The onset of cervical disease is a trend toward younger people due to work, bad lifestyle, and the like, and more people suffer from the cervical disease. For example, there are many people now because the position of sitting is not upright, or is tired excessively, sees the cell-phone for a long time, leads to cervical vertebra aching pain, and it is indispensable to relax the neck properly, rotates the neck, perhaps holds between the fingers the neck rear side with the hand, makes the neck obtain temporary comfort, but oneself holds between the fingers the neck hand with the hand very easily and will ache, and the effect of massage is not enough yet, and the massage is comfortable inadequately.
As an effective non-operative neck care device, a cervical massager has become the choice of many patients with neck diseases. The cervical vertebra massage instrument in the prior art usually adopts the massage mode of electric pulse plus vibration, and in the cervical vertebra massage instrument adopting the massage mode of electric pulse plus vibration, the electric pulse acting on the human body is conducted through 2 silica gel conductive pole pieces which are fixed in position, so that the area of the silica gel conductive pole pieces contacting with the cervical vertebra of the human body is small, the massage treatment can be carried out only on local positions, some areas on the back can not be massaged, and the integral use function is limited. For example, the invention application with publication number CN 111569260 a discloses a common cervical vertebra massage apparatus, which comprises an arc-shaped main body, a boss protruding towards the neck of the human body is arranged on one surface of the main body facing the neck of the human body, a conductive belt is arranged on one surface of the boss facing the neck of the human body, the conductive belt comprises at least one positive conductive belt and at least one negative conductive belt, and the positive conductive belt and the negative conductive belt are arranged on the boss at intervals. The principle of the cervical vertebra massager is that electric pulse acting on a human body is conducted through 2 silica gel conductive pole pieces, and the silica gel conductive pole pieces are fixed positions, substantially stimulate corresponding acupuncture points, and do not have the functions of rolling or rolling massage.
In addition, some cervical vertebra massage instruments in the related art massage the cervical vertebra of the human body in a mode of arranging conductive strips (such as conductive silica gel) on the main machine body, but the conductive strips are easily polluted by sweat stains and dust, and the cervical vertebra massage instrument is large in size and not easy to clean. In addition, when the integrated cervical vertebra massager is damaged, the integrated cervical vertebra massager is not easy to maintain and is very easy to cause the whole cervical vertebra massager to be scrapped. Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.
Example 1: a full-automatic one-way circulating rolling massage device for cervical vertebra mainly solves the problems that the tired cervical vertebra of a human body cannot be automatically eliminated, the automatic massage is difficult to effectively relieve, and the rolling massage is inconvenient to realize to relieve muscle fatigue and various cervical vertebra discomfort symptoms caused by the problem that blood vessels of the neck are easy to block.
Specifically, the device includes a base 1, for improving stability and travelling comfort, can also divide into the triplex with the base, as shown in fig. 4, divide into the back that leans on the lower part and prop seat 2 with the base, lean on the neck in middle part to prop seat 3 and the head that leans on upper portion and prop seat 4, prop the seat 2 upside as required respectively simultaneously and be fixed with back pillow 22, prop the seat 4 cover at the head and be equipped with head pillow 23.
As can be seen from fig. 4, the neck brace 3 includes two side walls, and four-sided circular track holes 7 at the upper portion and bar-shaped inclined track holes 8 at the lower portion are respectively formed at the two side walls. As can be seen from fig. 5, the four-side circulating track hole 7 includes an upper slide rail 35, a right slide rail 36, a lower slide rail 37 and a left slide rail 38, which form a quadrilateral. Preferably, the upper slide rail 35 and the lower slide rail 37 are parallel, the left slide rail 38 is perpendicular to the upper slide rail and the lower slide rail, respectively, and the right slide rail 36 is inclined downward so that the upper portion and the upper slide rail form an acute angle and the lower portion and the lower slide rail form an obtuse angle.
Meanwhile, the neck support roller 21 between the two side walls, as shown in fig. 2, has a roller assembly 11 in the center of the neck support roller 21, and the roller assembly 11 may be directly placed in the four-side circular track holes 7 on the two sides and directly contact with the tracks to roll (or may be additionally provided with roller assemblies on the two sides as in embodiment 2). As can be seen in the figure, the height of the neck supporting roller 21 is significantly higher than that of the neck supporting seat 3, and the length of the neck supporting seat 3 can span the neck, so that the neck can be supported for rolling massage even when the neck supporting seat 3 is operated to a lower position (slides along the lower rail).
Fig. 2 also shows that the sliding rod assemblies 12 are sleeved in the strip-shaped inclined track holes 8 at two sides, only one rod piece can be used for replacement, and roller wheel assemblies or rotating sleeves can be arranged at two ends of the rod piece to improve the matching with the strip-shaped inclined track holes 8 and prevent the rod piece from being separated.
There are also an electric push rod 9 and an air damping rod 10 hinged in front of the base, and fig. 2 shows that the rear ends of the electric push rod 9 and the air damping rod 10 are hinged to the root hinge seat 14 at the same time, but it is not limited that the rear ends of the electric push rod 9 and the air damping rod 10 are not required to be hinged to the same point at the same time, that is, the hinge seats at the rear ends of the two can be properly pulled apart.
At the same time, there must be a cooperating support bar 13 hinged to the end of the neck idler 21 and the end of the slide bar assembly 12. The electric push rod 9 and the air damper rod 10 are required to be hinged at their distal ends to the end of the slide rod assembly 12 and the end of the neck support roller 21, respectively.
The electric push rod 9 is controlled by the controller to do stretching movement frequently, so that the two ends of the neck carrier roller 21 are supported in the quadrilateral circulating track holes 7 and sequentially slide along the sliding rails in a circulating manner.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, when the slide bar assemblies at the two ends of the neck idler 21 are respectively located at the point M3 at the lower end of the left slide rail 38 (the left end of the lower slide rail 37), the electric push rod 9 provides a pulling force and the air damping rod 10 provides a pushing force (at this time, the ACB included angle becomes smaller), so that the slide bar assemblies at the two ends of the neck idler 21 are respectively caused to slide upwards along the left slide rail 38. As can be seen in fig. 5, the left slide rail 38 is angled to one side to facilitate the slide bar assemblies at the two ends of the neck idler 21 to slide upwardly to point M4.
When the slide bar assemblies at the two end parts of the neck carrier roller 21 are respectively positioned at the point M4 at the left end of the upper slide rail 35 (the upper end of the left slide rail 38), the electric push rod 9 provides a pulling force and the air damping rod 10 provides a pushing force (the included angle of the ACB is reduced at this time), but the pulling force is greater than the pushing force, and the pulling force and the pushing force are not on the same straight line, so that the slide bar assemblies at the two end parts of the neck carrier roller 21 respectively slide rightwards along the upper slide rail 35, at this time, the air damping rod 10 ensures that the slide bar assemblies at the two end parts of the neck carrier roller 21 are always pressed on the upper slide rail 35 and walk along the upper slide rail 35, and the electric push rod 9 provides a pulling force to enable the neck carrier roller 21 to slide leftwards or rightwards (or from bottom to top) until the point M1 at the right end of the upper slide rail 35.
When the slide bar assemblies at the two ends of the neck idler 21 are respectively located at the point M1 at the upper end (right end of the upper slide rail) of the right slide rail 36, the electric push rod 9 provides a thrust and the air damping rod 10 provides a thrust (at this time, the ACB included angle becomes larger), at this time, the slide bar assemblies at the two ends of the neck idler 21 lose the supporting force and fall along the right slide rail 36 to the bottom end thereof, and the process causes the slide bar assemblies at the two ends of the neck idler 21 to respectively slide downwards along the slide rail 36 to the point M2.
When the slide bar assemblies at the two end parts of the neck carrier roller 21 are respectively positioned at the point M2 at the right end (lower end of the right slide rail) of the lower slide rail 37, the electric push rod 9 provides a thrust and the air damping rod 10 provides a thrust (at this time, the included angle of the ACB becomes larger), and because the thrust directions of the two slide bar assemblies are inclined downwards, the slide bar assemblies at the two end parts of the neck carrier roller 21 cannot be lifted, but slide from right to left (or from top to bottom) along the lower slide rail 37, and the process causes the slide bar assemblies at the two end parts of the neck carrier roller 21 to respectively slide leftwards along the lower slide rail 37 until the point M3 at the leftmost end of the neck carrier roller 21.
Based on above structure, the device can alleviate neck muscle fatigue, cervical vertebra protrusion problem through neck bearing roller 21 to neck circulation roll extrusion and rolling effect, makes neck blood circulation. Wherein, the two end slide bar components of the neck carrier roller 21 can sequentially lift and lower the neck in the circulating process along the four-side circulating track holes 7 of the two side walls respectively, so that the neck is rolled and massaged in two different height states. It should be noted that, as can be seen from fig. 3, no matter the slide bar assemblies at the two end portions of the neck support roller 21 are located on any slide rail of the four-side circulating track hole 7, namely the upper slide rail 35, the right slide rail 36, the lower slide rail 37 and the left slide rail 38, the slide bar assemblies at the two end portions of the neck support roller 21 always roll along each slide rail, so that as shown in fig. 3, each neck support roller 21 rotates counterclockwise, namely rolls along the head and neck from top to bottom, and venous blood backflow can be promoted, and head pressure can be relieved.
Example 2: in addition to embodiment 1, the neck-rest roller 21 and the slide bar units at both ends thereof are modified to have a structure as shown in fig. 6. Specifically, the sliding rod assembly comprises a connecting shaft 16 in the middle, two rollers 15 are fixedly sleeved at two ends of the connecting shaft 16, each roller 15 is provided with a ring groove 18, and the ring grooves 18 at two sides are sleeved in the corresponding four-side circulating rail holes 7 respectively during installation, so that the problem of axial center sliding possibly occurring in the sliding rod assembly is prevented. The neck supporting roller 21 is sleeved outside the connecting shaft 16. In order to improve the rolling performance of the neck carrier roller 21, the neck carrier roller 21 can be designed to be composed of an inner layer hard pipe fitting and an outer layer flexible or semi-flexible sleeve, the outer flexible or semi-flexible sleeve is used for directly supporting the neck, and the inner hard pipe fitting is sleeved on the outer side of the connecting shaft directly or through a shaft sleeve or a bearing.
Example 3: on the basis of embodiment 2, the connecting shaft is further designed to be a hollow shaft, namely, the connecting shaft comprises a shaft hole 17, as shown in fig. 6, the end part of the air damping rod 10 is hinged in the hollow, and the end part of the electric push rod 9 is still hinged at the end part of the sliding rod assembly 12.
At this time, an upper limit block 19 and a lower limit block 20 are fixed on the outer side wall of the roller 15, as shown in fig. 7, wherein the upper limit block 19 is used for restricting the air damping rod 10 to prevent it from turning excessively, the lower limit block 20 is used for restricting the engaging support rod 13 to prevent it from turning excessively, so that the engaging support rod 13 and the air damping rod 10 are located between the upper limit block 19 and the lower limit block 20 to work. Preferably, a cover plate is connected between the top of the upper stopper 19 and the top of the lower stopper 20 to restrain the air damping rod 10 and the mating support rod 13 from slipping axially.
Example 4: in addition to embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 8, a positioning frame 24 with adjustable distance is installed on one side, preferably the lower side, of the four-side circulating track hole 7, and the positioning frame is matched with the four-side circulating track hole 7, so that the width of the four-side circulating track hole 7 can be changed, and further the front and back sliding distance of the neck support roller 21 is changed, thereby being suitable for consumers with different neck length ranges.
