Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of batteries, in particular to a button battery, which comprises a battery face cover, a battery core and a shell, wherein the battery face cover is a pre-pressing welding type battery face cover, the battery face cover comprises connecting piece assemblies, the battery core is arranged between the connecting piece assemblies, the shell is a shell with an opening at one end, the connecting piece assemblies and the battery core are positioned in the shell, the battery face cover is arranged at the opening of the shell, and battery liquid is contained between the battery core and the shell. Technical Field

Background
With the continuous development of wireless technology, the original cable transmission mode is gradually replaced by wireless earphones. The wireless headset communicates with the terminal through a wireless communication protocol (such as bluetooth), and has the characteristics of wireless connection and convenient use compared with a wired headset. The connecting piece assembly is fixed between the fixing part and the shell cover by prepressing, and then the fixing part and the shell cover are welded for secondary fixation, so that the safety of the battery face cover is improved, the liquid leakage risk is reduced, and the fixing performance of the whole battery is improved.

As shown in fig. 1-2, a button cell includes a cell cover, a cell 201 and a casing 1, the cell cover is a pre-pressed welded cell cover, the cell cover includes a connector assembly 303, the cell 201 is disposed between the connector assemblies 303, the casing 1 is a casing 1 with an opening at one end, the connector assembly 303 and the cell 201 are located in the casing 1, the cell cover is disposed at the opening of the casing 1, and a cell liquid is contained between the cell 201 and the casing 1.

The liquid injection hole 502 is provided with a closing member 6, the closing member 6 is used for closing the liquid injection hole 502, the battery cell 201 is located between the first end portion 301 and the second end portion 302, the first end portion 301 is connected with a tab at the lower end of the battery cell 201, and the pad member 304 is arranged on the side of the second end portion 302 away from the battery cell 201.
In one embodiment, the cover 5 is fixedly covered at the open end of the housing 1, wherein the fixed connection mode can be welding, riveting, bonding and the like, wherein the welding can be fusion welding, pressure welding, brazing and the like, in particular, the connection mode of the cover 5 and the housing 1 is preferably welding, wherein the welding enables the fixing performance of the housing 1 and the cover 5 to be good and the welding precision in the precision welding of micro and small parts to be high, and further the fixing performance of the battery is improved.
Further, the second end portion 302 is pre-pressed between the fixing member 4 and the case cover 5, and the fixing member 4 and the case cover 5 are fixedly connected.
In one embodiment, the fixing means of the fixing member 4 and the case cover 5 may be welding, riveting, bonding, or the like, wherein the welding may be fusion welding, pressure welding, brazing, or the like, and particularly, the fixing means of the fixing member 4 and the case cover 5 is preferably welding, wherein the welding enables good fixing of the fixing member 4 and the case cover 5 and high welding precision in precision welding for micro and small parts, thereby further improving the fixing of the battery.
Further, the fixing member 4 is fixedly connected to the upper end tab of the battery cell 201, and the first end portion 301 is fixedly connected to the lower end tab of the battery cell 201.
In one embodiment, the connection manner of the fixing component 4 and the upper end tab of the battery cell 201 and the fixed connection manner of the first end portion 301 and the lower end tab of the battery cell 201 may be welding, bonding, and the like, wherein the welding may be fusion welding, pressure welding, brazing, and the like, specifically, the connection manner of the fixing component 4 and the upper end tab of the battery cell 201 and the connection manner of the first end portion 301 and the lower end tab of the battery cell 201 are preferably welding, and the welding has high welding precision in precision welding of micro and small parts, and is suitable for precision welding of micro and small parts, so that the welding efficiency is improved.
Further, the upper and lower ends of the battery cell 201 are provided with insulating members 202.

Further, a pad member 304 is fixed to the connector member 303.

In one embodiment, the battery adopts the pre-press welded battery cover of the present application, wherein the connecting member assembly 303 can be stacked in a manner of using a conductive coil parallel to the end surface or diameter direction of the battery cell 201, and the winding direction of the pole piece is kept consistent, so as to effectively balance the magnetic field of the winding body, minimize the magnetic field generated by the battery, eliminate the interference of the magnetic field to the host, avoid the generation of radiation and noise, and optimally stack the sheet-shaped FPC coil, thereby minimizing the space occupancy rate.
Further, the pad part 304 is a cathode or anode pad part 304.
