本申请实施例提供了一种无线通信方法和终端设备,在两个信道发生冲突时可以判断发送哪种类型的信道,从而能够避免侧行链路与上下行链路之间的通信冲突,和/或,避免侧行链路之间的通信冲突,从而提高通信性能。该无线通信方法包括:在第一信道与第二信道发生冲突的情况下,终端设备根据该第一信道上所关联的数据或者信令的优先级,和/或,该第二信道上所关联的数据或者信令的优先级,确定信道传输状态,其中,该第一信道和该第二信道中的至少一个信道传输与侧行传输相关的信息。
