本发明属于中药制备用粉碎机技术领域，具体涉及一种便于使用的中药制备用粉碎机。
背景技术
以中国传统医药理论指导采集、炮制、制剂，说明作用机理，指导临床应用的药物，统称为中药，在中药制备时，往往需要将中药材进行捣碎、碾碎等，便于药物成分释放，但现有的粉碎一般为人工进行捣碎，需要耗费较多的体力，且效率不高。
发明内容
为解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。本发明提供了一种便于使用的中药制备用粉碎机，具有便于使用，粉碎效果好的特点。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种便于使用的中药制备用粉碎机，包括外壳，所述外壳的顶部设置有进料斗，所述外壳的两侧活动穿设有同一个转轴，所述转轴的表面固定连接有切段辊，所述外壳的底部连通有粉碎箱，所述粉碎箱的底部设置有底座，所述粉碎箱的内壁侧面设置有切槽，所述粉碎箱的两侧活动穿设有同一个传动轴，所述传动轴的表面固定连接有粉碎刀，所述转轴的数量为两个，两个所述转轴的表面均设置有齿轮，两个所述齿轮相互啮合，一个所述转轴的端部设置有皮带轮，所述粉碎箱的底部设置有过滤网。
优选的，所述传动轴的端部设置有皮带轮，所述底座的正面设置有减速电机，所述减速电机的输出轴表面设置有皮带轮，所述传动轴端部的皮带轮为双槽皮带轮，所述减速电机输出轴表面的皮带轮与传动轴端部的皮带轮表面传动连接有皮带，所述传动轴表面的皮带轮与转轴端部的皮带通过皮带传动连接。
优选的，所述进料斗的正面设置有控制板，所述控制板通过导线与减速电机电性连接。
优选的，所述进料斗的顶部设置有密封盖，所述底座的底部四角设置有支脚。
优选的，所述底座的内壁底部设置有接收盒，所述接收盒位于过滤网的正下方。

本发明，通过设置进料斗，能够便于将中药材投入，便于使用，通过设置两个切段辊，能够快速的将药材进行切段，便于进行粉碎，通过设置粉碎箱，并配合粉碎刀和切槽，能够对切断后的中药材进行粉碎，并通过设置过滤网和接收盒，能够便于使粉碎到需要直径的颗粒落下，并落入接收盒内。

请参阅图1-2，本发明提供以下技术方案：一种便于使用的中药制备用粉碎机，包括外壳1，所述外壳1的顶部设置有进料斗2，所述外壳1的两侧活动穿设有同一个转轴4，所述转轴4的表面固定连接有切段辊5，通过设置进料斗2，能够便于将中药材投入，便于使用，通过设置两个切段辊5，能够快速的将药材进行切段，便于进行粉碎，所述外壳1的底部连通有粉碎箱6，所述粉碎箱6的底部设置有底座11，所述粉碎箱6的内壁侧面设置有切槽9，所述粉碎箱6的两侧活动穿设有同一个传动轴7，所述传动轴7的表面固定连接有粉碎刀8，所述转轴4的数量为两个，两个所述转轴4的表面均设置有齿轮17，两个所述齿轮17相互啮合，一个所述转轴4的端部设置有皮带轮15，所述粉碎箱6的底部设置有过滤网10，通过设置粉碎箱6，并配合粉碎刀8和切槽9，能够对切断后的中药材进行粉碎，并通过设置过滤网10和接收盒12，能够便于使粉碎到需要直径的颗粒落下，并落入接收盒12内。
具体的，所述传动轴7的端部设置有皮带轮15，所述底座11的正面设置有减速电机14，所述减速电机14的输出轴表面设置有皮带轮15，所述传动轴7端部的皮带轮15为双槽皮带轮15，所述减速电机14输出轴表面的皮带轮15与传动轴7端部的皮带轮15表面传动连接有皮带16，所述传动轴7表面的皮带轮15与转轴4端部的皮带轮15通过皮带16传动连接。
具体的，所述进料斗2的正面设置有控制板18，所述控制板18通过导线与减速电机14电性连接。
具体的，所述进料斗2的顶部设置有密封盖3，所述底座11的底部四角设置有支脚13。
具体的，所述底座11的内壁底部设置有接收盒12，所述接收盒12位于过滤网10的正下方。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程：本发明，使用时，将控制板18接通外接电源，按动控制板18表面的按钮，打开减速电机14，减速电机14通过皮带轮15和皮带16驱动粉碎刀8转动，同时驱动转轴4转动，转轴4通过齿轮17驱动两个切段辊5向内转动，然后将中药材投入进料斗2内，在重力作用下，中药材被切段辊5表面的刀刃切段，然后落入粉碎箱6，粉碎箱6内高速转动的粉碎刀8将切段后中药材进行粉碎，粉碎到需要直径的药材颗粒通过过滤网10落入接收盒12内，当粉碎完成后，取出接收盒12即可。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于使用的中药制备用粉碎机，其特征在于：所述传动轴（7）的端部设置有皮带轮（15），所述底座（11）的正面设置有减速电机（14），所述减速电机（14）的输出轴表面设置有皮带轮（15），所述传动轴（7）端部的皮带轮（15）为双槽皮带轮（15），所述减速电机（14）输出轴表面的皮带轮（15）与传动轴（7）端部的皮带轮（15）表面传动连接有皮带（16），所述传动轴（7）表面的皮带轮（15）与转轴（4）端部的皮带轮（15）通过皮带（16）传动连接。
