if the user terminal judges that the signing operation is not triggered by the target user for the digital conference for the first time, the user terminal judges whether the current time is in the allowable signing time range corresponding to the digital conference or not;

In the embodiment of the invention, specifically, when the user terminal detects that the current time is within the allowed check-in time range corresponding to the digital conference, the target user can repeatedly perform signature operation on different user terminal equipment, the conference server takes the check-in picture corresponding to the signature handwriting finally uploaded by the user terminal as the check-in picture of the digital conference, updates the check-in time into the time for uploading the final check-in picture, and binds and stores the final check-in picture, the check-in time corresponding to the final check-in picture and the user information of the target user.
Therefore, the optional embodiment can provide that the check-in operation is carried out for a plurality of times under the condition of meeting the condition, and the final check-in information is taken as the standard, so that the repairable and modifiable check-in operation can be improved, and the method is more humanized.
In another optional embodiment, after the user terminal of step 101 identifies the signature handwriting handwritten by the target user in the signature area, the method may further include the following operations:
a user terminal detects a target trigger instruction; the target trigger instruction comprises a submitting trigger instruction, a re-signing trigger instruction or a cancelling check-in trigger instruction;
when the target trigger instruction detected by the user terminal is a submission trigger instruction, the user terminal executes an operation of generating a sign-in picture corresponding to the target user according to the signature handwriting; when the target trigger instruction detected by the user terminal is a re-signing trigger instruction, the user terminal empties the signing area according to the re-signing trigger instruction and executes the operation of identifying the signature handwriting handwritten in the signing area by the target user;
and when the target trigger instruction detected by the user terminal is a check-in cancellation trigger instruction, the user terminal ends the check-in operation of the target user based on the digital conference.
In the embodiment of the invention, specifically, when the user terminal detects that the trigger instruction is submitted, the user terminal judges whether the signature handwriting exists in the signature area by identifying the coordinates of the signature touch point; when the user terminal judges that the result is yes, the user terminal generates a sign-in picture from the signature handwriting; and when the judgment result of the user terminal is negative, the user terminal outputs and prompts that no signature handwriting information exists, the sign-in picture generation operation is not executed, and the user terminal displays a signature area interface. And the user terminal detects the target trigger instruction again and executes corresponding operation according to the target trigger instruction.
Therefore, the optional embodiment executes corresponding operation according to the instruction, avoids uploading blank sign-in pictures, is beneficial to subsequent verification of the signature handwriting and control of sign-in behaviors, and improves distributability and rationality.
In yet another optional embodiment, after the conference server performs the associated storage operation on the check-in picture, the check-in time of the check-in picture, and the user information of the target user in step 107, the method may further include the following operations:
the conference server generates a sign-in picture downloading address corresponding to the target user, and sends the sign-in picture downloading address and the sign-in time of the sign-in picture to the user terminal, wherein the sign-in picture downloading address is used for the target user to download the sign-in picture;
the user terminal receives the picture downloading address and the sign-in time corresponding to the sign-in picture, stores the sign-in picture downloading address and/or the sign-in picture downloaded through the sign-in picture downloading address, and outputs the sign-in time corresponding to the sign-in picture and the sign-in state of the target user.

In the embodiment of the invention, specifically, the conference server specifies that the preset conditions of the check-in picture are that the picture is 100 pixels long and 50 pixels wide; after the conference server processes the check-in picture format, the conference server typesets the check-in information according to a form mode, and the check-in information of one participant is displayed in each row of the form. The conference server typesets the table contents of the check-in table through HTML grammar, converts the HTML contents into a PDF format by using an open source library xhtmlrender, and exports the check-in table file in the PDF format.
Therefore, the optional embodiment provides a function of exporting the check-in table about the check-in condition of the data conference by one key, and the check-in table typesets contents in a specified format and exports the check-in table, so that convenience and effectiveness of digital conference check-in management are improved, and conference efficiency is improved.

Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart illustrating another digital conference-based handwritten sign-in implementation method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The handwritten sign-in implementation method based on the digital conference shown in fig. 2 may be applied to a sign-in system configured in a digital conference system, where the sign-in system includes a user terminal and a conference server, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 2, the method for implementing handwritten sign-in based on digital conference may include the following steps:

In an optional embodiment, after the conference server receives the check-in picture at step 206, the method may further include the steps of:
the conference server identifies the received signature handwriting in the check-in picture and judges whether the identified signature handwriting is matched with the pre-stored signature handwriting corresponding to the target user;
and when the judgment result of the conference server is yes, the conference server determines that the signature handwriting is the signature handwriting of the target user.
In the embodiment of the invention, specifically, the conference server determines that the received signature handwriting is the signature handwriting of the target user by judging whether all coordinate points corresponding to the received signature handwriting are matched with all coordinate points in the pre-stored signature handwriting corresponding to the target user or not and determining that the received signature handwriting is the signature handwriting of the target user if the judgment result is matched.
Optionally, the signature handwriting can be checked in a manner that the conference server calls a check-in picture stored by the target user for the digital conference, and sends the check-in picture to the user terminal, and the user terminal displays the check-in picture and manually checks the signature handwriting in the check-in picture.
Therefore, the optional embodiment verifies whether the signature handwriting corresponding to the person signing the digital conference is the personal handwriting through the conference server or through manual verification, so that the signing behavior of the digital conference is favorably tracked and controlled, and the reliability of electronic signing is improved.

Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a digital conference-based handwritten sign-in implementation system according to an embodiment of the present invention. The handwritten sign-in implementation method based on the digital conference shown in fig. 3 may be applied to a sign-in system configured in a digital conference system, where the sign-in system includes a user terminal and a conference server, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. As shown in fig. 3, the system for implementing handwritten sign-in based on digital conference includes a user terminal and a conference server, wherein the user terminal includes a first detection module 301, a display module 302, a first identification module 303, a first generation module 304 and a first communication module 305, and the conference server includes a second communication module 307 and a first storage module 307, and wherein:
the first detection module 301 is configured to detect a signature operation triggered by a target user for a digital conference, where the target user is any user that needs to sign in to the target conference.
The display module 302 is configured to display a signature area according to the signature operation, where the signature area is used for a target user to sign in by handwriting.
The first recognition module 303 is configured to recognize a signature script handwritten in the signature area by the target user.

the method comprises the steps that a user terminal detects signature operation triggered by a target user aiming at a digital conference, and displays a signature area according to the signature operation, wherein the signature area is used for the target user to sign in by handwriting, and the target user is any user needing to sign in the target conference;
the user terminal identifies the signature handwriting handwritten by the target user in the signature area and generates a sign-in picture corresponding to the target user according to the signature handwriting;
the user terminal uploads the check-in picture to a conference server;
and the conference server receives the check-in picture and executes associated storage operation on the check-in picture, the check-in time of the check-in picture and the user information of the target user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after the conference server performs the association storage operation on the check-in picture, the check-in time of the check-in picture, and the user information of the target user, the method further comprises:
the conference server generates a sign-in picture downloading address corresponding to the target user, and sends the sign-in picture downloading address and the sign-in time of the sign-in picture to the user terminal, wherein the sign-in picture downloading address is used for the target user to download the sign-in picture;
the user terminal receives the picture downloading address and the check-in time corresponding to the check-in picture, stores the check-in picture downloading address and/or the check-in picture downloaded through the check-in picture downloading address, and outputs the check-in time corresponding to the check-in picture and the check-in state of the target user.
3. The method for realizing handwritten sign-in based on digital conference according to claim 1, wherein after the user terminal detects the signature operation triggered by the target user for the digital conference, the method further comprises:
the user terminal judges whether the signature operation is triggered by the target user for the digital conference for the first time;
if the user terminal judges that the signature operation is triggered by the target user for the digital conference for the first time, the user terminal executes the operation of displaying a signature area according to the signature operation;
if the user terminal judges that the signature operation is not triggered by the target user for the digital conference for the first time, the user terminal judges whether the current time is within an allowed sign-in time range corresponding to the digital conference;
if the user terminal judges that the current time is in the allowed sign-in time range corresponding to the digital conference, the user terminal executes the operation of displaying a signature area according to the signature operation;
and if the user terminal judges that the current time is not in the allowed sign-in time range corresponding to the digital conference, the user terminal outputs a prompt message, wherein the prompt message is used for prompting that the target user cannot sign in at present.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after the user terminal identifies the signature script handwritten by the target user in the signature area, the method further comprises:
the user terminal detects a target trigger instruction; the target trigger instruction comprises a submission trigger instruction, a re-signing trigger instruction or a cancellation check-in trigger instruction;
when the target trigger instruction detected by the user terminal is the submission trigger instruction, the user terminal executes the operation of generating a sign-in picture corresponding to the target user according to the signature handwriting; when the target trigger instruction detected by the user terminal is the re-signing trigger instruction, the user terminal empties the signing area according to the re-signing trigger instruction and executes the operation of identifying the signature handwriting handwritten by the target user in the signing area;
and when the target trigger instruction detected by the user terminal is the check-in cancellation trigger instruction, the user terminal ends the check-in operation corresponding to the target user based on the digital conference.

the conference server calls the check-in information of the certain user for the digital conference according to the information viewing instruction, and sends the check-in information of the certain user for the digital conference to a user terminal corresponding to the certain user so as to trigger the user terminal corresponding to the certain user to display the check-in information of the certain user for the digital conference;
wherein, when the certain user is a checked-in user of the digital conference, the check-in information of the certain user for the digital conference comprises a check-in time and/or a check-in picture of the certain user for the digital conference.

and when the judgment result of the conference server is yes, the conference server determines that the signature handwriting is the signature handwriting of the target user.
