the material guide structure comprises a material guide cylinder, a material feeding port is formed in the upper portion of the material guide cylinder, the material guide cylinder comprises an arc semi-cylinder body arranged along the length direction of the material guide cylinder, and the section of the inner side surface of the arc semi-cylinder body is a continuous arc surface; a plurality of limiting strips are arranged on the opposite side of the cambered surface semi-cylinder body, the limiting strips are arranged along the length direction of the material guide cylinder, gaps are arranged between the adjacent limiting strips, and the contour lines of the limiting strips on the section and the cambered surface semi-cylinder body form a complete section circle; the outer side of the limiting strip is provided with a jacking mechanism, the number of the jacking mechanisms corresponds to the number of the gaps, the jacking mechanisms are arranged on the same lifting support and comprise an air cylinder and a jacking block connected with the air cylinder, the jacking block is provided with thimbles in rows, the thimbles can penetrate through the gaps through the expansion and contraction of the air cylinder and jack medicinal materials to be sliced in the guide cylinder;
the slicing structure comprises a support and a cutting assembly, the support is arranged on one side of the bottom of the guide cylinder, the bottom of the support is connected with a workbench, the workbench is arranged on the bottom of a discharge port of the guide cylinder, a height difference is reserved between the workbench and the discharge port, and a discharge guide chute is arranged on one side of the workbench; the cutting assembly is provided with a plurality of cutting units matched with the guide grooves in number, each cutting unit is provided with an independent cutting part, each cutting part comprises a sliding block arranged in the guide groove, the upper part of each sliding block is provided with a cutting blade, the lower part of each sliding block is provided with a gasket, and the gaskets are arranged on the rear sides of the lower parts of the cutting blades; the slider is driven by a crank link mechanism to realize reciprocating feeding at the position of the workbench.

The apparatus for continuously slicing herbal pieces-prepared for decoction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the guiding barrel is a vertically disposed guiding barrel, and a feeding port cover connected by a hinge is disposed on the guiding barrel corresponding to the position of the feeding port.
3. The apparatus for continuously slicing herbal pieces-according to claim 1, wherein said closed casing is provided with an elastic clamping device at a position corresponding to said guiding cylinder for replacing the guiding cylinder with different mouth sizes.
4. The apparatus for continuously slicing herbal pieces-according to claim 1, wherein the number of said position-limiting strips arranged on said guiding cylinder is 4-5.
5. The apparatus for continuously slicing herbal pieces prepared for decoction according to claim 1, wherein the gap between adjacent position-limiting bars is 1/5-1/8 of the diameter of herbal pieces to be sliced, and the width of different gaps on the same guiding cylinder is the same.
6. The apparatus for continuously slicing herbal pieces-according to claim 1, wherein said thimble has a diameter of 2/3-4/5 of said gap.

The apparatus for continuously slicing herbal pieces-according to claim 1, wherein said thimble is connected with said top block through an elastic seat, and a rubber top block is disposed on the top surface of said thimble, and said thimble is abutted against the surface of the herbal pieces to be sliced through the rubber top block at the top.

The apparatus for continuously slicing herbal pieces-prepared for decoction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cylinder is provided with a force sensor unit, the force sensor unit is connected to a cylinder stop switch to stop the cylinder when the pushing force fed back from the pushing pin reaches a set value.

The apparatus for continuously slicing herbal pieces prepared for decoction as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance between the cutting faces corresponding to the cutting blades of the adjacent cutting units and the distance between the cutting blade at the lowest position and the flat holder of the worktable are the same, both being 0.5mm to 4 mm.
10. The apparatus for continuously slicing herbal pieces-according to claim 1, wherein the number of cutting units installed on said cutting assembly is 2-4, and the crank-link mechanism of said 2-4 cutting units is driven by a synchronous pulley to achieve synchronous feeding.
