Any embodiment or design described herein as "exemplary" or "e.g.," is not necessarily to be construed as preferred or advantageous over other embodiments or designs. Rather, use of the word "exemplary" or "such as" is intended to present concepts related in a concrete fashion.
In the description of the present application, the meaning of "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.
At present, some automatic teller machines support the function of withdrawing money without a card, and a user can successfully withdraw money from the automatic teller machine under the condition that the user does not carry a bank card. For example: the automatic teller machine receives a mobile phone number bound to a self bank account input by a user, and sends a verification code to equipment provided with a mobile phone card corresponding to the mobile phone number. And then the user inputs the verification code into an automatic teller machine, the automatic teller machine verifies the mobile phone number and the verification code, receives the withdrawal amount and the withdrawal password input by the user after the verification is passed, and if the withdrawal password is determined to be correct, the automatic teller machine finishes the operation of withdrawing money from the bank account of the user without a card.
In the existing scheme, only the user is supported to withdraw money from the own bank account without a card by using an automatic teller machine. In some emergency scenarios, a user may need to borrow money from other users (e.g., relatives, friends, etc.) through an automatic teller machine without a card to meet emergency needs, and the existing solutions cannot solve the technical problem.
Therefore, to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present application provides a withdrawal method, including: the first device receives target information input when a first user initiates a cardless withdrawal operation, and the first device sends a first message to the second device according to the target information to acquire authorization of the second user. The first user is a withdrawal party, and the second user is an authorized party. And the second equipment sends a second message to the third equipment according to the first message so as to acquire the authorization of the second user. The third device displays the second message and receives authorization information of the second user, and then transmits it to the second device. And if the second device determines that the second user is successfully authorized according to the authorization information, the second device sends a third message indicating that the second user is successfully authorized to the first device, and then the first device completes the operation of withdrawing money from the second user account without the card according to the third message. Therefore, the withdrawal method provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for withdrawing money from accounts of other users under the condition of no card through authorization of other users so as to meet the emergency requirements of the users.

The withdrawal system 100 includes: a first device 101, a second device 102, a third device 103.
The first device 101 is a device for a user to perform a cardless withdrawal operation, that is, a device supporting a cardless withdrawal function, for example: automatic teller machines, automated teller machines, and the like. The first device 101 may be connected with the second device 102 through a wired link or a wireless link for data interaction. Illustratively, the first device 101 is configured to receive target information input by a first user during a cardless withdrawal operation, and send a first message to the second device 102, where the first message is used to request to obtain authorization of the second user, and the first message includes the target information.
The second device 102 may be a server, for example: a bank server. The second device 102 is connected to the first device 101 and the third device 103 via a wired link or a wireless link, respectively, for data interaction. Illustratively, the second device 102 is configured to receive a first message containing the target information from the first device 101, send a second message to the third device 103 to obtain authorization information of the second user, receive the authorization information from the third device 103, verify whether the authorization information is correct, and send corresponding indication information to the first device 103, for example: indication information of success of authorization (third message), indication information of failure of authorization, and the like.
In some possible examples, the first device 101 and the second device 102 may be implemented as two devices, respectively. In other possible examples, the first device 101 and the second device 102 may be integrated into one device.
The third device 103 is a device for the second user operation. The third device 103 includes, but is not limited to, a cell phone, a tablet, a wearable device, and the like. The third device 103 is configured to receive the second message sent by the second device 102 and the authorization information input by the second user, and send the authorization information to the second device 102.
Optionally, other devices may be added to the withdrawal system 100, for example: and the server of the short message provider is used for connecting the second device and the third device so that the subsequent second device sends a related message interface for acquiring the authorization of the second user to the third device in a short message mode.
It should be noted that the withdrawal system described in the embodiment of the present application is for more clearly illustrating the technical solution of the embodiment of the present application, and does not constitute a limitation to the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application, and as a person having ordinary skill in the art knows, along with the evolution of the network architecture, the technical solution provided in the embodiment of the present application is also applicable to similar technical problems.
As shown in fig. 2, a withdrawal method provided in an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
s201, receiving target information input by a first user when the first user initiates a cardless withdrawal operation by first equipment.
The target information comprises identity authentication information of the first user, a mobile phone number of the second user and/or account information and withdrawal amount of the second user. Optionally, the account information of the second user may be a bank account (e.g., a bank card number) of the second user, or may be other account information. The first user is a withdrawal party and the second user is an authorized party. For example, the second user may be a relative, friend, co-worker, etc. of the first user, and the application does not limit the relationship between the first user and the second user.
Optionally, in other possible implementations, the withdrawal amount may also be input by the second user, such as subsequently input by the second user during the process of inputting the authorization information.
Illustratively, the authentication information of the first user includes, but is not limited to, a name, an identification number, face information, fingerprint information, a mobile phone number, an authentication code, and the like of the first user.
Optionally, the authentication information of the first user, the mobile phone number of the second user and/or the account information of the second user may be input together on the same display interface, or may be input separately on two display interfaces, for example: the first equipment displays a first interface for inputting the identity authentication information of the first user, and after the authentication is passed, the first equipment displays a second interface for inputting the mobile phone number of the second user and/or the account information of the second user.
Optionally, the target information may further include a name of the second user, identity information (such as an identification number) of the second user, and the like.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 3, a schematic interface diagram for inputting target information is provided in an embodiment of the present application. The payee option 301 is used for inputting a name of a first user, the payee identity card number option 302 is used for inputting identity information of the first user, the authorizer option 303 is used for inputting a name of a second user, the authorizer mobile phone number 304 is used for inputting a mobile phone number of the second user, and the withdrawal amount option 305 is used for inputting a withdrawal amount. After the first user inputs the target information in the interface 300, the withdrawal button 306 is clicked, and in response to the operation of the first user, the first device performs step S202.
S202, the first device sends a first message to the second device according to the target information. Accordingly, the second device receives the first message from the first device.
The first message is used for requesting to acquire the authorization of the second user, and the first message comprises target information.
And S203, the second device sends a second message to the third device according to the first message. Accordingly, the third device receives the second message from the second device.
Wherein the second message is used for requesting to acquire the authorization of the second user. The authorization of the second user is used for completing the operation that the first user withdraws money from the account of the second user without a card.
Optionally, the second message includes a target link, and the target link can be used to enter the authorization interface. Illustratively, the target link may be in the form of a Uniform Resource Locator (URL), or may be in other forms. The authorization interface is used for inputting authorization information. Optionally, withdrawal detail information may also be included in the authorization interface, for example: the name, identification card number, withdrawal amount of the first user, the name, account information, identity information and the like of the second user, so that the second user can know the withdrawal details.
Optionally, the second message may be included in the short message and/or the application message. The application can be a mobile banking application or other third-party applications, such as: pay-Bao, WeChat, etc. The application may be an application that binds account information of the second user, or an application that binds a mobile phone number of the second user.
For example, in the case that the target information includes a mobile phone number of the second user, the second device may determine, according to the mobile phone number of the second user, the second user that needs to obtain authorization, and further send a second message to a third device (that is, a device held by the second user) that installs the mobile phone card corresponding to the mobile phone number, where the second message may be included in the short message. And/or the second device sends a second message to the application bound to the mobile phone number, and the second message may be included in the application message.
For another example, when the target information includes account information of the second user, the second device may determine, according to the account information, the second user that needs to acquire authorization, and further send a second message to the application that binds the account information, where the second message may be included in the application message. And/or the second device determines the mobile phone number bound with the account information according to the account information of the second user, taking the account information of the second user as the bank card number of the second user as an example, the second device may determine the mobile phone number bound with the bank card number according to the bank card number, and then sends a second message to a third device on which the mobile phone card corresponding to the mobile phone number is installed, where the second message may be included in the short message.
It should be noted that the second device may send the second message to the third device in one or more manners described above, which is not limited in this application.
And S204, the third equipment displays the second message and receives the authorization information input by the second user.
Wherein the third device displays the second message after receiving the second message, so that the second user can authorize according to the second message. Optionally, the third device may also display a prompt message to prompt the second user for authorization. Illustratively, the prompting message may be part of the second message.
Optionally, the prompting message may be a short message and/or an application message.
In the case that the prompt message is an application message, in order to obtain the authorization of the second user in time, the prompt message may also be pushed in the case that the second user does not log in the application. Of course, the manner of pushing the prompt message by the application (e.g., pushing only in the application login state, pushing in both the login state and the non-login state, etc.) may be designed by default or may be set by the user.
Of course, the third device may also prompt the second user for authorization in other manners, which is not limited in this application.
The third device receiving the authorization information input by the second user includes the following possible implementation manners:
in one possible implementation, the third device displays a second message, which can be used directly for second user authorization.
For example, as shown in fig. 4a, for a related interface diagram for inputting authorization information provided in the embodiment of the present application, taking the second message as a short message form as an example, after receiving the second message sent by the second device, the third device displays a short message prompt (that is, a prompt message) according to the second message, for example, the third device may present an interface 400, where the interface 400 includes a short message prompt 401. After the second user views the short message prompt 401, in response to an operation of the second user to view the short message prompt 401, such as a click operation of the second user on the short message prompt 401, the third device may present the interface 410, display the short message content 402 (i.e., the second message) on the interface 410, and the second user may input the authorization information according to the short message content 402, i.e., directly input the authorization information in the interface 410, without entering an additional authorization interface. The specific content of the authorization information is not described here, and will be described in detail later.
Optionally, withdrawal details (e.g., "MIN, ID number 8888, borrow 200 from your account 999" as shown in interface 410) may be included in SMS content 402.
In another possible implementation manner, in combination with the second message introduced in step S203, the third device may receive authorization information input by the second user on the authorization interface. The second message displayed by the third device includes the target link to facilitate the second user to enter authorization information in the authorization interface.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 4b, a schematic diagram of another related interface for inputting authorization information is provided in the embodiment of the present application. Or taking the second message as a short message form as an example, after receiving the second message sent by the second device, the third device displays a short message prompt according to the second message, and exemplarily, the third device may present an interface 400, where the interface 400 includes a short message prompt 401. After the second user views the short message prompt 401, in response to an operation of the second user to view the short message prompt 401, such as a click operation of the second user on the short message prompt 401, the third device may present an interface 420, and display the short message content 403 (that is, the second message) on the interface 420. A target link 404 is included in the short message content 403, and the target link 404 is used for entering an authorization interface. In response to an operation of the second user entering the authorization interface, such as a click operation of the second user on the target link 404, the third device may jump to the authorization interface 430, and the second user may input authorization information in the authorization interface 430.
Optionally, in this example, withdrawal detail information (e.g., "Xiaoming, ID number: 8888, borrow 200 to you" shown in the interface 420) may also be included in the short message content 403, where the user may confirm the details of the withdrawal detail information before entering the authorization interface, and may not enter the authorization interface if the withdrawal detail information is determined to be incorrect. The withdrawal detail information may also be included in the authorization interface 430, and at this time, before the user inputs the authorization information, the details of the withdrawal detail information may be determined, and if it is determined that the withdrawal detail information is wrong, the second user may not input the authorization information. Of course, the withdrawal detail information may also be included in the short message content 402 and the authorization interface 430, and the display position of the withdrawal detail information is not limited in the present application.
Optionally, the authorization information includes, but is not limited to, an account of the second user, a withdrawal password, fingerprint information of the second user, face information, a verification code, other forms of verification information, and the like.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 5a, a schematic diagram of a related interface for inputting authorization information is provided in the embodiment of the present application. In connection with the interface 410 shown in fig. 4a, the authorization information may be an authorization code replied to by the second user. For example: in response to the authorization code "abc" entered by the second user in input box 501, the third device receives the authorization information and displays interface 500. The authorization code may be included in the short message content 402 and sent by the second device to the third device.
In this example, the second user does not input own account information, and the second device may determine the account information of the second user through the target information in order to complete the operation of withdrawing money from the account of the second user without a card. For example: the destination information directly includes account information of the second user (for example, "account 999" shown in interface 410), or the destination information includes a mobile phone number of the second user, the second device may determine an account bound to the mobile phone number, there may be one or more accounts, and the second device may select any one or more of the accounts to complete the operation of cardless withdrawal. Of course, the account to be selected for cardless withdrawal may be determined according to the priority of each account.
Exemplarily, as shown in fig. 5b, a schematic view of a related interface of further authorization information provided in the embodiment of the present application is provided. In connection with the interface 430 shown in fig. 4b, the authorization information may be an account of the second user and a withdrawal password. For example: the third device receives the authorization information in response to the second user entering the bank account (i.e., the second user's account) and the withdrawal password at interface 430, and displays interface 510. Optionally, the authorization information may also include a withdrawal amount (not shown).
Optionally, the second user may also modify withdrawal detail information (e.g., withdrawal amount, account of the second user, etc.). Also take entering an authorization page to input authorization information as an example, as shown in fig. 6, an exemplary schematic diagram for changing withdrawal detail information provided for the embodiment of the present application is, for example: the third device displays an authorization interface 600, and the withdrawal detail information (such as the name of the first user, the identification number of the first user, the account of the second user, the withdrawal amount, etc.) can be changed by the second user in the authorization interface 600. For example: in response to the second user's operation of the change button 601 and re-entering the withdrawal amount (e.g., changing the withdrawal amount to 200 to 100), the third device may display an updated authorization interface 610. Another example is: in response to the second user's operation of change button 602 and re-entering an account (e.g., modifying bank account 123 to bank account 456), the third device may display updated interface 620. Thus, the withdrawal detail information may be altered when it is not agreed upon by the second user.
Thus, in this example, since the second user has the authority to change the authorization information, the actual withdrawal amount of the first user may be different from the withdrawal amount input by the first user (i.e., the withdrawal amount included in the target information).
Optionally, before the third device receives the authorization information input by the second user on the authorization interface, the third device may also receive a mobile phone number and a verification code input by the second user on the authorization interface, so as to verify the identity of the second user.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 7, on the basis of the interface 420 shown in fig. 4b, in response to an operation of the second user entering the authorization interface, such as a click operation of the second user on the target link 404, the third device may jump to the interface 700, and the interface 700 may be used to input a mobile phone number and a verification code of the second user to verify the identity of the second user, for example: in response to the mobile phone number input by the second user and the click operation on the verification code obtaining button 701, the third device may receive the corresponding verification code, and the second user inputs the verification code after knowing the verification code. In response to the input of the phone number, the authentication code, and the click operation of the ok button 702 by the second user, the third device may display the interface 430 for inputting the authorization information of the second user.
It should be noted that the mobile phone number, the verification code, and the authorization information may be input on the same display interface, or the mobile phone number, the verification code, and the authorization information may be input on different display interfaces.
S205, the third device sends the authorization information of the second user to the second device. Accordingly, the second device receives authorization information for the second user from the third device.
For example: in response to the click operation of the second user on the send button in the interface 500 shown in fig. 5a, the third device sends the authorization information of the second user to the second device. Another example is: in response to the second user clicking the confirmation button in the interface 510 shown in fig. 5b, the third device sends the second user's authorization information to the second device. Another example is: in response to the second user's tap operation of the fingerprint button shown in fig. 6, the third device transmits the authorization information of the second user to the second device.
Optionally, before the second device receives the authorization information of the second user from the third device, the second device may further receive a mobile phone number and an authentication code input by the second user on the authorization page, determine whether the mobile phone number and the authentication code are correct, and if so, continue to receive the authorization information of the second user.
S206, the second device determines that the second user is successfully authorized according to the authorization information.
Optionally, the authorization may fail due to a user's hand mistake, or an insufficient balance in the account of the second user. Therefore, after the second device determines that the authorization information is correct and completes the operation of successfully deducting money from the account of the second user, the second device may perform step S207. Otherwise, the second device may notify the third device that the second user needs to re-authorize, or may directly notify the first device that the authorization fails.
Optionally, the second device may further notify the third device that the authorization is successful, and after receiving the notification of the second device, the third device may prompt the second user that the authorization is successful.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 8, taking the interface 510 shown in fig. 5b as an example, on the basis of the interface 510, authorization information input by a second user is detected, and in response to the authorization information, for example: the third device sends the authorization information to the second device in response to the bank account, the withdrawal password and the click operation of the confirmation button input by the second user, if the second device determines that the authorization information is correct, after the operation of successfully deducting money from the account of the second user is completed, the second device can inform the third device that authorization is successful, and after receiving the notification, the third device can jump to the interface 800 to prompt that authorization of the second user is successful. Optionally, a close button 801 may be included in the interface 800 to facilitate the user exiting the authorization interface after completing the authorization.
The example shown in fig. 8 is explained by taking authorization for entering an authorization page as an example, and when the authorization mode for entering the authorization page is not adopted, as shown in fig. 5a, the third device may further receive a short message notification that authorization sent by the second device is successful, and prompt that authorization of the second user is successful in a short message manner, in a manner of replying an authorization code with a short message.
Certainly, when the short message service is opened in the account of the second user, the second device may also remind the second user of successful authorization (or successful deduction/withdrawal) in a short message manner.
And S207, the second equipment sends a third message to the first equipment. Accordingly, the first device receives the third information from the second device.
And the third message is used for indicating that the authorization of the second user is successful so as to finish the operation of withdrawing money from the account of the second user without the card.
Optionally, before the second device sends the third message to the first device, the second device may determine that the deduction from the account of the second user is successful according to the authorization information of the second user, and send the third message to the first device if the deduction is determined to be successful.
And S208, the first device completes the operation of withdrawing money from the account of the second user without the card according to the third message.
Optionally, after the first device completes the operation of withdrawing money from the second user account without the card, the first user may be prompted that the withdrawal is successful.
Optionally, because the second user may not respond in time, that is, cannot acquire the authorization of the second user in time, if the authorization of the second user is successfully acquired within the preset time period, the operation of withdrawing money from the account of the second user is completed. Therefore, in order to obtain the authorization of the second user in time, the first user may additionally contact the second user in time by using a phone, a short message, a social application, and the like.
If the authorization of the second user is not successfully acquired within the preset time period, the first device may end the process of acquiring the authorization of the second user, and close the withdrawal operation. In addition, the first user may be prompted for a withdrawal failure. Then, the first user can contact the second user by means of telephone, short message, social application and the like, the borrowing intention is informed, and then the operation of withdrawing money from the account of the second user is initiated again, so that the second user can respond to the authorization in time. Alternatively, the first user may change the authorizer to initiate a withdrawal operation from an account of a user other than the second user to address the emergency demand.
Based on the technical scheme, the method can promptly notify the relatives and friends who are not at hand in a remote authorization mode of other users, and complete the operation of withdrawing money from other users without cards so as to meet the emergency requirements of the users.
Optionally, before step S202 shown in fig. 2, the method shown in fig. 2 further includes the following steps (not shown in the figure):
s209, the second equipment determines that the number of times of the first user requesting to obtain the authorization meets a first threshold range according to the target information; and/or determining that the number of successful authorizations by the second user satisfies a second threshold range; and/or determining that the withdrawal amount satisfies a third threshold range.
For example: the first device determines the number of times that the first user requests to acquire the authorization according to the first user verification information in the target information, wherein the authorization acquired by the request can be the authorization of different users or the authorization of the same user. Alternatively, the first threshold range may be in units of days, weeks, or months, for example: 3-5 times per day, 10-15 times per week, 0-20 times per month, etc., which the application does not limit.
Another example is: and the first equipment determines the successful authorization times of the second user according to the mobile phone number of the second user and/or the account information of the second user in the target message, wherein the authorization can be the authorization requested by different users or the authorization requested by the same user. Optionally, the second threshold range may also be in units of days, weeks, or months, for example: 3-5 times a day, 10-15 times a week, 0-20 times a month, etc., which is not limited in this application.
Optionally, in order for the first device to perform the above operations, the first device may keep an authorization record for a preset time period. The preset time period may be determined by a developer.
For example, the third threshold range may be 300-500, 0-600, etc., and the value of the third threshold range is not specifically limited in this application.
Based on the technical scheme, in the process of borrowing and cashing other users without cards, the risk control can be made in advance by considering the authorized times, the amount of money and the like, malicious operation is prevented, and the safety of the withdrawal process is improved.
Optionally, in order to further improve the security of the withdrawal process, the communication between the first device, the second device, and the third device may be implemented by an encryption method, and for a specific encryption technology, reference is made to the prior art, which is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, the above interfaces are only schematic diagrams, and are not limited to the present application, and in practical applications, more or less interfaces may be included, and more or less contents may also be included in each interface.
