when the lower frame mechanism needs to be folded (see fig. 16 specifically), the third U-shaped frame 26 is pushed to enable the bearing mechanism to shrink and rotate, and when the third U-shaped frame 26 is attached to the second U-shaped frame 25, the lower frame mechanism can be folded; when the locker mechanism and the lower frame mechanism are in a folded state, the lower space of the device can be freely expanded according to the requirements of users.
