The invention belongs to the field of warehouse structure layout, and particularly relates to a warehouse frame integrated type tobacco and tobacco product warehouse considering fire resistance design.
Background
At present, the steel shelf structure mainly comprises an assembled type, an integral type and a warehouse shelf integrated type, wherein the warehouse shelf integrated type shelf has the characteristic of bearing the cargo load and serving as a framework of a warehouse to support a roof and a wall surface enclosure structure. Compared with other traditional goods shelves, the warehouse shelf integrated goods shelf has the advantages of high land utilization rate, larger available space, strong structural integrity, low cost and the like, and is widely applied to tobacco and tobacco product warehouses. The fire-resistant grade of the multilayer tobacco and tobacco product warehouse is not lower than three, and the very strict fire-resistant design requirement needs to be met, so that the effective fire-resistant design method for the warehouse-in-one type tobacco and tobacco product warehouse has great research value on the basis of controlling the cost.
In the steel shelf, the hot rolled member mainly refers to a member composed of a steel plate or a section steel produced by a hot rolling method, and the cold-formed thin-walled steel member mainly refers to a member composed of a section steel formed by cold-forming or die-pressing a thin steel plate with the thickness of 1-3 mm. The steel goods shelves generally adopt the thin-walled cold-formed steel member, and be the open cross-section, have on-the-spot assembly construction, construction cycle is short, practice thrift steel quantity, advantage such as with low costs, but the thin-walled cold-formed steel member surface is difficult to the even spraying fire-retardant coating, and the thin-walled cold-formed steel member wall makes the cold-formed goods shelves difficult to satisfy the fire prevention requirement in tobacco and tobacco products warehouse. On the contrary, the hot rolling component with the closed section has the advantages of thicker wall thickness, adjustable wall thickness, capability of evenly spraying fireproof paint on site and the like, and can meet the fire resistance requirements of tobacco and tobacco product warehouses through corresponding fire resistance design calculation. However, the hot rolled components have the defects of high construction difficulty, long construction period, on-site welding requirement, high cost and the like, so that the hot rolled components are difficult to use in the warehouse structure in a warehouse-frame-in-one manner. Therefore, the study on the combined use of the cold-formed thin-wall steel member and the hot-rolled member in the warehouse structure of the integrated tobacco and tobacco products has great research value.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a tobacco and tobacco product warehouse.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a tobacco and tobacco product warehouse comprises a hot rolling goods shelf, a cold bending goods shelf, a wind-resistant truss and a steel roof truss, wherein the hot rolling goods shelf comprises the wind-resistant goods shelf and a fireproof partition goods shelf, the cold bending goods shelf, the wind-resistant truss and the steel roof truss are in weak connection, the hot rolling goods shelf, the wind-resistant truss and the steel roof truss are in hard connection, the hot rolling goods shelf, the wind-resistant truss and the steel roof truss are all made of hot rolling components, and the failure and collapse caused by fire of the tobacco and tobacco product warehouse are avoided through fire-resistant design; the cold-bending goods shelves all adopt cold-bending thin-wall steel members, do not need fireproof design, can be assembled on site, and avoid welding.
The wind-resistant goods shelves are arranged at two ends of a tobacco and tobacco product warehouse along the roadway direction, the fire-resistant partition goods shelves are arranged at two sides of the longitudinal fire-proof partition wall along the roadway direction, the wind-resistant truss is arranged at two ends of the tobacco and tobacco product warehouse along the vertical roadway direction, the wind-resistant truss, the fire-resistant partition goods shelves and the wind-resistant truss are all hot-rolled components, and are closed cross sections, and fire-resistant coatings are coated on the site. The cross-sectional shape, cross-sectional dimension, wall thickness, fireproof coating thickness and the like of the hot-rolled member are calculated through corresponding fire-resistant design, so that the combustion performance and fire resistance limit of beams and columns specified in GB50016 building design fire-resistant code are met, and the fire-resistant requirement of a tobacco and tobacco product warehouse structure is met.
The cold-bending goods shelves are arranged between the hot-rolling goods shelves along the roadway direction and adopt cold-bending thin-walled steel members. The cold-formed thin-walled steel member is an open cross section, can be assembled on site, and does not need to be designed for fire resistance.
The weak connection comprises a weak connection I between the cold bending goods shelf and the wind-resistant truss and a weak connection II between the cold bending goods shelf and the steel roof truss.
The weak connection I between the cold-bending goods shelf and the wind-resistant truss is formed by welding a connecting rod, a first round bolt hole steel plate and a first inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate, one end of the connecting rod is welded with the first round bolt hole steel plate, and the other end of the connecting rod is welded with the first inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate; and the weak connection part is positioned between the cold-bending goods shelf upright post and the wind-resistant truss upright post, is arranged at a certain distance along the longitudinal direction of the cold-bending goods shelf upright post and the wind-resistant truss upright post, and is suitable to be arranged at the height of the connecting node of the upright post and the cross beam. And at the height of the weak connection device, a first steel plate with a circular bolt hole is welded on the cold-bending goods shelf upright column, and a first steel plate with a circular bolt hole is welded on the wind-resistant truss upright column. And the first steel plate with the circular bolt holes, which is weakly connected with the first steel plate, is connected with the first steel plate with the circular bolt holes, which is weakly connected with the first steel plate with the inverted U-shaped bolt holes, and is connected with the first steel plate with the circular bolt holes, which is weakly connected with the cold bending goods shelf stand column, through bolts. The first round bolt hole steel plate and the first inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate are both rectangular steel plates, and threads are preset in bolt holes.
And the second weak connection between the cold bending storage rack and the steel roof truss comprises a second circular bolt hole steel plate and a second inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate. The second weak connection position is located between each cold-bending goods shelf upright post top and the lower chord of the steel roof truss, the cold-bending goods shelf upright post top is welded with a sealing plate, the second circular bolt hole steel plate of the second weak connection position is welded with the sealing plate at the cold-bending goods shelf upright post top, the second inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate of the second weak connection position is welded with the lower chord of the steel roof truss, and the second circular bolt hole steel plate is connected with the second inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate through bolts.
The hard connection comprises a first hard connection between the hot rolling storage rack and the wind-resistant truss and a second hard connection between the hot rolling storage rack and the steel roof truss.
The hard connection I between the hot rolling goods shelf and the wind-resistant truss is arranged between the hot rolling goods shelf upright post and the wind-resistant truss upright post, is arranged at a certain distance along the longitudinal direction of the hot rolling goods shelf upright post and the wind-resistant truss upright post, is preferably arranged at the height of a connecting node of the upright post and the cross beam, and adopts a fixed connection or hinge connection mode to connect the hot rolling goods shelf upright post and the wind-resistant truss upright post; and the second hard connection between the hot rolling goods shelf and the steel roof truss is arranged between the column top of each hot rolling goods shelf column and the lower chord of the steel roof truss, and the column top of the hot rolling goods shelf column and the lower chord of the steel roof truss are connected in a fixedly connected or hinged mode.
The steel roof truss is in a truss form, and the main truss is arranged in a direction perpendicular to the roadway. The steel roof truss rod piece adopts a hot rolling component, has a closed section and is coated with fireproof paint on site. The cross-sectional shape, the cross-sectional dimension, the wall thickness, the fireproof coating thickness and the like of the hot-rolled member are calculated through corresponding fire-resistant design, so that the combustion performance and the fire resistance limit of a roof bearing member specified in GB50016 architectural design fire-resistant code are met, and the fire-resistant requirement of a tobacco and tobacco product warehouse structure is met.
Longitudinal and transverse connecting rods are added to the lower chord truss of the steel roof truss, so that the top of all hot-rolled goods shelf upright posts is connected with the lower chord truss of the steel roof truss through hard connection, and the top of all cold-bent goods shelf upright posts is connected with the lower chord truss of the steel roof truss through weak connection.
Tobacco and tobacco products warehouse set up vertical fire compartment wall according to the fire prevention subregion, and fire prevention subregion goods shelves set up in vertical fire compartment wall both sides along the tunnel direction, and fire prevention subregion goods shelves stand welding supports the tripod, provides the side direction support for vertical fire compartment wall through supporting the tripod. The supporting tripods are all channel steel members.
The fire-proof subareas are determined according to the building area of the class-C warehouse fire-proof subareas in GB50016 building design fire-proof standard, and the fire-proof limit of the fire-proof partition wall 13 cannot be lower than 4.00 h.
Near wind-resistant truss bottom sets up the conveyer belt, and the conveyer belt should be avoided in the web member setting between the wind-resistant truss post.
And the weak connection between the cold-bending goods shelf upright post and the bottom of the wind-resistant truss upright post is required to avoid the arrangement of a stacker according to the process requirements.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the storage structure adopts a structural system combining a cold-bending shelf and a hot-rolling shelf, the wind-resistant shelf, the fireproof partition shelf, the wind-resistant truss and the roof truss adopt hot-rolling components with closed cross sections, other shelves adopt thin-walled cold-bending steel components, the cold-bending shelf is adopted in the warehouse, the field assembly construction can be realized, the construction period is short, the cold-bending shelf has the advantages of steel consumption saving, low cost and the like, the wind-resistant shelf, the wind-resistant truss and the roof truss adopt hot-rolling components with closed cross sections, the fireproof coating can be conveniently sprayed on the field, the wall thickness of the components is thick, the fire resistance is strong, the main body structure can be ensured not to collapse in a fire disaster, the fire disaster is controlled in the structure, and the life safety of people is not damaged.
2. The cold-bending goods shelf, the roof system and the wind-resistant truss are connected by adopting weak connecting nodes, the weak connecting nodes adopt a vertical sliding structure, only horizontal load is transmitted, vertical load is not transmitted, and the cold-bending goods shelf collapses under the condition of fire without influencing the bearing structures such as the roof system and the wind-resistant truss.
3. The truss of the lower chord of the roof truss is encrypted, and the longitudinal and transverse connecting rods are additionally arranged, so that all the top of the shelf column is connected with the lower chord of the roof truss, the force transmission of the top of the shelf column is more definite, the stress is more reasonable, and the structural integrity is improved.

As shown in fig. 1-15, a tobacco and tobacco product warehouse comprises a hot rolling shelf 1, a cold bending shelf 2, a wind-resistant truss 3 and a steel roof truss 4, wherein the hot rolling goods shelf 1 comprises an anti-wind goods shelf 5 and a fireproof partition goods shelf 6, the anti-wind goods shelf 5 is arranged at two ends of the tobacco and tobacco product warehouse structure along the roadway direction, the fireproof partition goods shelf 6 is arranged at two sides of a longitudinal fireproof partition wall 13 along the roadway direction, the anti-wind truss 3 is arranged at two ends of the tobacco and tobacco product warehouse structure in the direction perpendicular to the roadway direction, the cold bending goods shelf 2 is in weak connection 7 with the wind-resistant truss 3 and the steel roof truss 4, the hot rolling goods shelf 1 is in hard connection 8 with the wind-resistant truss 3 and the steel roof truss 4, the hot rolling goods shelf 1, the wind-resistant truss 3 and the steel roof truss 4 are all hot rolling components, and through the fire-resistant design, the tobacco and tobacco product warehouse is prevented from losing efficacy and collapsing due to fire; the cold-bending goods shelf 2 adopts cold-bending thin-wall steel components, does not need fireproof design, can be assembled on site and avoids welding. And the cold bending goods shelf 2 is arranged between the hot rolling goods shelves 1 along the roadway direction.
Specifically, the hot rolled member mainly refers to a member composed of a steel plate or a section steel produced in a hot rolling manner, and the cold-formed thin-walled steel member mainly refers to a member composed of a section steel formed by cold-forming or die-pressing a thin steel plate with a thickness of 1-3 mm.
The wind-resistant goods shelves 5, the fireproof subarea goods shelves 6 and the wind-resistant trusses 3 are all hot-rolled components, the upright columns of the wind-resistant goods shelves 5, the fireproof subarea goods shelves 6 and the wind-resistant trusses 3 are preferably closed-section components such as rectangular or circular, the shelf cross beams are preferably I-shaped steel beams or double-limb C-shaped beams, and the web members of the wind-resistant trusses 3 are preferably channel steel or circular tube components. The hot rolled components are coated with fireproof paint on site. The cross-sectional shape, cross-sectional dimension, wall thickness, fireproof coating thickness and the like of the hot-rolled member are calculated through corresponding fire-resistant design, so that the combustion performance and fire resistance limit of beams and columns specified in GB50016 building design fire-resistant code are met, and the fire-resistant requirement of a tobacco and tobacco product warehouse structure is met.
Specifically, the fire-resistant grade of the tobacco and tobacco product warehouse is not lower than three levels, and the combustion performances of the beams and the columns are all non-combustibility. When the fire-resistant grade of the warehouse is first grade, the fire-resistant limit of the upright post of the hot-rolled goods shelf 1 is 3.00h, and the fire-resistant limit of the cross beam is 2.00 h; when the fire-resistant grade of the warehouse is two-grade, the fire-resistant limit of the upright post of the hot-rolled storage rack 1 is 2.50h, and the fire-resistant limit of the cross beam is 1.50 h; when the fire-resistant grade of the warehouse is three-grade, the fire-resistant limit of the upright post of the hot-rolled goods shelf 1 is 2.00h, and the fire-resistant limit of the cross beam is 1.00 h.
As shown in fig. 1, the cold roll stands 2 according to the present embodiment are disposed between the hot roll stands 1 in the tunnel direction. The cold-bending goods shelf 2 is made of cold-bending thin-wall steel members. The weak connection 701 between the cold bending goods shelf 2 and the wind-resistant truss 3 is formed by welding a connecting rod 9, a first round bolt hole steel plate 1001 and a first inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate 1101, one end of the connecting rod 9 is in welded connection with the first round bolt hole steel plate 1001, one end of the connecting rod is in welded connection with the first inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate 1101, the weak connection 701 is located between the cold bending goods shelf upright column 201 and the wind-resistant truss upright column 301, and the cold bending goods shelf upright column 201 and the wind-resistant truss upright column 301 are arranged at a certain distance along the longitudinal direction, and are suitable to be arranged at the height of the connecting node of the upright column and the cross beam.

The weak connection between the cold-bending goods shelf 2 and the wind-resistant truss 3 enables the wind-resistant truss 4 and the cold-bending goods shelf 2 to slide vertically under the action of normal load; the collapse of the cold-formed pallet 2 does not affect the wind-resistant truss 4 in the event of a fire.
The second weak connection 702 between the cold bending goods shelf 2 and the steel roof truss 4 comprises a second circular bolt hole steel plate 1002 and a second inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate 1102, the second weak connection 702 is located between the top of each cold bending goods shelf upright column 201 and the lower chord 401 of the steel roof truss, the top of each cold bending goods shelf upright column 201 is welded with the sealing plate 12, the second circular bolt hole steel plate 1002 of the second weak connection 702 is welded with the sealing plate 12 at the top of each cold bending goods shelf upright column 201, the second inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate 1102 of the second weak connection 702 is welded with the lower chord 401 of the steel roof truss, and the second circular bolt hole steel plate 1002 is connected with the second inverted U-shaped bolt hole steel plate 1102 through bolts 17. The weak connection between the cold bending goods shelf 2 and the steel roof truss 4 enables the steel roof truss 4 and the cold bending goods shelf 2 to slide vertically under the action of normal load; the collapse of the cold-formed pallet 2 does not affect the steel roof truss 4 in fire conditions.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the hard connection 8 includes a hard connection 801 between the hot rolled shelving 1 and the wind-resistant truss 3 and a hard connection 802 between the hot rolled shelving 1 and the steel roof truss 4.
The first hard connection 801 between the hot rolling shelf 1 and the wind-resistant truss 3 is arranged between the hot rolling shelf upright post 101 and the wind-resistant truss upright post 301, is arranged at certain intervals along the longitudinal direction of the hot rolling shelf upright post 101 and the wind-resistant truss upright post 301, and is preferably arranged at the height of a connection node of the upright posts and the cross beam.
The first hard connection 801 is fixedly connected or hinged with the hot rolling shelf upright post 101 and the wind-resistant truss upright post 301, so that the fireproof subarea shelf 6 connected between the hot rolling shelf 1 and the wind-resistant truss 3 can transmit horizontal and vertical loads at the same time.
The second hard connection 802 between the hot rolling goods shelf 1 and the steel roof truss 4 is arranged between the top of each hot rolling goods shelf upright post 101 and the lower chord 401 of the steel roof truss, and the top of each hot rolling goods shelf upright post 101 and the lower chord 401 of the steel roof truss are connected in a fixedly connected or hinged mode, so that the fireproof subarea goods shelf 6 connected between the hot rolling goods shelf 1 and the lower chord of the steel roof truss 4 can transmit horizontal and vertical loads at the same time.
As shown in fig. 5, the steel roof truss 4 according to the present embodiment is in the form of a truss, and the main truss is arranged perpendicular to the roadway direction. The steel roof truss 4 rod piece adopts a hot rolling component, the cross section is closed, the chord member and the web member are preferably circular pipes, and fireproof paint is coated on site. The cross-sectional shape, the cross-sectional dimension, the wall thickness, the fireproof coating thickness and the like of the hot-rolled member are calculated through corresponding fire-resistant design, so that the combustion performance and the fire resistance limit of a roof bearing member specified in GB50016 architectural design fire-resistant code are met, and the fire-resistant requirement of a tobacco and tobacco product warehouse structure is met.
Specifically, the fire-resistant grade of the tobacco and tobacco product warehouse is not lower than three, when the fire-resistant grade of the warehouse is one grade, the combustion performance of the steel roof truss 4 is incombustible, and the fire-resistant limit is 1.50 h; when the fire-resistant grade of the warehouse is second grade, the combustion performance of the steel roof truss 4 is incombustible, and the fire-resistant limit is 1.00 h; when the fire-resistant grade of the warehouse is three grades, the combustion performance of the steel roof truss 4 is difficult to burn, and the fire-resistant limit is 0.50 h.
As shown in fig. 5, the steel roof truss 4 is in a truss form, the main truss is arranged perpendicular to the roadway direction, the steel roof truss lower chord truss 402 of the steel roof truss 4 is additionally provided with longitudinal and transverse connecting rods 403, so that the connection between all the tops of the hot-rolled shelf uprights 101 and the steel roof truss lower chord truss 402 is ensured through the hard connection 802, and the connection between all the tops of the cold-bent shelf uprights 201 and the steel roof truss lower chord truss 402 is ensured through the weak connection two 702, so that the direct and reasonable force transmission is ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 14, the tobacco and tobacco product warehouse is provided with a longitudinal fire-blocking wall 13 according to fire-blocking partitions, fire-blocking partition shelves 6 are arranged on two sides of the longitudinal fire-blocking wall 13 along a roadway direction, fire-blocking partition shelf columns 601 are welded with supporting tripods 14, lateral support is provided for the longitudinal fire-blocking wall 13 through the supporting tripods 14, and the supporting tripods 14 are all channel steel members.
It should be noted that the present embodiment is described by taking the example of arranging a fire wall in a midspan.
Specifically, according to the provisions of GB50016 fire protection code for building design, the fire-resistant grade of the tobacco and tobacco product warehouse is not lower than three, and for the tobacco and tobacco product warehouse with unlimited number of layers, when the warehouse is a single-layer warehouse, the maximum allowable building area of each fire-resistant subarea is 1500m2(ii) a In the case of a multi-story warehouse, the maximum allowed building area per fire zone is 1200m2(ii) a In the case of high-rise warehouses, the maximum permitted building area per fire zone is 1000m2. The fireproof partition wall 13 is arranged according to the fireproof partition building area specified by the specification, the fire resistance limit of the fireproof partition wall 13 cannot be lower than 4.00h, and a door, a window and a hole cannot be formed.
As shown in fig. 2, a conveyor belt 15 is arranged near the bottom of the wind-resistant truss 3, the web members between the columns of the wind-resistant truss 3 are arranged to avoid the conveyor belt, and the weak connection between the cold-bending shelf column 201 and the bottom of the wind-resistant truss column 301 is arranged to avoid the stacker 16 according to the process requirements.
