the lead screw for driving the lead screw to rotate so as to drive the nut seat to move up and down relative to the lead screw.
7. A cleaning system for an external mixer, comprising a high-pressure water source and a cleaning device for an external mixer according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the high-pressure water source is connected with the first high-pressure pipe (6), the second high-pressure pipe (1) and the third high-pressure pipe (7) through hoses, and the hoses are provided with high-pressure cut-off valves.
8. An external mixer, comprising a mixing drum (11), a feed opening (5), and a cleaning device for the external mixer according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the feed opening (5) is provided on a side wall of the mixing drum (11).

The mixer according to claim 8, wherein the mixing drum (11), the first cleaning drum (10) and the second cleaning drum (4) are all disposed in a hot chamber, a first hole and a second hole are formed in the bottom surface of the top plate of the hot chamber, the first cleaning drum (10) and the second cleaning drum (4) can pass through the first hole and the second hole respectively, a first groove is formed in the bottom surface of the top plate of the hot chamber, the first groove is communicated with the first hole and the second hole, a shielding cover plate (9) matched with the first groove is disposed in the first groove, the first driving mechanism, the second driving mechanism and the third driving mechanism are all disposed on the shielding cover plate (9), and the first high-pressure pipe (6), the second high-pressure pipe (1) and the third high-pressure pipe (7) all pass through the shielding cover plate (9).
10. The mixer of claim 9 wherein the penetration includes a shield plug, a bushing and a dust boot,
the shaft sleeve is sleeved on the corresponding high-pressure pipe,
the shielding cover plate (9) is provided with a through hole corresponding to the shielding plug, the shielding plug is arranged in the corresponding through hole and is connected with the shielding cover plate (9) in a sealing way, the shielding plug is provided with a through hole corresponding to the corresponding shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve is arranged in the corresponding through hole in a sliding way,
the dustproof sleeve is arranged at the upper end of the shielding plug and is provided with a channel through which a corresponding high-pressure pipe can pass.
