Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention refers to the accompanying drawings and examples:
referring to fig. 1 to 13, which illustrate an embodiment of the present invention, there is disclosed an electric power cable anti-theft device for monitoring cables 700 installed on a plurality of adjacent utility poles 100; monitoring assemblies for monitoring the approach of a thief to a cable are mounted on two adjacent telegraph poles 100, an anti-theft induction assembly 500 is hung at the middle position of the cable 700 on the two adjacent telegraph poles 100, and a pulling anti-theft assembly 400 for monitoring the pulling of the cable is further arranged at the top end of each telegraph pole 100;
the monitoring assembly comprises a laser monitoring assembly 200 and a vision monitoring assembly 300;

the anti-theft induction component 500 comprises a hanging mechanism 501 for hanging on a cable, and the hanging mechanism 501 is arranged at the top of the anti-theft induction box 503; an LED warning screen 504 is arranged at the bottom of the anti-theft induction box 503; the anti-theft induction box can firstly play warning captions on the LED warning screen to warn the theft, compared with the common acousto-optic warning, the caption warning can play a role of frightening and warning more because the theft is illegal; the LED warning screen should be a waterproof and light small-sized LED screen;
the hanging mechanism 501 comprises a hanging plate 5018 which is fixedly installed at the top of the anti-theft induction box 503 and extends along the horizontal direction, a hanging fixed end 5016 which is perpendicular to the surface of the hanging plate 5018 is installed at the far end of the hanging plate 5018, the hanging fixed end 5016 and a hanging free end 5011 at the far end form an inverted U-shaped hook body structure through a connecting plate, an upper clamping arc piece 5014 is installed on the upper part and the lower part of the hook body through an upper hinge shaft 5012, and a lower clamping arc piece 5015 is installed on a lower hinge shaft 5013; the upper clamping arc 5014 and the lower clamping arc 5015 are both convex and symmetrically installed, and the cable 700 is clamped between the two symmetrically installed lower clamping arc 5015 through the opening of the hook body; one ends, close to the two upper clamping arc pieces 5014, are connected with the corresponding lower clamping arc pieces 5015; the upper clamping arc piece 5014 and the lower clamping arc piece 5015 are made of elastic materials; a shielding plate 5017 used for sealing an opening between the hanging fixed end 5016 and the hanging free end 5011 is further arranged between the hanging plate 5018 and the anti-theft induction box 503. The cable can be reliably clamped without being damaged by the structure of the clamping arc piece, the hanging process is smoother, and the invention can also apply an electric insulation film on the surface of the clamping arc piece facing the cable to prevent the influence of the induced electricity of the cable; the baffle plate structure can be used for keeping reliable hanging after hanging, and the swing process can not lead to falling off. The upper clamping arc piece increases the compression elasticity of the lower clamping arc piece, the compression uniformity is also improved, and the cable can be reliably clamped.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6: a central hole 5038 is formed in the center of the hanging plate of the hanging mechanism 501, two waist-shaped holes 5037 are symmetrically formed in two sides of the central hole 5038, the central hole 5038 is used for central fixation, and only a central hole bolt is mounted to rotatably hang the cable; the waist-shaped holes are used for adjusting the fastening positions of the bolts at two sides and carrying out final reliable fixation; threaded holes for penetrating bolts are also formed in the positions, corresponding to the central hole and the waist-shaped hole, of the shielding plate and the anti-theft induction box; an anti-dismantling bolt penetrates through each waist-shaped hole, and an anti-dismantling screw rod of the anti-dismantling bolt extends into the anti-theft induction box; an anti-disassembly screw alarm lead is connected between the two anti-disassembly screws; limiting plates are arranged on the inner side wall of the anti-theft induction box corresponding to the anti-dismantling screw, compression plates capable of freely lifting are arranged on each limiting plate through springs, and anti-dismantling alarm wires for being electrically connected with a power-off alarm in the anti-theft induction box are connected to each compression plate respectively; after the anti-dismantling screw rod contacts the telescopic plate, the power-off alarm forms an anti-dismantling alarm loop through the anti-dismantling alarm lead and the anti-dismantling screw rod alarm lead, the power-off alarm does not give an alarm, and the power-off alarm gives an alarm when the anti-dismantling screw rod leaves the telescopic plate. The structure of the anti-dismantling bolt is designed in the preferred embodiment, and the anti-dismantling bolt can adopt the existing standard bolt specification and can be further used under the condition of the special-shaped bolt specification according to the prior art of the project common knowledge that the special-purpose tool is adopted for anti-dismantling, so that the anti-dismantling and anti-theft effects are improved; specifically, if a thief needs to destroy the anti-theft sensing assembly, the anti-dismantling bolts of the hanging mechanism need to be unscrewed, when the anti-dismantling bolts are unscrewed, the two anti-dismantling screws leave corresponding compression plates, the alarm circuit is disconnected, and the power-off alarm for alarming after power failure warns the thief and scares away the thief; the structure of the power-off alarm is the prior art, and the power-off alarm with small volume and light weight needs to be selected.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6: the power-off alarm is connected with a lithium battery 5026, a control module 5028, a GPS module 5029 and a wireless transmission module 5030; an acceleration sensor 5033 is further installed in the anti-theft induction box 503, and the acceleration sensor 5033 is connected with the lithium battery 5026; the acceleration sensor 5033 is also connected with an alarm 5027; the alarm 5027 is also connected with an alarm signal transmission module 5031; the acceleration sensor 5033 is arranged to alarm when the cable falls off due to violent shaking or shearing acquired by the acceleration sensor; a functional groove 5034 is arranged in the anti-theft induction box 503 at a position close to the front; the functional slot 5034 is internally provided with a snapshot camera 505, an LED warning light 509, an LED strobe controller 506, a signal transmission device 507 and a buzzer 508. The control module is in control connection with the alarm; the GPS module is used for providing site position information, so that the alarm position can be timely acquired by a remote monitoring center and an alarm can be timely issued; the wireless transmission module can be 4G or 5G; or the alarm signals can be transmitted to the on-site repeater together with other on-site anti-theft alarm functions through the NB-IoT module, and the on-site repeater is transmitted to the remote monitoring center through 4G or 5G. The control module, the GPS module and the wireless transmission module are powered by lithium batteries. The function groove is designed in the preferred embodiment, and the function groove can acquire image information of a theft site at the first time through the snapshot camera, provide evidence and further improve the warning effect; the LED warning lamp has a warning function, and the LED stroboscopic controller improves the warning effect; the signal transmission device can transmit information together with the wireless transmission module in the anti-theft induction box or independently transmit warning information, and the buzzer is used for providing warning audio; the basic functions and the preferred embodiments of the invention relate to a plurality of existing acousto-optic alarm modules for alarming and existing modules for wireless transmission; the alarm modules can be shared by the same component or can be used separately; the sharing has the advantages of saving the module volume, improving the integration degree, reducing the weight and facilitating the popularization; the advantage of separate and independent use is that independent alarm information can be transmitted according to different stealing process stealing positions, so that on one hand, the warning function is pointed on the spot, and meanwhile, the monitoring center at the rear end can acquire specific alarm information triggered by different stages and different stealing behaviors, and the control on the spot is more accurate.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 7: a storage battery, a controller and a wireless transmission device are arranged in the lower box body 201 of the laser monitoring assembly 200; the controller in the lower box 201 wirelessly communicates with the vision monitoring assembly 300, the anti-theft sensing assembly 500, the pulling anti-theft assembly 400 and the laser monitoring assembly 200 on the adjacent utility pole 100 through wireless transmission devices;
the vision monitoring assembly 300 is electrically connected with a storage battery in the lower box body 201 of the laser monitoring assembly 200 through a lead 302;
the laser monitoring assembly 200 and the vision monitoring assembly 300 form a monitoring assembly, and the monitoring assembly charges a storage battery through a first photovoltaic panel 602 erected on the telegraph pole 100; the anti-theft sensing assembly 500 further comprises a second photovoltaic panel 502 laid on top of the anti-theft sensing box 503. The preferred embodiment discloses further circuitry and control structures; the control part mainly adopts a basic control circuit module of laser and a camera; the power supply part innovatively supplies power to the laser monitoring assembly and the vision monitoring assembly by adopting a first photovoltaic plate with a large area on a telegraph pole, so that the defect of getting electricity on site can be eliminated; based on the same design idea, the anti-theft induction assembly is designed to be an independent second photovoltaic panel for taking electricity, supplying power and charging, so that an external power supply is not needed; the theftproof response subassembly can dismouting alone, consequently also can tear open when built-in battery completely does not have the electricity and get the change, like this, the theftproof response subassembly need not to design great photovoltaic module, also can alleviate self weight.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 7, 10, 11: the first photovoltaic panel 602 is obliquely supported and mounted on the telegraph pole 100 through a photovoltaic bracket, and the first photovoltaic panel 602 is electrically connected with a storage battery of the lower box 201 of the laser monitoring assembly 200; the back of the laser monitoring assembly 200 is fixedly mounted on a mounting backboard 604 through a lower box anti-theft mechanism, and the mounting backboard 604 is fixedly mounted on the telegraph pole 100 through a first hoop 603;
the mounting back plate 604 comprises a metal plate 6041, the metal plate 6041 is of a rectangular structure, and four corners of the metal plate 6041 are provided with threaded holes 6043 for connecting the back of the lower box 201 of the laser monitoring assembly 200; the mounting back plate 604 is also provided with a grounding bolt hole 6044 for connecting a grounding wire, and the grounding wire 605 is grounded; two groups of hoop clamping grooves are symmetrically formed in two sides of the metal plate 6041, and two first hoops 603 are fixed on the telegraph pole 100 after respectively bypassing the hoop clamping grooves 6042; in order to facilitate the structural assembly on the telegraph pole, the lower box body is arranged on the mounting back plate, and the upper box body is arranged on the lower box body, so that the whole monitoring assembly can be fixed only by fixing the hoop onto the telegraph pole through the mounting back plate with strong force, and the monitoring assembly is more difficult to damage and convenient to maintain than the monitoring assembly is integrally fixed onto the telegraph pole; the installation backplate has still designed earth connection structure, has ensured the reliable reduction of monitoring subassembly, reduces the hidden danger of circuit damage.
As a long-term design expansion consideration of functions, the lower box 201 of the monitoring assembly will eventually serve as a main box with more expanded functions, for example, a repeater is installed, signals within a certain range on the whole line are collected, processed and controlled in a centralized manner, the lower box is an important box, and an anti-theft and anti-dismantling structure of the lower box is designed in the preferred embodiment; specifically, the lower box anti-theft mechanism comprises an anti-dismantling alarm box arranged at the center of the metal plate; the anti-dismantling alarm box is hollow, a limiting hole is formed in the surface, facing the lower box body, of the anti-dismantling alarm box, and a movable frame in the center of the back face of the lower box body penetrates through the limiting hole and then extends into the anti-dismantling alarm box; a movable guide rod extending into the inner box is arranged in the center of the movable frame, and a vertically arranged movable conducting rod is arranged at the far end of the movable guide rod; the upper conducting rod and the lower conducting rod which are contacted with the movable conducting rod are arranged on the movable conducting rod in an up-down symmetrical mode; the upper conducting rod and the lower conducting rod are fixed through the conducting bracket; the upper conducting rod is connected with the battery through a wire, and the lower conducting rod is connected with the lower box anti-theft alarm through a wire; after the lower box body is normally installed, the movable guide rod is vertically contacted with the upper conducting rod and the lower conducting rod respectively to conduct an alarm loop of the anti-theft alarm of the lower box body, the anti-theft alarm of the lower box body does not alarm, when the movable guide rod leaves the contact position of the upper conducting rod and the lower conducting rod, the alarm loop is disconnected, and the anti-theft alarm of the lower box body alarms. When a thief wants to steal and remove the lower box body, the bolt is loosened and then the box body is pulled, the box body pulls the movable guide rod to leave the lower conductive rod of the upper conductive rod, then the loop of the anti-theft alarm of the lower box body is disconnected, and the anti-theft alarm of the lower box body gives an alarm; the bolt fastening assembly of the box body can be reliably connected under the matched design, and other outer leakage bolts can be welded to be dead so as to be incapable of being detached. It should be noted that the alarm system of the present invention includes a control and transmission structure that can be controlled by a wireless communication structure built in by a designer of the scheme, and the alarm function is temporarily released during the maintenance of the device, so that the worker will not be troubled by continuous alarm during the dismantling process.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 7, 13: the lower box body 201 is connected with a laser receiving assembly 203 and a laser emitting assembly 204 through a mounting flange 205; the other side surfaces of the lower box body 201 are also provided with an extension warning component 202, and the extension warning component 202 is an acousto-optic warning component and/or a radar component with a buzzer;
four cameras 307 are uniformly distributed on the rotating frame 305, and a warning lamp 306 is arranged between every two cameras 307. The radar component designed by the preferred embodiment can detect the distance approaching degree of an object in a large area and continuously give an alarm; or a dual-technology detector can be adopted to detect the approach of the foreign body; the structure of the mounting flange can make the assembly and disassembly easier; in addition, the lower box body is provided with four side surfaces, one side surface is close to the telegraph pole and used for being fixed with the mounting back plate, the other three surfaces are provided with the laser receiving assembly and the laser emitting assembly according to cable routing, most of the telegraph poles are straight lines, and the laser receiving assembly and the laser emitting assembly can be related to the two adjacent surfaces when meeting a 90-degree turning structure, so that the lower box body can be very conveniently matched with the specific cable trend; the other side of the control can be provided with an expansion warning component; in addition, the power supply, the controller and the like of the monitoring assembly are preferably all involved in the lower box body.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 7, 12: the utility pole 100 is further provided with a cylinder 321 with a downward opening through a second hoop 320, an electric push rod 322 is downwards arranged inside the cylinder 321, and the bottom of a telescopic rod 323 of the electric push rod 322 is provided with a fan 324; the top of the cylinder 321 is also provided with a battery assembly for supplying power to the electric push rod 322 and the fan 324, and the battery assembly is charged through a solar panel laid on the top of the cylinder; after electric putter stretches out completely, the fan is the camera parallel and level with the vision monitoring subassembly, after electric putter withdraws completely, the fan is located inside the barrel. In the preferred embodiment, the cleaning mechanism is configured for the visual monitoring assembly, and the cleaning mechanism can blow air to the visual monitoring assembly by the fan through downward extension, so that surface dust can be cleaned, the working effects of the camera and the warning lamp are ensured, and when the cleaning mechanism is not used, the fan is completely retracted into the barrel to be protected, and the sight range of the corresponding visual monitoring assembly is not shielded; the electric push rod is similar to the existing electric cylinder, is small and exquisite and is easy to realize.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 7, 8, 9: the pulling and anti-theft assembly 400 at the top of the telegraph pole 100 comprises a support sleeve 701 sleeved on the cable 700, one end of a rotating rod 714 is connected to the support sleeve 701, and the other end of the rotating rod 714 is rotatably installed at the bottom of the pulling-proof alarm groove 704 through a rotating shaft 710; the two sides of the rotating rod 714 are symmetrically provided with an arc-shaped swinging rod 706 and a limit groove 705 matched with the swinging rod 706; the far end of the swinging rod 706 is connected with the bottom of the limiting groove 705 through an anti-theft tension spring 707; a left alarm conductive contact 709 is arranged on the left side of the rotating rod 714; a right alarm conductive contact 711 is arranged on the right side of the rotating rod 714; a left alarm electric conductor 713 is arranged on the limiting groove 705 on the left side of the rotating rod 714, and a right alarm electric conductor 711 is arranged on the limiting groove 705 on the right side of the rotating rod 714; the pulling anti-theft assembly 400 can be installed upwards or downwards, the downward installation is a preferred embodiment, and the selection of the specific installation position can be realized by arranging a conventional bracket to support the pulling anti-theft assembly according to the working condition of the top of an actual telegraph pole; in addition, the electric energy on the telegraph pole is totally and temporarily not considered too much, because a single large-area photovoltaic plate is designed on the telegraph pole, the first photovoltaic plate can be used for large-area lighting and power generation and can be adjusted to the optimal power generation position, and the electric energy on the telegraph pole is totally supplied by the first photovoltaic plate. In the preferred embodiment, the cable passes through the support sleeve, and the two sides of the support sleeve are provided with the anti-pulling mechanisms; in the pulling anti-theft component, when a thief pulls the cable leftwards or cuts the right cable, the rotating rod rotates leftwards, at the moment, the left alarming electric conductor is conducted after being contacted with the left alarming electric contact piece, and the left alarming electric conductor gives an alarm; the site and remote monitoring center can find the direction of the theft position; when the thief pulls the cable to the right or the situation after the cable on the left side is cut is just opposite; therefore, the preferred embodiment discloses the function of the pulling antitheft assembly in detail, which can distinguish the pulling and cutting directions and give an alarm, and the alarm function of the invention is completed.
Pulling the cable 100 passing through the support sleeve 701 to the left, rotating the rotating rod 714 to the left, inserting the swinging rod 706 on the left side of the rotating rod 714 into the limiting groove 705 on the left side of the rotating rod 714, contacting the left alarm conductor 709 with the left alarm conductor 708, and alarming by the left alarm conductor 708;
the cable 100 passing through the support sleeve 701 is pulled to the right side, the rotating rod 714 is rotated to the right side, the swinging rod 706 at the right side of the rotating rod 714 is inserted into the limiting groove 705 at the right side of the rotating rod 714, the right alarm conductive contact 711 is contacted with the right alarm conductive device 713, and the right alarm conductive device 713 alarms.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9: anti-pulling mechanisms are oppositely and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the supporting sleeve 701; the anti-pulling mechanism comprises a bell mouth-shaped shell 7301, a ball 7302 is arranged inside the shell 7301, a hollow first pushing sheet 7303 and a hollow second pushing sheet 7304 are sleeved inside the shell 7301, the first pushing sheet 7303 is positioned on the left side of the ball 7302 and is in contact with the ball 7302, the second pushing sheet 7304 is positioned on the right side of the ball 7302 and is in contact with the ball 7302, a spring is arranged between the second pushing sheet 7304 and the shell 7301, and the hollow part between the first pushing sheet 7303 and the second pushing sheet 7304 is a cable groove for passing through a cable. In order to further prevent a thief from further pulling a cable to steal a longer cable before the police arrives, so as to cause greater loss, the preferred embodiment designs a pulling prevention mechanism which prevents pulling in two directions, taking the first pulling prevention mechanism as an example, when the cable is to be inserted, the first push piece is pushed, the ball and the second push piece are further pushed to move to the right, and as the shell is in a horn mouth shape, the left is small and the right is large, the ball moves to the right, the cable groove is smooth, and the cable is inserted into the cable groove; after the cable is threaded, the first push piece is loosened, the second push piece moves left under the action of the restoring force of the spring, the ball is pushed, the first push piece moves left, the shell is in a horn mouth shape, the left side is small, the right side is large, the ball moves left, the ball is extruded by the wall surface of the shell, then a part of the ball enters the cable groove, the cable in the cable groove is clamped by the ball, and the ball cannot be pulled out, so that the pulling prevention effect is achieved; obviously, prevent that to draw mechanism can prevent very reliably that the osculum one end of the super little horn mouth of cable from drawing for whichever side of support both sides draws, all hardly draw.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9: the number of the balls 7302 is 4, and the balls are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the bell-mouth-shaped shell respectively; the ball surface is a multi-surface plane.

An electric power cable anti-theft device for monitoring cables erected on a plurality of adjacent utility poles; the method is characterized in that: monitoring assemblies for monitoring a thief approaching the cable are mounted on two adjacent telegraph poles, anti-theft sensing assemblies are hung at the middle positions of the cables on the two adjacent telegraph poles, and a pulling anti-theft assembly for monitoring pulling of the cables is further arranged at the top end of each telegraph pole;
the monitoring assembly comprises a laser monitoring assembly and a vision monitoring assembly;
the laser monitoring assembly comprises a lower box body, one side surface of the lower box body is provided with a laser receiving assembly for receiving a laser signal of the laser monitoring assembly on the previous telegraph pole, and the other side surface of the lower box body is provided with a laser emitting assembly for emitting laser to the laser monitoring assembly of the next telegraph pole along the cable erection direction;
an upper box body is arranged above a lower box body of the laser monitoring assembly, a first motor is fixedly installed in the upper box body, an output shaft of the first motor is connected with a rotating frame through a rotating shaft, and at least one camera and two warning lamps are arranged on the circumferential surface of the rotating frame; a transparent cover is covered outside the rotating frame and comprises a light-transmitting annular plate and an arc top covered above the light-transmitting annular plate;
the anti-theft sensing assembly comprises a hanging mechanism for hanging the cable, and the hanging mechanism is arranged at the top of the anti-theft sensing box; the bottom of the anti-theft induction box is provided with an LED warning screen;
the hanging mechanism comprises a hanging plate which is fixedly installed at the top of the anti-theft induction box and extends along the horizontal direction, a hanging fixed end which is perpendicular to the surface of the hanging plate is installed at the far end of the hanging plate, the hanging fixed end and a hanging free end at the far end form an inverted U-shaped hook body structure through a connecting plate, an upper clamping arc piece is installed on the upper portion and the lower portion of the hook body through an upper hinge shaft, and a lower clamping arc piece is installed on a lower hinge shaft; the upper clamping arc sheet and the lower clamping arc sheet are both two groups which are symmetrically installed in a convex way, and the cable is clamped between the two lower clamping arc sheets which are symmetrically installed through the opening of the hook body; one ends of the two upper clamping arc pieces close to each other are connected with the corresponding lower clamping arc pieces; the upper clamping arc piece and the lower clamping arc piece are made of elastic materials; and a shielding plate for sealing an opening between the hanging fixed end and the hanging free end is further arranged between the hanging plate and the anti-theft induction box.

A power cable theft prevention device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a center hole is formed in the center of a hanging plate of the hanging mechanism, two waist-shaped holes are symmetrically formed in two sides of the center hole, and threaded holes for penetrating bolts are formed in the positions, corresponding to the center hole and the waist-shaped holes, of the shielding plate and the anti-theft induction box; an anti-dismantling bolt penetrates through each waist-shaped hole, and an anti-dismantling screw rod of the anti-dismantling bolt extends into the anti-theft induction box; an anti-disassembly screw alarm lead is connected between the two anti-disassembly screws; limiting plates are arranged on the inner side wall of the anti-theft induction box corresponding to the anti-dismantling screw, compression plates capable of freely lifting are arranged on each limiting plate through springs, and anti-dismantling alarm wires for being electrically connected with a power-off alarm in the anti-theft induction box are connected to each compression plate respectively; after the anti-dismantling screw rod contacts the telescopic plate, the power-off alarm forms an anti-dismantling alarm loop through the anti-dismantling alarm lead and the anti-dismantling screw rod alarm lead, the power-off alarm does not give an alarm, and the power-off alarm gives an alarm when the anti-dismantling screw rod leaves the telescopic plate.

A power cable theft prevention device as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the power failure alarm is connected with a lithium battery, a control module, a GPS module and a wireless transmission module; an acceleration sensor is further installed in the anti-theft induction box and connected with the lithium battery; the acceleration sensor is also connected with an alarm; the alarm is also connected with an alarm signal transmission module; a functional groove is formed in the position, close to the front face, inside the anti-theft induction box; the functional tank is internally provided with a snapshot camera, an LED warning lamp, an LED stroboscopic controller, a signal transmission device and a buzzer.
4. A power cable theft prevention device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a storage battery, a controller and a wireless transmission device are arranged in the lower box body of the laser monitoring assembly; the controller in the lower box body is in wireless communication with the visual monitoring assembly, the anti-theft induction assembly, the pulling anti-theft assembly and the laser monitoring assembly on the adjacent telegraph pole through a wireless transmission device;
the visual monitoring assembly is electrically connected with a storage battery in a lower box body of the laser monitoring assembly through a lead;
the laser monitoring assembly and the vision monitoring assembly form a monitoring assembly, and the monitoring assembly charges a storage battery through a first photovoltaic panel erected on a telegraph pole; the theftproof response subassembly still includes the second photovoltaic board of laying at theftproof induction box top.
5. An electric power cable theft preventing device as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the first photovoltaic plate is arranged on the telegraph pole through an inclined support of a photovoltaic support and is electrically connected with a storage battery of a lower box body of the laser monitoring assembly; the back surface of the laser monitoring assembly is fixedly arranged on the mounting back plate through the lower box anti-theft mechanism, and the mounting back plate is fixedly arranged on the telegraph pole through a first hoop;
the mounting back plate comprises a metal plate, the metal plate is of a rectangular structure, and threaded holes for connecting the back surface of the lower box body of the laser monitoring assembly are formed in four corners of the metal plate; the mounting back plate is also provided with a grounding bolt hole for connecting a grounding wire, and the grounding wire is grounded; two groups of hoop clamping grooves are symmetrically formed in two sides of the metal plate, and two first hoops are fixed on the telegraph pole after respectively bypassing the hoop clamping grooves;
the lower box anti-theft mechanism comprises an anti-dismantling alarm box arranged at the center of the metal plate; the anti-dismantling alarm box is hollow, a limiting hole is formed in the surface, facing the lower box body, of the anti-dismantling alarm box, and a movable frame in the center of the back face of the lower box body penetrates through the limiting hole and then extends into the anti-dismantling alarm box; a movable guide rod extending into the inner box is arranged in the center of the movable frame, and a vertically arranged movable conducting rod is arranged at the far end of the movable guide rod; the upper conducting rod and the lower conducting rod which are contacted with the movable conducting rod are arranged on the movable conducting rod in an up-down symmetrical mode; the upper conducting rod and the lower conducting rod are fixed through the conducting bracket; the upper conducting rod is connected with the battery through a wire, and the lower conducting rod is connected with the lower box anti-theft alarm through a wire; after the lower box body is normally installed, the movable guide rod is vertically contacted with the upper conducting rod and the lower conducting rod respectively to conduct an alarm loop of the anti-theft alarm of the lower box body, the anti-theft alarm of the lower box body does not alarm, when the movable guide rod leaves the contact position of the upper conducting rod and the lower conducting rod, the alarm loop is disconnected, and the anti-theft alarm of the lower box body alarms.
6. A power cable theft prevention device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the lower box body is connected with the laser receiving assembly and the laser emitting assembly through mounting flanges; the other side surfaces of the lower box body are also provided with extension warning components, and the extension warning components are acousto-optic warning components and/or radar components with buzzers;
four cameras are evenly distributed on the rotating frame, and a warning lamp is arranged between every two cameras.

A power cable theft prevention device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the telegraph pole is also provided with a cylinder with a downward opening through a second hoop, an electric push rod is downwards arranged in the cylinder, and the bottom of a telescopic rod of the electric push rod is provided with a fan; the top of the cylinder is also provided with a battery assembly for supplying power to the electric push rod and the fan, and the battery assembly is charged through a solar cell panel laid on the top of the cylinder; after electric putter stretches out completely, the fan is the camera parallel and level with the vision monitoring subassembly, after electric putter withdraws completely, the fan is located inside the barrel.

A power cable theft prevention device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pulling anti-theft component at the top of the telegraph pole comprises a support sleeve sleeved on the cable, the support sleeve is connected with one end of a rotating rod, and the other end of the rotating rod is rotatably installed at the bottom of the anti-pulling alarm groove through the rotating shaft; swing rods with arc structures and limit grooves matched with the swing rods are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rotating rod; the far end of the swinging rod is connected with the bottom of the limiting groove through an anti-theft tension spring; a left alarm conductive contact piece is arranged on the left side of the rotating rod; a right alarm conductive contact piece is arranged on the right side of the rotating rod; a left alarm conductive device is arranged on the limiting groove on the left side of the rotating rod, and a right alarm conductive device is arranged on the limiting groove on the right side of the rotating rod;
the left side pulls the cable which penetrates through the support sleeve, the rotating rod rotates leftwards, the swinging rod on the left side of the rotating rod is inserted into the limiting groove on the left side of the rotating rod, the left alarming conductive contact piece is in contact with the left alarming conductive device, and the left alarming conductive device gives an alarm;
the right side is dragged and is passed support sleeve's cable, the dwang rotates right, and the swinging arms on dwang right side inserts the spacing groove on dwang right side and the electrically conductive contact piece of right side warning and the electrically conductive ware contact of right side warning, and the electrically conductive ware of right side warning is reported to the police.
