the film-forming agent is a mixture of trimethylsiloxy silicate and VP/hexadecene copolymer, and can be compounded to form a continuous and breathable film which is fixed on the surface of oily skin, so that a foundation product is uniformly distributed on the surface of the skin at any time while migration resistance is achieved, and local oily or makeup removal is avoided;
the filler is a mixture of vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer, boron nitride and lauroyl lysine, and can fill pores and lines to form smooth and flat skin and adsorb grease secreted by the skin, the porous spherical structure formed by coating organic silicon rubber powder with organic silicon resin enables the make-up product to form elastic and smooth skin feel, the boron nitride with a hexagonal crystal structure combines with the lauroyl lysine to enable the make-up product to have good skin adhesion, the three are combined to make multiple refraction, the matte effect is better, and the face make-up is more durable;
the barrier repairing agent is a mixture of ceramide, panthenol and glyceryl rosinate, and can effectively enhance the oil-water balance of the skin, form a tight protective film on the surface layer of the skin, effectively lock water and prevent excessive secretion of grease by sebaceous glands; the invention adopts the mixture of ceramide, panthenol and glyceryl rosinate as the barrier repairing agent, has the functions of activating skin tissues, enhancing the resistance to discharge, deeply permeating for long-term moisture retention, reducing sebum and repairing skin barriers;

The difference from example 2 is that: the mass ratio of the trimethylsiloxysilicate to the VP/hexadecene copolymer is 1: 1; the mass ratio of the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer to the boron nitride to the lauroyl lysine is 1: 1: 1; the mass ratio of the film forming agent to the filler is 1.5: 2.556; the other component content and the procedure are the same as in example 2; namely the contents are:

Effect test
1. Relevant test is carried out according to oil production condition of product
Oil production was tested for examples 1-4 and comparative examples 1-2 using the SKIN FX grease test card.
Test objects: 15 volunteers are selected and are female employees in the same office building, the skin is oily, the age is 20-35 years old, the health is good, no dermatosis and allergy history exist, and the evaluation work is finished by matching with workers according to requirements and the feeling after use is truly reflected.
The operating conditions are as follows: the test chamber was kept at a temperature of 15-30 deg. (relative humidity 30-75% RH), and the tester stood still for at least 20 minutes, during which time the tester could not drink water and beverages, was exposed all over the face, kept relaxed, and had clean skin.
The measurement process comprises the following steps: the staff takes the grease test card and takes care not to touch the part for measuring grease with fingers, otherwise, the part is invalid; applying the test card paper on the part of the face where the oil is easy to flow out, and keeping for 5 seconds; the test card is placed on a proper gap of the grease test card distributor, then the test card is placed in front of the camera, the small square of the test area is kept at the center of the screen, after the camera is focused, an image is captured by touching the screen, and the grease wetting range of the test card paper is obtained to obtain data 1. And then, the makeup base product is finished according to the normal steps, a tester carries out daily activities with makeup, and after 4 hours and 6 hours, the oil and fat wetting range of the test paperboard is tested by the same method to obtain data 2.
The oil extraction effect is obtained comprehensively, and the expert scores the oil extraction severity degree by 0-9 (0: completely none; 1: very light; 2: light; 3 is slight; 4 is obvious; 5: obvious; 6: very obvious; 7: severe; 8: severe; 9: very severe).
The test results are shown in table 1 below:

Results scored according to table 2 above show that the products prepared in examples 1-4 gave oil at 4h on the whole face of 2-3 points with oil severity between mild and mild, whereas comparative example 2 gave 3 points with oil severity between mild and somewhat significant. Oil yield results the products of examples 1-4 were rated at 2-3 points for oil yield at 6 hours across the face, with the severity of oil yield between mild and mild, and the comparative example 2 was rated at 5.6 points for oil yield between significant and very significant, indicating that the products of examples 1-4 of the present invention have good oil control.

The expert scored the degree of makeup-holding effect 0-9 (0: very severe makeup removal, 1: severe makeup removal, 2: more severe makeup removal, 3: very significant makeup removal, 4: significant makeup removal, 5: somewhat significant makeup removal, 6: less cosmetic removal, 7: slight makeup removal, 8: very slight makeup removal, 9: no makeup removal).
The test results are shown in table 2 below:

According to the scoring results of table 2, the products of examples 1-4 with the makeup-sustaining effect score between 7-8 points and the makeup-sustaining effect degree is between very slight makeup removal and slight makeup removal at 4h of the whole face, while the product of comparative example 2 scores 6.5 points and the makeup-sustaining effect degree is between slight makeup removal and slight makeup removal. The makeup holding effect of the examples 1 to 4 is between 6 and 7 points in the whole face at 6h, the makeup holding effect degree is between slightly removing the makeup and slightly removing the makeup, the comparative example 2 is 4.8 points, and the makeup holding effect degree is between obviously removing the makeup and slightly removing the makeup, which shows that the products prepared by the examples 1 to 4 of the invention have good makeup holding effect.
From the test data in tables 1 and 2 above, it can be seen that the weight ratio of trimethylsiloxysilicate to VP/hexadecene copolymer described in the oil and water balance controlling composition is 4: 1; the mass ratio of the vinyl polydimethylsiloxane/polymethylsiloxane silsesquioxane cross-linked polymer to the boron nitride to the lauroyl lysine is 1: 1: 0.2; the mass ratio of the film forming agent to the filler is 2:1, the obtained product has better long-term oil control effect and long-term makeup stability.

Claims (10)

1. A make-up base product suitable for oily skin is characterized in that: comprises the following components: the oil-water balance composition comprises an oil-water balance composition, a colorant, an emulsifier, a thickener, an emollient, a humectant, a functional assistant and deionized water;
the oil-water balance composition consists of a film-forming agent, a filling agent, a barrier repairing agent and a cooling sedative;
the mass ratio of the film forming agent to the filler is 2:1.
2. the oil skin-compatible base cosmetic product according to claim 1, characterized in that: the film forming agent is a mixture of trimethylsiloxy silicate and VP/hexadecene copolymer; the mass ratio of the trimethylsiloxysilicate to the VP/hexadecene copolymer is 4: 1.

the thickening agent is a mixture of disteardimonium hectorite, cyclopentadimethylsiloxane and propylene carbonate, and the mass ratio of the disteardimonium hectorite to the cyclopentadimethylsiloxane to the propylene carbonate is 18: 77: 5;
the emollient is selected from cyclopentadimethylsiloxane or butanediol dicaprylate/dicaprate.

(1) adding a coloring agent, an emulsifying agent, an emollient and a thickening agent into a reaction kettle, and homogenizing and uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixture 1;
(2) adding a film forming agent and a filling agent into the mixture 1 obtained in the step 1, and homogenizing and uniformly dispersing to obtain a mixture 2;
(3) adding the humectant, the functional assistant and the deionized water into a water phase pot, uniformly stirring and dispersing, adding the mixture into the mixture 2, uniformly homogenizing and dispersing, adding the barrier repairing agent and the cooling sedative, and uniformly mixing to obtain the applicable make-up base product for the oily skin.
