(4) The sliding component is controlled to move to the end part of the rotating cross arm, so that the lower part of the electric power tower deflects, and then the rotating cross arm is controlled to rotate, so that the lower end of the electric power tower is aligned to the foundation pit;
(5) Paying off by the hoisting component, slowly placing the lower end of the electric power pole tower in the foundation pit, and then taking up;
(6) Controlling the lifting part to extend, straightening the electric power tower (if necessary, by means of two safety ropes, wherein the pulling directions of the two safety ropes are opposite, and the supporting force direction of one safety rope is the same as that of the lifting part), and then fixing and burying;
(7) And the tractor pulls the flat frame to move to the vicinity of the next foundation pit, and the operation is repeated until all the electric pole towers on the flat frame are completely arranged.

the hoisting mechanism comprises a vertical rod, a rotating cross arm, a hoisting component, a sliding component and a self-locking mechanical clamping jaw, wherein the vertical rod is arranged on one side of the flat frame, the rotating cross arm is arranged at the upper end of the vertical rod, the hoisting component and the sliding component are arranged on the rotating cross arm, and a steel cable of the hoisting component penetrates through the sliding component and is connected with the self-locking mechanical clamping jaw; the length of the rotating cross arm is larger than the width of the flat frame; the rotary cross arm comprises a rotary table, a motor and two cross bars, wherein the rotary table is arranged at the upper end of the vertical rod, a planetary gear is arranged in the rotary table and is connected with a main shaft of the motor for transmission, the two cross bars are arranged on one side of the rotary table in parallel, and strip-shaped through holes are formed in the two cross bars; the lifting part is an electric hoist or a winch and is positioned at the middle position of the upper side of the rotating cross arm; the sliding assembly comprises a double-shaft extending motor, a transmission gear, a transmission chain and two grooved wheels, wherein one transmission gear is arranged on the outer sides of the two cross bars, the double-shaft extending motor is arranged at the end parts of the two cross bars, driving gears are arranged on two output shafts of the double-shaft extending motor, the driving gears and the transmission gears on the same side are connected and transmitted through the transmission chain, the two grooved wheels are positioned between the two cross bars, shaft rods on the two sides of each grooved wheel respectively penetrate through strip-shaped through holes on the two cross bars, driven gears are arranged at the end parts of the grooved wheels, and the driven gears are meshed with the transmission chain; the steel rope of the hoisting member passes between the two sheaves.
