Abstract
Disclosed herein are an amino acid additive for moisturizing cosmetics and a method for preparing the same, the amino acid additive being prepared by extracting termitomyces albuminosus, the method for preparing the extract comprising the steps of: moistening with water, breaking cell wall with high-pressure pulse, homogenizing and extracting under high pressure, performing enzymolysis with microwave-assisted magnetic bead immobilized enzyme, filtering to remove impurities, concentrating under reduced pressure, and decolorizing with active carbon. The amino acid additive has the effects of resisting wrinkle, nourishing, locking water and preserving moisture in cosmetics, and can be combined with other beneficial components to prepare preparations in different forms. At present, in the field of cosmetics, the application of the termitomyces albuminosus extract is still few, so that the invention provides a good scheme for the application of the termitomyces albuminosus plant raw material in the aspect of moisture preservation function.

(6) and (5) carrying out microfiltration and ultrafiltration on the extracting solution obtained in the step (5), removing impurities, carrying out reduced pressure concentration and activated carbon decolorization, and obtaining a concentrated solution with the specific gravity of 1.05-1.20.
The amino acid additive accounts for 0.5-25.0% of the total content of the composition.

An amino acid additive of a moisturizing cosmetic and a preparation method thereof are characterized in that the amino acid additive is prepared by extracting termitomyces albuminosus, and the preparation method of the extract comprises the following steps: moistening water, breaking cell wall by high-pressure pulse, high-pressure homogenizing extraction, microwave-assisted magnetic bead immobilized enzyme enzymolysis, filtering to remove impurities, concentrating under reduced pressure, and decolorizing with active carbon
(1) Taking fresh termitomyces albuminosus, and washing with water to remove soil impurities;
(2) rehydrating the cleaned termitomyces albuminosus raw material in the step (1) with purified water for 0.1-1 h, putting the termitomyces albuminosus raw material into high-pressure pulse wall breaking equipment, quickly relieving pressure after the pressure is 0.2-2.0 MPa and the maintaining time is 0.5-10 min, and collecting termitomyces albuminosus discharged from a discharge opening;
(3) carrying out high-pressure homogenization treatment on the processed termitomyces albuminosus and ginseng raw materials in the step (2) for 10-100 min at the material-water ratio of 1:10 and the pressure of 40-100 Mpa to obtain a leaching solution;
(4) centrifuging the leaching solution obtained in the step (3) at a rotating speed of 5000r/min for 5-12 min, and taking supernatant for later use;
(5) adjusting the temperature of the supernatant obtained in the step (4) to 30-37 ℃, adjusting the pH to 6.5-8.0, adding magnetic bead immobilized enzyme according to 0.01-5% of the weight of the supernatant, carrying out microwave-assisted enzymolysis at the microwave temperature of 60 ℃, the microwave power of 500w, and the enzymolysis time of 1-15 min, and finally collecting the magnetic bead immobilized enzyme through an additional magnet to obtain an amino acid extracting solution;
(6) and (5) carrying out microfiltration and ultrafiltration on the extracting solution obtained in the step (5), removing impurities, carrying out reduced pressure concentration and activated carbon decolorization, and obtaining a concentrated solution with the specific gravity of 1.05-1.20.
2. An amino acid additive for moisturizing cosmetics and a preparation method thereof, wherein the amino acid additive accounts for 0.5-25.0% of the total content of the composition, and the additive is obtained by the method of claim 1.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the enzyme is immobilized on the magnetic beads by mixing the magnetic bead reagent with the protease solution in a ratio of 1: 0.5-1, dissolving protease in 0.1M MES, 0.15M NaCl and a buffer solution with pH =6.0 to obtain a protease solution, wherein the magnetic bead reagent is a purchased kit.
4. The amino acid additive according to claim 1, which has anti-wrinkle, nourishing, water-retaining and moisturizing effects in cosmetics.
5. The cosmetic preparation forms to which the amino acid additive can be applied according to claim 1 include skin lotions, essences, lotions, creams and masks.
6. The amino acid supplement of claim 1, wherein the amino acid supplement is combined with other benefit agents including antioxidants, moisturizers, emulsifiers, emollients, thickeners, vitamins, surfactants, fragrances, preservatives, neutralizers and mixtures thereof.
