In the present invention, the ginkgo biloba extract raw material is preferably ginkgo biloba leaves. The invention also provides a preparation method of the toning lotion, and the preferable preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing the hydrolyzed collagen with the distilled water, adding the hyaluronic acid and the glycerol, uniformly mixing, then adding the ginkgo biloba extract, the black pepper extract, the motherwort herb extract and the dendrobium officinale extract, and uniformly mixing to obtain the ginkgo biloba extract toning lotion. The toning lotion prepared by the preparation method of the toning lotion is pure and free of impurities.

A gingko extract toning lotion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of ginkgo extract, 3 parts of black pepper extract, 8 parts of motherwort extract, 3 parts of dendrobium officinale extract, 10 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 10 parts of hyaluronic acid, 40 parts of glycerol and a proper amount of distilled water.
The preparation methods of the ginkgo biloba extract, the black pepper extract, the motherwort herb extract and the dendrobium officinale extract are the same as the example 1.
The preparation method of the toning lotion is the same as that of the example 2.
Example 5
A gingko extract toning lotion comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of ginkgo extract, 5 parts of black pepper extract, 10 parts of motherwort extract, 5 parts of dendrobium officinale extract, 15 parts of hydrolyzed collagen, 15 parts of hyaluronic acid, 45 parts of glycerol and a proper amount of distilled water.

Example 6
Selecting 56 volunteers as subjects, wherein the subjects are female, the ages of the subjects are 20-45 years old, the subjects are divided into 7 groups, and the facial melanin content of each group is measured and the use evaluation on the whitening, freckle removing, brightening and moisturizing effects is carried out on 8 persons in each group.

Typical example 2 of a red woman, age 40, uneven facial color, dark eyelid, more spots on two cheeks and frequent dry skin feeling, the facial skin becomes white, the skin is bright, the facial color is uniform, the eyelid is obviously whitened after 7 days of using the gingko extract toning lotion, and a user feels moist, the dry feeling disappears, and no stimulation or anaphylaxis exists.
