That is, the balloon-expanding member 20 has a first pressure-preparing portion 203 and a second pressure-preparing portion 204 at both ends thereof, and a first pressure-preparing balloon H23 and a second pressure-preparing balloon H24 inside thereof, respectively, the first pressure-preparing balloon H23 communicating with the first balloon H21, and the second pressure-preparing balloon H24 communicating with the second balloon H22.
When outer tube 102 and inner tube 101 slide relatively, first pressure-preparation balloon H23 and second pressure-preparation balloon H24 are compressed, and the gas inside flows into first balloon H21 and second balloon H22 in the middle, so that first balloon H21 and second balloon H22 are inflated, in other words, by using first pressure-preparation balloon H23 and second pressure-preparation balloon H24, it is ensured that first balloon H21 and second balloon H22 can be inflated stably and reliably during small-amplitude inflation adjustment, and the shapes of first balloon H21 and second balloon H22 in the axial direction become small, so that the contact area between first balloon H21 and second balloon H22 and the pharynx does not change greatly due to axial deformation.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the proximal end of the inner tube 101 has a first stop edge 1011 protruding radially outward, the distal end of the outer tube 102 has a second stop edge 1021 protruding radially outward, and the balloon extender 20 is sandwiched between the first stop edge 1011 and the second stop edge 1021.
In this embodiment, the balloon-expanding member 20 is disposed between the first blocking edge 1011 and the second blocking edge 1021, the first blocking edge 1011 is located at the proximal end of the inner tube 101, the second blocking edge 1021 is located at the proximal end of the outer tube 102, when the inner tube 101 slides relative to the outer tube 102, the first blocking edge 1011 and the second blocking edge 1021 slide relative to each other, and when the first blocking edge 1011 and the second blocking edge 1021 approach each other, both ends of the balloon-expanding member 20 can be squeezed, so that the gas in the first pressure-prepared balloon H23 and the second pressure-prepared balloon H24 flows into the first balloon H21 and the second balloon H22, thereby achieving micro-adjustment of the expansion of the first balloon H21 and the second balloon H22, which is a manner of squeezing the balloon-expanding member 20 by using the relative movement of the first blocking edge 1011 and the second blocking edge 1021, wherein the squeezing is stable and reliable, linear, and is favorable for adjustment control.
In one embodiment of the present invention, a rotation adjusting member 50 is further included, the rotation adjusting member 50 is pivotally disposed on the engaging member 30 about its axis, and the rotation adjusting member 50 has a threaded hole.
The distal end of the inner tube 101 has an external thread 1012 matching with the threaded hole, the proximal end of the rotation adjusting member 50 is abutted against the distal end of the outer tube 102, and when the rotation adjusting member 50 rotates, the outer tube 102 is pushed by the rotation adjusting member 50 to slide relative to the inner tube 101.
In this embodiment, the knob adjusting member is in threaded fit with the distal end of the inner tube 101, and the proximal end of the knob adjusting member abuts against the distal end of the outer appearance, and by rotating the knob adjusting member, the knob adjusting member can move axially along the inner tube 101, and when the knob adjusting member moves, thrust can be generated at the distal end of the outer tube 102, so that the outer tube 102 and the inner tube 101 are forced to slide relatively, and thus, the balloon expansion member 20 can be adjusted in a small range. The rotary adjustment mode of the knob adjusting piece is adopted, so that the adjustment precision is high, the range is wide, and the operation is convenient.
In one example of the present invention, bite piece 30 has a pivot hole. The rotation adjusting member 50 includes a rod portion 501 and a knob portion 502, the rod portion 501 is inserted into the pivot hole and can pivot around its axis, the threaded hole is formed in the rod portion 501, the proximal end of the rod portion 501 abuts against the distal end of the outer tube 102, and the knob portion 502 is disposed at the distal end of the rod portion 501 and abuts against one side of the engaging member 30 away from the proximal end of the rod portion 501.
During adjustment operation, the knob portion 502 is only required to be held to rotate, the knob portion 502 can drive the rod portion 501 to rotate, the rod portion 501 is in threaded fit with the distal end of the inner tube 101, and when the rod portion 501 is in threaded fit with the distal end of the inner tube 101, the outer tube 102 and the inner tube 101 are pushed by the rod portion 501 to slide relatively when the rod portion is rotated, so that operation is very convenient.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the engaging member 30 includes an inner tooth blocking plate 301, an outer tooth blocking plate 302 and a connecting portion 303 connected between the inner tooth blocking plate 301 and the outer tooth blocking plate 302, wherein an engaging gap X30 for teeth to be engaged is defined between the inner tooth blocking plate 301 and the outer tooth blocking plate 302, and the pivot hole penetrates through the inner tooth blocking plate 301 after the outer tooth blocking plate 302 passes through the connecting portion 303. When the tooth-fixing device is used, teeth are occluded in an occlusion gap X30 between the tooth inner barrier 301 and the tooth outer barrier 302, occlusion is convenient, and fixation is reliable after occlusion.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the inflation assembly 40 comprises an inflation tube 402 and a squeeze inflation ball 401, wherein one end of the inflation tube 402 is connected to the balloon-expanding member 20, and the other end of the inflation tube 402 is connected to the squeeze inflation ball 401 after passing through the engagement member 30, so that the balloon-expanding member 20 can be inflated by manually squeezing the squeeze inflation ball 401, and the operation is convenient.

Claims (10)

1. A pharyngeal dilation device for gastroscopy of elderly patients, comprising:
a flexible deformable tube adapted to allow a gastroscope tube to slide therethrough;
the balloon expansion piece is sleeved outside the near end of the bendable deformable pipe fitting and is provided with a first balloon body and a second balloon body, and the first balloon body and the second balloon body are axially arranged at intervals at the near end of the bendable deformable pipe fitting;
the occlusion piece is arranged at the distal end of the bendable deformation pipe fitting and is used for occluding a patient in the mouth;
an inflation assembly connected to the balloon extender for inflating the first and second bladders.
2. The gastroscopic pharyngeal dilation device according to claim 1, wherein the balloon dilator includes:
the inner-layer sac membrane is formed into a tubular structure and sleeved outside the near end of the bendable deformable pipe fitting;
the outer-layer bag membrane is positioned outside the inner-layer bag membrane and comprises a first expansion part and a second expansion part which are connected, the first expansion part and the second expansion part are axially arranged at intervals at the proximal end of the bendable deformation pipe fitting, the first expansion bag part is defined between the first expansion part and the inner-layer bag membrane, and the second expansion bag part is defined between the second expansion part and the inner-layer bag membrane;
the binding ring is sleeved at the joint of the first expansion part and the second expansion part so as to limit the expansion of the joint of the first expansion part and the second expansion part;
one end of the first expansion part, which is far away from the second expansion part, is hermetically connected with one end of the inner-layer bag membrane, and one end of the second expansion part, which is far away from the first expansion part, is hermetically connected with the other end of the inner-layer bag membrane.
3. The pharynx dilating device for gastroscopy of the elderly patient according to claim 2, wherein the outer-layer balloon further comprises a first pressure backup part connected between the first expansion part and the one end of the inner-layer balloon, and a first pressure backup balloon is defined between the first pressure backup part and the inner-layer balloon; the first pressure-preparation capsule body is communicated with the first capsule body, and the diameter of the first pressure-preparation capsule body is smaller than that of the first capsule body.
4. The pharynx dilating device for gastroscopy of the elderly patient according to claim 3, wherein the outer layer balloon further comprises a second pressure backup part connected between the second expansion part and the other end of the inner layer balloon, and a second pressure backup balloon is defined between the second pressure backup part and the inner layer balloon; the second pressure-preparation capsule body is communicated with the second capsule body, and the diameter of the second pressure-preparation capsule body is smaller than that of the second capsule body.
5. The advanced patient gastroscopy pharynx dilating device of claim 3, wherein the bendable deformation tube comprises:
an inner tube adapted for passage of a gastroscope tube therethrough;
the outer pipe sleeve is sleeved outside the inner pipe in a sliding manner;
the balloon expansion piece is sleeved at one end of the inner tube, the near end of the balloon expansion piece is connected with the inner tube, the far end of the balloon expansion piece is connected with the near end of the outer tube, and when the outer tube slides relative to the inner tube, the balloon expansion piece is extruded from two ends to the middle.

The gastroscopic pharyngeal dilation device according to claim 5, wherein the proximal end of the inner tube has a first ledge projecting radially outwardly, the distal end of the outer tube has a second ledge projecting radially outwardly, and the balloon dilator is sandwiched between the first and second ledges.
7. The pharynx dilating device for gastroscopy of the elderly patient according to claim 5, further comprising a rotation adjusting member pivotally provided on the bite member about its axis and having a threaded hole;
the far end of the inner tube is provided with an external thread matched with the threaded hole, the near end of the rotary adjusting piece is abutted to the far end of the outer tube, and when the rotary adjusting piece rotates, the outer tube and the inner tube are pushed to slide relatively through the rotary adjusting piece.
8. The gastroscopic pharyngeal dilation device according to claim 7, wherein the bite piece has a pivot hole;
the rotary adjusting part comprises a rod part and a knob part, the rod part is arranged in the pivot hole in a penetrating mode and can pivot around the axis of the rod part, the threaded hole is formed in the rod part, the near end of the rod part abuts against the far end of the outer tube, and the knob part is arranged at the far end of the rod part and abuts against one side, away from the near end of the rod part, of the occlusion part.
9. The pharynx expansion device for gastroscopy of the elderly patients as claimed in claim 8, wherein said occluding member comprises an inner tooth blocking piece, an outer tooth blocking piece and a connecting portion connected between the inner tooth blocking piece and the outer tooth blocking piece, an occluding gap for teeth to be clamped is defined between the inner tooth blocking piece and the outer tooth blocking piece, and said pivot hole penetrates through the inner tooth blocking piece after the outer tooth blocking piece passes through the connecting portion.
10. The pharyngeal dilation device according to claim 1, wherein the inflation unit includes an inflation tube and a squeeze inflation ball, one end of the inflation tube is connected to the balloon dilator, and the other end of the inflation tube is connected to the squeeze inflation ball after passing through the bite piece.
