Based on the assembly combination tool provided in the above embodiment, the present invention further provides a membrane disc assembly combination tool, which includes any one of the assembly combination tools in the above embodiments, and further includes the membrane disc, wherein the first avoidance hole 21 on the assembly combination tool is aligned with the pin hole on the small disc 81 at one end of the membrane disc 8, and the second avoidance hole 22 is aligned with the pin hole on the large disc 82 at the other end of the membrane disc 8; one of the small disc 81 and the large disc 82 is supported by the support table of the component assembly tool, and the other is supported by the support end face 23 of the component assembly tool; the positioning mandrel 3 of the assembly combined tool is arranged in the hole of the membrane disc 8 in a penetrating mode and matched with the hole. Because the film disc assembly assembling tool adopts the assembly assembling tool in the above embodiment, please refer to the above embodiment for the beneficial effects of the film disc assembly assembling tool.
Furthermore, a push rod 9 can be arranged, wherein the lower end column part of the push rod 9 is in up-and-down sliding fit with the inner hole of the guide sleeve 7, and the upper end of the push rod 9 is provided with a cap part so as to facilitate force application. Wherein the guide sleeve 7 and the push rod 9 are matched for use, and the gap of the mutual working parts between the guide sleeve and the push rod is preferably 0.01-0.02 mm (millimeter).
The step pin 10 is preferably pressed in by an oil press, has a certain stroke, and the step pin 10 may be biased and collapsed without guidance, so the guide sleeve 7 and the push rod 9 are preferably arranged, the pressure of the oil press is firstly acted on the push rod 9, the push rod 9 slides downwards under the guidance of the guide sleeve 7, then the pressure is transmitted to the step pin 10, and the step pin 10 is also pressed into the membrane disc 8 under the guidance of the guide sleeve 7. The guide sleeve 7, the push rod 9 and the positioning mandrel 3 not only need to have good strength and wear resistance, but also preferably adopt CrWMn steel, and of course, other steel bodies or other materials can also be adopted. The supporting member 1, the bracket 2 and other parts are preferably 40Cr steel, but other steel bodies or other materials may be used.

Claims (7)

1. A combination tool, comprising:
supporting the platform;
the support is fixedly connected to the support component, the upper end support end face of the support component protrudes out of the support table face of the support component, and the support end face is provided with a first avoidance hole and a second avoidance hole;
the positioning mandrel is fixedly installed on the supporting table top and protrudes out of the supporting table top, the first avoidance holes are formed around the positioning mandrel, the second avoidance holes are formed around the positioning mandrel, and the first avoidance holes are formed in one side, close to the positioning mandrel, of the second avoidance holes; the positioning core shaft positioning device comprises a plurality of supports, wherein each support is provided with a first avoidance hole and a second avoidance hole, and at least one support is a movable support so as to adjust the position relative to the positioning core shaft in the radial direction of the positioning core shaft; the support comprises a support column vertically arranged on the support table surface and a cantilever which is connected to the upper end of the support column and protrudes towards the positioning mandrel, the upper side surface of the cantilever is the support end surface, and the first avoidance hole and the second avoidance hole are both arranged on the cantilever and penetrate through the cantilever from top to bottom; the movable support comprises a sliding block extending towards the direction of the positioning mandrel, the sliding block is in sliding fit with a sliding groove in the supporting table board, a sliding hole is formed in the sliding block, the extending direction of the sliding hole is consistent with that of the sliding groove, and the locking screw penetrates through the sliding hole and then is in threaded connection with a groove bottom screw hole of the sliding groove.

The assembly cluster tool of claim 1, wherein each of the first relief holes is uniformly disposed along a first circumference, each of the second relief holes is uniformly disposed along a second circumference, and the first relief holes and the second relief holes are both cylindrical holes; the cap part of the locking screw is of a flat block structure; and a knob is further connected onto the sliding block in a threaded manner.
3. The assembly kit of any of claims 1-2, wherein the positioning mandrel is axially detachably connected to the support stage; the upper end of the positioning mandrel is provided with a crown pressing part.
4. The assembly kit of claim 3, wherein the lower end of the positioning mandrel is in threaded engagement with the support member, the positioning mandrel further being provided with a washer.
5. The component cluster tool of claim 4, further comprising a guide sleeve that can be coaxially disposed with the first relief hole and/or the second relief hole.
6. A diaphragm assembly combination tool, which comprises a diaphragm and is characterized by further comprising an assembly combination tool according to any one of claims 1 to 5; the first avoidance hole on the assembly combined tool is aligned with the pin hole on the small disc at one end of the membrane disc, and the second avoidance hole is aligned with the pin hole on the large disc at the other end of the membrane disc; one of the small disc and the large disc is supported by a supporting table of the component combination tool, and the other disc is supported by a supporting end face of the component combination tool; the assembly combination tool positioning mandrel penetrates through the middle hole of the membrane disc and is matched with the middle hole of the membrane disc.
7. The membrane disc assembly assembling tool according to claim 6, further comprising a guide sleeve, a push rod and a step pin with a small diameter section matched with the pin hole, wherein a lower end column part of the push rod is in up-and-down sliding fit with an inner hole of the guide sleeve, and the upper end of the push rod is provided with a cap part; the hydraulic press is used for applying downward pressure to the push rod.
