The invention designs the heat-insulating riser with a special structure, thereby improving the feeding effect; the feeding of the bearing seat of the control arm is completed under the action of the heat-insulating riser, and meanwhile, the bottom die iron core is cooled by air, so that the sequential solidification effect is increased, and the reject ratio of the casting is greatly reduced.

The heat-insulating riser comprises a middle riser 6 and an annular riser 7, the middle riser 6 is located at the top of the through hole of the control arm bearing block 3, and the annular riser 7 surrounds the periphery of the middle riser 6.
Because the feeding is restricted by the size structure of the bearing hole and can not be made large, the heat-insulating riser with a special structure is adopted, and the feeding effect is improved: the feeding of the bearing seat of the control arm is completed under the action of the heat-insulating riser, and the bottom die iron core is cooled by wind, so that the sequential solidification effect is increased, and the casting quality is improved.
