Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
The first embodiment is as follows:
the embodiment of the present invention mainly aims at the problem that when a message sender wants to chat with several people in a group or wants to send messages to several people in the group only, and does not want all group owners to see the content sent by the group owner, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention can be executed.
The method of the first embodiment of the present invention is applied to a server side of a network disk, and specifically includes, as shown in fig. 1:
s1, receiving the message sent by the message sender, and the visible user list sent by the message sender:
when group members need to send messages in a group communication interface in instant communication software, if the group members only want to chat with or send messages to a plurality of people in the group, the group members serve as message senders, and send a visible user list to a server side while inputting the messages, wherein the visible user list means which members are allowed to be visible by the messages, and the members outside the visible user list are invisible.
The visible users in the visible user list must be members of the group.
If the message of the message sender is visible to all members, the visible user list does not need to be sent when the message sender sends the message.
After receiving the message sent by the message sender, the server firstly judges whether the message is sent to all group users, and if the message is sent to all group users, the server directly displays the message on a group communication interface of group members; if the visible user list exists, the description is only sent to the group users in the visible user list, and then the next step is executed.
S2, displaying the message on the group communication interface of the visible user:
after receiving the message of the message sender and the visible user list, the server side judges the identity of the group member firstly before displaying the message to the group communication interface of the group user, and the group member is on the visible user list, and then directly displays the message sent by the message sender on the group communication interface of the group member; if the group member is not on the visible user list, the next step is performed.
S3, hiding the message in the group communication interface of the invisible user:
and the server side judges that the group member is not on the visible user list, and hides the message on the group communication interface of the group member.
The specific hiding means can adopt various types and is related to a group message display mechanism of instant messaging software; the most direct hiding way is that no display is available on the group communication interface of the group member; or the adopted hiding mode can be as follows: the message sent by a person is displayed, but the content of the message is only displayed to be invisible, even the content of the message sent by the person is only displayed to be invisible, and the like.
By the group communication method of instant messaging in the embodiment, when the message is sent in the instant messaging group, the user can be appointed to receive and display the message without seeing the message by all group members; and the message sender does not need to repeatedly chat with a specified user privately, and a group does not need to be separately established.
Example two:
the second embodiment of the present invention is a solution proposed specifically for the way in which the message sender sends the visible user list on the basis of the first embodiment, and a solution proposed for the problem of permission if the message sent by the message sender is a file and relates to a file and a user right, as shown in fig. 2.
S101, receiving an instruction of selecting a visible user by a message sender, and providing a user list for the message sender for selection:
in this step, before sending the message, the message sender may send an instruction for selecting the visible user to the server, and the instruction sending mode may be that a button or a menu for creating a visible user list is provided on a group communication interface of the group members, and the message sender clicks directly, and then the instruction for selecting the visible user may be sent to the server;
after receiving the instruction, the server provides the message sender with the user list for selection, wherein the user list can be provided by popping up a page to the message sender, and the page content is a list of all group members which can be selected.
In addition to all the group members, the user list provided by the server side can also comprise visible member default selection of intelligent recommendation, the visible member default selection of the intelligent recommendation is that the server side carries out data statistics and/or data training based on the historical record of the visible user list once set by the message sender to obtain the intelligent recommendation list of the visible user, and the message sender can also add or delete the visible user list in the intelligent recommendation list to finally form the visible user list of the message.
S102, if the message is a file, the user list provided for the message sender is the intersection of the users having the same authority or higher authority with the message sender in the network disk and the group users:
the steps are mainly directed to an instant messaging tool in the network disk system. For common instant messaging software, even if a message sender sends a file, the file is a message and can be received and shared by visible users in a visible user list according to a common message processing mode; however, for the instant messaging tool in the network disk system, when the sent message is a file, the related problem is troublesome because the user needs to have certain authority in the network disk system to operate the file; for example, a user must have "previewer" rights to a file in order to preview the file.
Therefore, in the instant messaging tool in the network disk system, when a message sender sends a file, all users in the created visible user list have the right to the file, so that the file can be received and shared;
therefore, the user list provided by the server side (i.e. the network disk server side in this embodiment) for the message sender in this step is the intersection of the users having the same or higher authority to the file as the message sender in the network disk system and the group users; this ensures that all visible users have corresponding rights to the file.
S103, the message sender selects the group users outside the intersection to perform customized addition to the visible user list, and the operation of the group users added to the visible user list to the file in a customized manner is still restricted by the authority of the group users to the file in the network disk:
in some special cases, the intersected user list provided in step S102 cannot meet the requirement of the message sender, and the message sender still needs to add the group members outside the intersection as visible users, for example, the authority of the message sender on the file to be sent is high, and a certain group member only has the primary "previewer" authority on the file to be sent, which is lower than the authority of the message sender, and therefore the group member cannot be put into the intersection and cannot enter the visible user list, but the message sender also needs the group member to see the file, so this step provides a function of custom addition outside the intersection, which allows the message sender to select the group users outside the intersection to perform custom addition to the visible user list, but the operation of the group user custom added to the visible user list on the file is still restricted to the authority of the file in the netdisk, corresponding operation can be carried out only according to the authority of the user to the file, and the authority cannot be exceeded; the group member having the "previewer" authority as described above can only preview a file, and cannot perform an operation such as editing.
S104, receiving a selection result of the message sender:
after the operation of creating the visible user list by the message sender, the server receives the visible user list, and then performs the processes of steps S2 and S3 as described in embodiment one.
By the group communication method of instant messaging described in the second embodiment, a method for specifically creating a visible user list is provided, and for setting permissions in a network disk system, the problem of permissions of users for files is considered, and when sharing files in a group in a visible user list manner, the permission constraints of users for files are still complied with.
Example three:
the third embodiment is also another solution proposed specifically for the way of sending the visible user list by the message sender on the basis of the first embodiment, and under the solution, if the message sent by the message sender is a file, and relates to the file and the user rights, a solution proposed for the problem of rights is shown in fig. 3.
S201, receiving a visible user provided by a message sender in an @ user name mode:
in this step, when the message sender sends the message, the content of the "@ username" is added to the message, and the group user @ is the visible user belonging to the visible user list; the @ user can see the message, and the non- @ user is hidden; if the message sender @ all or no @ user, the message sender represents that all users in the group can receive and see the message;
s202, if the message is a file, the operation of the visible user provided by the message sender in the form of @ user name on the file is still restricted to the authority of the visible user on the file in the network disk:
the steps are mainly directed to an instant messaging tool in a network disk system, when the sent message is a file, the related problems are troublesome, and a user needs to have certain authority in the network disk system to operate the file; when the group user of the message sender @ has a user who has no authority to operate the file, that is, the user belongs to a visible user, but has no authority to the file, at most, the file name can be seen in the message, but preview, editing and the like cannot be performed, and the permission to the file in the network disk is still restricted.
Through the group communication method of instant messaging described in the third embodiment, a simple and convenient method for specifically creating a visible user list is provided, that is, the @ user mode, and the permission setting in the network disk system is aimed at, the permission problem of the user for the file is considered, and the permission constraint of the user for the file is still observed when the file is shared in the group through the visible user list mode.
Example four:
the fourth embodiment of the present invention provides a group communication device for instant messaging, as shown in fig. 4, specifically including:
the message and visible user list receiving module is used for receiving a message sent by a message sender and a visible user list sent by the message sender;

and the self-defining management unit is used for selecting the group users outside the intersection by the message sender to perform self-defining addition to the visible user list, but the operation of the group users added to the visible user list to the file by the self-defining is still restricted by the authority of the group users to the file in the network disk.
Or, the message and visible user list receiving module includes:
the @ instruction receiving unit is used for receiving a visible user provided by a message sender in an @ user name mode;
and the file message management unit is used for limiting the operation of the visible user provided by the message sender in the form of the @ user name on the file to the authority of the visible user on the file in the network disk if the message is the file.
