s4-3: starting vacuum and stirring in a vacuum paste making pot, sucking in adhesive slurry (reserving a part of humectant such as sorbitol, adding into a liquid material premixing pot, stirring, adding the rest adhesive slurry into the humectant, sucking into the vacuum paste making pot together), and stirring and mixing with the liquid material to obtain uniform glue;
s5: sucking mixed powder such as abradant and the like under vacuum and high-speed stirring (homogenizing), stirring into paste, and sucking liquid foaming agent. Homogenizing under vacuum for a suitable time;
s6: absorbing essence, continuing vacuum homogenizing for a proper time (the total homogenizing time is controlled to be 30-40 minutes), and finally vacuumizing to enable the vacuum degree to reach the technological requirement (below-0.096 MPa) and continuing for a proper time;
s7: stopping stirring, breaking vacuum, recovering normal pressure, sampling paste, detecting to obtain qualified paste (appearance, fragrance, paste specific gravity, consistency or viscosity, pH value, foam amount, etc.), and discharging.
The embodiment also provides a method for coating the yeast fermentation product extract or the composition containing the yeast fermentation product extract into microcapsules, which comprises the following steps:
1) preparing yeast fermentation product extract or composition containing yeast fermentation product extract into suspension as core material;
2) dissolving sodium carboxymethylcellulose in deionized water, removing insoluble substances, and adjusting pH to weak acidity, such as pH 5, to obtain sodium carboxymethylcellulose solution;
3) and mixing the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution with the core material suspension, then mechanically stirring for 30min, carrying out solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid, and washing off the non-adsorbed sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in the obtained solid by using deionized water, thereby obtaining the sodium carboxymethyl cellulose microcapsule.
The coating of the yeast fermentation product extract or the composition containing the yeast fermentation product extract based on sodium carboxymethyl cellulose according to this example had the following effects compared to directly adding the yeast fermentation product extract or the composition containing the yeast fermentation product extract to the toothpaste mixture: the capsule wall of the microcapsule wraps the yeast fermentation product extract or the yeast fermentation product extract to a certain degree, and provides an isolation environment, so that the yeast fermentation product extract or the yeast fermentation product extract is prevented from being exposed to an external environment, and the breeding of bacteria and the oral health problem caused by the breeding of bacteria are avoided; the toothpaste body can be added with abrasive, such as silicon dioxide and calcium carbonate, when brushing teeth, the carboxymethylcellulose sodium microcapsule can be broken under the abrasive action of the abrasive, so that yeast fermentation product extract or composition containing yeast fermentation product extract contained in the carboxymethylcellulose sodium microcapsule can be exposed and absorbed in oral cavity; based on the addition of the carboxymethylcellulose sodium microcapsule, after the carboxymethylcellulose sodium microcapsule is broken, the carboxymethylcellulose sodium serving as the capsule wall can also help the yeast fermentation product extract or the composition containing the yeast fermentation product extract to be adhered to the oral mucosa so as to improve the retention time of the yeast fermentation product extract or the composition containing the yeast fermentation product extract on the oral mucosa and further improve the absorption efficiency.

Claims (10)

1. The toothpaste containing the yeast fermentation product extract is characterized in that the paste of the toothpaste contains the yeast fermentation product extract or a composition containing the yeast fermentation product extract.
2. The toothpaste containing yeast fermentation product extract according to claim 1, wherein the composition comprises, in addition to yeast fermentation product extract:
at least one of a small molecule peptide and a hydrolyzed plant protein;
or at least one amino acid;
or at least one of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and plant extract;
or at least one vitamin.
3. The toothpaste containing yeast fermentation product extract according to claim 2, wherein the amino acids comprise glutamic acid, serine, arginine, glycine, threonine, tyrosine, lysine, alanine, aspartic acid, isoleucine, histidine, leucine, methionine, phenylalanine, cystine.
4. The toothpaste containing yeast fermentation product extract according to claim 2, wherein the small molecule peptide is silk peptide, and the hydrolyzed vegetable protein comprises hydrolyzed wheat protein and hydrolyzed soybean protein.
5. The toothpaste containing yeast fermentation product extract according to claim 2, wherein said vitamins include sodium ascorbyl phosphate, tocopheryl acetate, niacinamide, D-panthenol.
6. The toothpaste containing yeast fermentation product extract according to claim 2, wherein the plant extract comprises honeysuckle extract, dandelion extract, peony root extract, aloe extract, chamomile extract, chlorophyll.
7. The toothpaste containing yeast fermentation product extract according to claim 1, wherein the toothpaste body further contains at least one of an anticaries component and an anti-sensitivity component baking soda.
8. The toothpaste containing yeast fermentation product extract according to claim 7, wherein the anticaries component comprises sodium fluoride, sodium monofluorophosphate, stannous fluoride, and the anti-sensitivity component comprises potassium nitrate and strontium chloride hexahydrate.
9. The toothpaste containing the yeast fermentation product extract according to claim 1, wherein the yeast fermentation product extract or the composition containing the yeast fermentation product extract is coated with a protective agent to be microencapsulated and dispersed in a paste of the toothpaste.
10. A preparation method of toothpaste containing yeast fermentation product extract is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: accurately weighing all raw materials in the formula;
s2: the foaming agent and the abrasive agent are stirred and mixed evenly in advance,
s3: dissolving water soluble materials such as sweetener and stabilizer in water in advance,
s4-1: adding water solutions such as humectant, sweetener, etc., nutrient substances such as yeast fermentation product extract, etc., and water into a vacuum paste making pot, starting stirring, and uniformly stirring the liquid raw materials;
s4-2: adding a humectant into the other liquid material premixing pot, starting stirring, adding an adhesive, and dispersing the adhesive into uniform slurry;
s4-3: starting vacuum and stirring in a vacuum paste making pot, sucking the adhesive slurry, and uniformly stirring the adhesive slurry and the liquid material to form uniform glue;
