The invention relates to treatment after water immersion of electric power secondary equipment, in particular to a quick repair process for external insulation of water immersion electric power secondary equipment.
Background
In recent years, flood disasters have become more frequent due to the global environmental destruction caused by rapid development of global industries.
The special characteristics of multiple rainstorms occurring in recent years in China are short interval time and large rainfall, and 24 stations of daily rainfall reaches or breaks through historical extreme values. Every waterlogging is a serious damage to a relay protection system in a transformer substation. Because a general power distribution room or a communication room is arranged on a negative layer or a negative layer underground, the occurrence of waterlogging destructively strikes the power secondary equipment, and the external insulation of the soaked power secondary equipment is damaged due to the fact that foreign matters such as moisture, silt and the like are attached to the surface of the equipment, so that the power secondary equipment cannot meet power transmission conditions, and the power failure time of the power secondary equipment caused by flood is prolonged.
In order to treat foreign matters such as silt and the like attached to electric power secondary equipment as soon as possible, a water washing method is mostly adopted at present, silt and the like can be removed by water washing, but moisture remained on the equipment cannot be rapidly removed, the drying and dehumidification are required to be carried out within one to two days, and meanwhile, corrosion damage to lines and equipment can be caused by water washing, and the lines and the equipment are buried for later safe power supply.

As shown in fig. 1, the quick repair process for the external insulation of the water immersed power secondary equipment comprises the following steps:
first, washing with water
According to the regulation of GB/T11446.1 electronic grade water, EW-IV grade deionized water for removing anions and cations in water and the grade of deionized water above are adopted, and conductive anions and cations are removed while silt stains are removed, so that the insulating property of equipment is ensured; when cleaning, the pressure of the spray gun is controlled to be 0.4-0.6Mpa (the maximum pressure can not exceed 0.7 Mpa), the flushing time of each device is not less than 10 minutes, and the effluent water is clear and has no visible silt and dirt; after washing, the moisture is dried by a fan at normal temperature, the air blowing time of the wading part is not less than 10 minutes, the distance from the equipment is not less than 10cm, and the drying effect that no visible water drops flow out of the equipment and no visible water drops exist on the surface is achieved.
Second, high insulation detergent spray washing
In order to completely remove residual moisture which is not directly leaked outside in the equipment, the applicant uses an insulating cleaning agent to spray and wash the electric power secondary equipment (secondary cleaning) after primarily cleaning the electric power secondary equipment by using deionized water, and removes liquid and moisture remained in the electric power secondary equipment, equipment cracks and the surface of the equipment by utilizing the hydrophobicity and volatility of the insulating cleaning agent, so that the equipment is quickly dried, and the residual moisture directly leaked outside the equipment is eliminated;
in order to ensure the dewatering effect, the high-insulation cleaning agent used by the applicant is prepared from 60# solvent oil, tetrachloroethylene, decafluoropentane and naphtha according to the weight ratio of 10:4:1: 5: and (3) accurately weighing the four liquid materials of No. 60 solvent oil, tetrachloroethylene, decafluoropentane and naphtha according to the proportion, sequentially putting the four liquid materials into a reaction kettle, stirring for 15-20 minutes, uniformly mixing, then putting the reaction kettle into a molecular sieve drying device, standing for 20 minutes, removing water mixed in air, and reducing the water content of the high-insulation cleaning agent to obtain a finished product of the high-insulation cleaning agent.
The physical and chemical indexes of the finished product of the high-insulation cleaning agent are as follows through detection:
the high-insulation cleaning agent has high insulation performance, can be quickly evaporated, and can quickly take away liquid and moisture in a gap of equipment or the inside of the equipment during evaporation.
When the high-insulation cleaning agent is used for spray cleaning, the pressure of the spray gun is preferably controlled to be 0.4-0.6MPa (the maximum pressure cannot exceed 0.7 MPa), so that the mechanical damage of equipment is prevented.
The standard for the second spray is that the equipment has no residual moisture that leaks directly.
Third, drying with hot air
After the high-insulation cleaning agent is sprayed, hot air drying equipment (such as an air heater) is adopted for drying and blowing, the drying time of each electric power secondary equipment is not less than 20 minutes, the air temperature is not more than 60 ℃, and the distance between the air heater and the electric power secondary equipment is not less than 10 cm. The air blowing of a certain part of equipment with lower melting point, such as an optical fiber, a board card and the like, is strictly forbidden to be aligned for a long time. After the operation is finished, the inside and the outside of the equipment should be fully dried without visible water drops and cleaning agents.
Fourthly, spraying a quick insulation repairing agent
After the equipment is fully dried, the quick insulation repairing agent is sprayed on the surface of the equipment, and the external insulation of the power secondary equipment is recovered.
In order to ensure the insulation safety of the secondary equipment of the electric power equipment, the insulation repairing agent specially prepared is adopted in the application:
the lubricating oil is prepared from 46# engine oil, naphtha, ethyl silicone oil, 10# white oil, zinc naphthenate and tetrachloroethylene according to the weight ratio of 10:15:50:5:1: 14: accurately weighing 46# engine oil, naphtha, ethyl silicone oil, 10# white oil, zinc naphthenate and tetrachloroethylene in proportion, sequentially putting the raw materials into a reaction kettle, stirring for 20-30 minutes, uniformly mixing, then putting the reaction kettle into a molecular sieve drying device, standing for 20 minutes, and finally removing water mixed in air, reducing the water content in the insulation repair agent and obtaining the finished product of the quick insulation repair agent.
