Abstract
The application relates to the technical field of pesticides, and particularly discloses a pesticide containing spinetoram and sulfoxaflor, and a preparation method and application thereof. An insecticide containing spinetoram and sulfoxaflor is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-25 parts of active component A, 2-10 parts of active component B, 1.2-3 parts of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide, 5-12 parts of auxiliary agent and 50-80 parts of solvent; the active component A consists of spinetoram and sulfoxaflor according to the mass ratio of (6-10) to (1.5-4), and the active component B consists of sodium polyphosphate, a surfactant and dimethyl sulfoxide according to the mass ratio of (7-12) to (1-3). The pesticide can be used for preventing and controlling pests such as Lepidoptera, Thysanoptera, diptera and the like, and has the advantages of strong penetration capability and good contact killing effect.
Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of pesticides, in particular to a pesticide containing spinetoram and sulfoxaflor, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, the wide application of pesticides in agricultural production has good control effect on agricultural pests, reduces the pest outbreak frequency and greatly improves the yield of agricultural products. However, in the using process of the pesticide, the pests have certain pesticide resistance, and the pesticide effect is reduced year by year, so technical personnel develop the pesticide with different types of pesticide, and obtain better pest killing effect.
Spinetoram is a macrolide biogenic pesticide product, can act on a nicotinic acetylcholine receptor and a gamma-aminobutyric acid receptor in an insect body, and has good control effect on lepidoptera and diptera pests. The sulfoxaflor is a sulfimide pesticide, acts on a unique binding site in an insect nicotinic cholinergic receptor, and can prevent and control sap-sucking pests. The spinetoram and the sulfoxaflor have low cross resistance and good insecticidal effect after being mixed for use.
When the pesticide is used in the field, the pesticide is influenced by the external environment, and needs to have a good killing effect on pests in a short time as far as possible.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to improve the permeation efficiency of the pesticide to vegetation and insect bodies and improve the short-time killing efficiency of pests, the application provides the pesticide containing spinetoram and sulfoxaflor, a preparation method and application thereof.
In a first aspect, the application provides a pesticide containing spinetoram and sulfoxaflor, which adopts the following technical scheme:
an insecticide containing spinetoram and sulfoxaflor is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-25 parts of active component A, 2-10 parts of active component B, 1.2-3 parts of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide, 5-12 parts of auxiliary agent and 50-80 parts of solvent; the active component A consists of spinetoram and sulfoxaflor according to the mass ratio of (6-10) to (1.5-4), and the active component B consists of sodium polyphosphate, a surfactant and dimethyl sulfoxide according to the mass ratio of (7-12) to (1-3).
By adopting the technical scheme, the active component A formed by compounding spinetoram and sulfoxaflor has stronger insecticidal activity to pests, and can play a role in comprehensive control. In addition, the sodium polyphosphate in the active component B can form an ionic gel with a compound in the active component A, has good permeation and adhesion effects on insect body tissues and vegetation tissues of pests under the dispersion and capacity promotion effects of a surfactant, improves the uniformity and stability of a component system under the solubilization and anti-agglomeration effects of tetrabutylammonium hydroxide, an assistant and a solvent, and greatly enhances the contact killing effect of the active component A. In addition, the dimethyl sulfoxide has very strong polarity and very high permeability, can reduce the activation energy required by transmembrane diffusion of cell membranes of insect bodies or vegetation tissues, reduce the thickness of lipid molecule layers, and improve the permeation efficiency of ionic gel formed by the active component A, the sodium polyphosphate and the surfactant, thereby further improving the control effect and the contact killing efficiency of the pesticide and improving the short-term death rate of pests. On the other hand, a part of the active component A can be remained in the plant tissues, so that the influence of the external environment on the active component A is reduced, the long-term death rate of pests is improved, and the control time efficiency of the pesticide is prolonged.
Preferably, the active component B consists of sodium polyphosphate, a surfactant and dimethyl sulfoxide according to the mass ratio of (2.8-5) to (4.2-7) to (1-3).
By adopting the technical scheme, the composition ratio of the active component B is optimized and adjusted, the synergistic effect among the sodium polyphosphate, the surfactant and the dimethyl sulfoxide is enhanced, the synergistic effect on the active component A is further improved, and the contact killing effect of the pesticide on pests is improved.
Preferably, the surfactant is at least one of sodium perfluorononenoxybenzene sulfonate and lauryl amine chloride.
By adopting the technical scheme, the dispersion and aggregation behaviors of the active component A can be improved by the sodium perfluorononenoxybenzenesulfonate and the lauryl ammonium chloride, and the wetting effect of the pesticide on plant leaf surfaces is improved. And the surface tension is reduced, the permeability is increased, and the insecticidal activity and the control effect on pests are improved.
Preferably, the surfactant consists of sodium perfluorononenoxybenzene sulfonate and lauryl amine chloride according to the mass ratio of (0.15-0.3) to (10-15).
By adopting the technical scheme, different composition ratios of the perfluorononenoxybenzene sodium sulfonate and the lauryl amine chloride are tested, the capability of improving the surface tension of the surfactant is stronger, and the wettability is better.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the active component A to the active component B is (1.5-2.5): 1.
