s44: after the plugging device is installed, connecting a nitrogen source with a pressing joint on a plugging combiner, then opening a valve at the pressing joint, opening a nitrogen source switch, injecting nitrogen into a sealed cavity in the plugging combiner, ensuring that the pressure of the sealed cavity is controlled within 1.1 times of the operating pressure of a pipeline, closing the nitrogen source valve, maintaining the pressure for a period of time, and confirming no leakage;
s45: connecting the balance short section with the plugging connector by using a balance pipe, opening a valve, balancing pressure, and then performing plugging operation according to the measured size;
s5: blind plate operation;
s51: opening a relief valve of the reconstruction zone;
s52: confirming that no pressure exists at the rear end of the plugging point;
s53: loosening the flange bolts;
s54: inserting a blind plate into the flange;
s55: fastening a flange, ensuring tightness and completely cutting off a medium;
s56: after the rear end maintenance operation is finished, sending the flange bolts again;
s57: extracting the blind plate from the flange;
s58: tightening a flange, and ensuring the tightness;
s6: removing the plugging machine;
s7: plugging operation;
s71: checking that the plugging three-way sealing ring is intact, and connecting the plugging with a main shaft of a tapping machine;
s72: carrying out tightness test on the plugging equipment, opening a valve to carry out plugging operation after the plugging equipment is qualified, and locking and fixing the plug through a snap ring mechanism on the plugging tee joint after the plug reaches the calculated size;
s73: after the plug is installed, observing a pressure gauge on the combiner to confirm that the plug is sealed tightly, retracting a main shaft of the tapping machine into the combiner, opening an exhaust ball valve to release pressure, and then removing the tapping machine, the valve and the plug connector;
s74: and (4) mounting a blind plate matched with the plugging tee joint to the plugging tee joint, and fastening the blind plate by bolts to finish the plugging operation under pressure.
