The endoscope probe comprises a 10-endoscope fixer, a 11-knob, a 111-thread boss, a 111 '-clamping rib, a 111' -concave cambered surface, a 112-bulge, a 12-elastic sleeve, a 121-thread, a 121 '-convex cambered surface, a 121' -convex rib, a 122-buckle, a 123-central hole, a 124-gap, a 20-stopper component, a 30-sleeve component and a 40-endoscope probe.
Detailed Description
An endoscopic probe holder, and obturator assembly and penetrator having the same, in accordance with the present invention are further described with reference to fig. 1-12.
As shown in fig. 1-4, an endoscope probe holder 10 of the present invention includes a knob 11 and an elastic sleeve 12, the elastic sleeve 12 has an adjustable inner diameter, and mating profiles are respectively disposed on an inner bore of the knob 11 and an outer periphery of the elastic sleeve 12, so that the knob 11 and the elastic sleeve 12 can move relative to each other, and by rotating the knob 11 clockwise or counterclockwise along an axis of the inner bore, the inner diameter of the elastic sleeve 12 can be reduced or increased, thereby clamping or releasing an endoscope probe. In the relaxed state, the inner diameter of the elastic tube 12 is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the endoscope probe, so that the endoscope probe can be smoothly inserted into the endoscope probe holder 10.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, the upper portion of the elastic sleeve 12 is a tubular structure of 2 petals with gaps; the matching profiles respectively comprise a thread boss 111 on the inner hole of the knob 11 and a thread 121 on the outer periphery of the upper part of the elastic sleeve 12, the thread boss 111 has three sections which are respectively part of the thread on the inner hole of the knob 11, and the three sections can form interference fit with the thread 121 on each section of the outer periphery of the upper part of the elastic sleeve 12.
In the initial state, the knob 11 is clamped into the thread 121 on the periphery of each segment of the upper part of the elastic sleeve 12 through the thread boss 111, and the knob 11 can be ensured not to fall off from the elastic sleeve 12 just after clamping, so that the inner diameter of the central hole 123 of the elastic sleeve 12 can be ensured to be larger than the diameter of the endoscope probe. When it is desired to secure the endoscopic probe, the endoscopic probe is inserted into the obturator assembly from the central bore 123 and the knob 11 is then rotated clockwise so that the threaded boss 111 moves down the thread 121, continuously squeezing each lobe of the resilient sleeve 12 closer to the axis of the central bore 123 so that the internal diameter of the central bore 123 becomes smaller until the endoscopic probe is compressed. Conversely, by rotating the knob 11 counterclockwise, the thread bosses 111 of the knob 11 are gradually disengaged from the threads 121 on the outer periphery of each lobe of the upper portion of the elastic tube 12, and then the component endoscope probe can be taken out.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the lower part of the elastic sleeve 12 is a sleeve seat, 2 elastic sleeve segments capable of forming a circular sleeve are arranged on the sleeve seat, the upper part of each elastic sleeve segment is provided with a thread 121, and the two elastic sleeve segments form a central hole 123 with a changeable diameter for passing through or clamping an endoscope probe. The sleeve seat can be also provided with more than 2 elastic sleeve segments, and the sleeve seat has the advantages that each segment can be in line contact with the endoscope probe inserted into the sleeve seat, so that the endoscope probe can be stably clamped.
The endoscopic probe holder 10 of the present invention may be independent of the obturator assembly, allowing the endoscopic probe holder 10 to be mounted to the obturator assembly when it is desired to grip an endoscopic probe, and allowing the endoscopic probe holder 10 to be removed from the obturator assembly when it is not desired. A snap 122 is provided circumferentially on the cannula holder and can snap into a snap groove (not shown) on the stopper assembly.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the knob 11 is a semi-spherical structure with a through inner hole, and the outer surface thereof is uniformly distributed with recesses or protrusions 112 for facilitating the gripping of fingers.
Referring to fig. 5-7, fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of another embodiment of the endoscope probe holder 10 of the present invention, wherein the knob 11 is sleeved on the upper portion of the elastic tube 12, and the clamping rib 111' of the knob 11 is inserted into the two split gaps 124 of the elastic tube 12 without mutual force. The wall of the inner hole of the knob 11 in fig. 6 is provided with two parallel clamping ribs 111' for pressing the outer surface of each segment of the elastic sleeve 12 when the knob 11 is rotated clockwise, so that the inner diameter of the elastic sleeve 12 becomes smaller. The upper portion of the flexible sleeve 12 in fig. 7 has two flexible sleeve segments with a gap 124 therebetween, which can form a central bore 123 for receiving an endoscope probe, and each of the flexible sleeve segments has an upper convex curved surface 121 'such that the segment thickness of the upper portion of the flexible sleeve segment increases in a clockwise direction for pressing against the clamping rib 111' when the knob 11 is rotated clockwise, thereby reducing the inner diameter of the flexible sleeve 12 (i.e., the diameter of the central bore 123).
More than 2 elastic sleeve segments with convex cambered surfaces 121 'can be arranged on the sleeve seat of the elastic sleeve 12, and more than 2 parallel clamping ribs 111' are correspondingly arranged on the inner hole wall of the knob 11, so that the advantage of the arrangement is that each segment can be in line contact with the endoscope probe inserted into the central hole 123, and the stable clamping of the endoscope probe can be realized.
Referring to fig. 8-10, fig. 8 is a schematic structural view of another embodiment of the endoscope probe holder 10 of the present invention, in which the knob 11 is sleeved on the upper portion of the elastic sleeve 12, and the rib 121 "of the elastic sleeve 12 is located between the concave cambered surfaces 111" of the knob 11, and there is no mutual acting force between the two. The inner hole wall of the knob 11 in fig. 9 is provided with two inner concave arc surfaces 111 ″ having a thickness gradually decreasing in a clockwise direction for pressing an outer surface of each of the segments of the elastic tube 12 when the knob 11 is rotated clockwise, so that an inner diameter of the elastic tube 12 becomes smaller. In fig. 10, the upper portion of the elastic sleeve 12 has two elastic sleeve segments with a gap therebetween, the two elastic sleeve segments can form a central hole 123 for inserting the endoscope probe, and a convex rib 121 "is disposed on the outer surface of the segment body of the upper portion of each elastic sleeve segment for pressing against the concave arc 111" when the knob 11 rotates clockwise, so that the inner diameter of the elastic sleeve 12 (i.e., the diameter of the central hole 123) is reduced.
The sleeve seat of the elastic sleeve 12 can be provided with more than 2 elastic sleeve segments with convex ribs 121 ", the inner hole wall of the knob 11 is correspondingly provided with more than 2 concave arc surfaces 111", and the advantage of the arrangement is that each segment can be in line contact with the endoscope probe inserted into the segment, so that the endoscope probe can be stably clamped.
The invention also provides an occluder having an endoscopic probe holder of the invention. The endoscope probe holder is connected to the stopper through a connecting mechanism, which may be a buckle 122 and a catch groove respectively provided on the cannula holder of the endoscope probe holder and the stopper, and the endoscope probe holder may be attached to or detached from the stopper by engaging or disengaging the buckle 122 with or from the catch groove.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural view of a puncture instrument with an endoscope probe holder according to the present invention, which includes an obturator assembly 20 and a cannula assembly 30, and further includes an endoscope probe holder according to the present invention. Fig. 12 is a schematic view showing a state in which the endoscope probe 40 is inserted into the puncture instrument with the endoscope probe holder according to the present invention.
The endoscope probe fixer of the invention adopts a thread fit or concave-convex profile fit mode to ensure that the endoscope does not shake after being inserted into the stopper component, has the advantages of simple structure and firm fixation, and simultaneously, doctors can determine the tightness degree of the endoscope probe according to own habits, thereby facilitating the operation and judgment of the doctors.
The endoscope probe fixing function is only used when the first puncture outfit punctures, other puncture outfits do not need to puncture, and each minimally invasive surgery usually needs 3-4 sets of puncture outfits. The endoscope probe fixer can be used as a single system, is only provided when the endoscope probe is required to be clamped, can also be provided for doctors independently, and can reduce waste when the doctors determine whether the part is required.
Having described embodiments of the present invention, the foregoing description is intended to be exemplary, not exhaustive, and not limited to the embodiments disclosed. Many modifications and variations will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope and spirit of the described embodiments.
