In order to make the two main panels 1a, 1b respectively slide relative to the supporting frame 4, the left and right main panels 1a, 1b are connected with the supporting frame 4 through a sliding mechanism, the position of the two main panels 1a, 1b relative to the supporting frame 4 can be changed through the mechanism, so that the two main panels have an extending position (the two main panels slide back to back in operation) and a retracting position (the two main panels slide towards each other in operation), the movable panel 1c can be placed in the extending position to be butted with the two main panels 1a, 1b, and the desktop plate 100 is lengthened (as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3); in the retracted position, the two main panels 1a, 1b are docked (fig. 4, 5). The method comprises the following steps: a slide rail 8 is arranged between each longitudinal support rod 42 and the main panels 1a and 1b, the slide rail 8 is a long strip-shaped plate with a cross section in a [ -shape, and is fixed with the main panels 1a and 1b by screws, and the two can be linked together. The slide rail 8 is in sliding fit with the longitudinal support rod member 42, a slide groove 81 is arranged in the length direction of the slide rail 8, a stop pin member 9 connected with the longitudinal support rod member 42 is arranged in the slide groove 81, two ends of the stop pin member are respectively provided with an enlarged head, one end of the stop pin member is arranged on the slide groove 81, and the other end of the stop pin member passes through an opening of the longitudinal support rod member 42 and is arranged in a hollow cavity of the longitudinal support rod member 42. According to the lengths of the main panels 1a and 1b and the slide rail 8, two or more slide grooves 81 can be arranged on the slide rail 8 at intervals, the length of each slide groove 81 is set according to the length of the movable panel 1c, and when the two main panels 1a and 1b slide to the maximum displacement respectively, the distance between the two main panels 1a and 1b is consistent with the length of the movable panel 1c, so that the movable panel 1c can be just accommodated in the neutral position 10 and is in butt joint fit with the two main panels 1a and 1 b. The stop pin member 9 not only has the function of connecting the slide rail 8 and the longitudinal support rod member 42, but also has the function of stopping and limiting, when the main panels 1a and 1b are in the extended position, one end of the sliding groove 81 adjacent to the butt joint part 12 collides with the stop pin member 9 (as shown in fig. 6 and 7); when the main panels 1a, 1b are in the retracted position, the end of the slide groove 81 remote from the butt joint 12 collides with the stopper pin member 9. When the telescopic folding table is to be folded, the main panels 1a, 1b are to be in a retracted position.
The telescopic folding table of the invention can be used as a cart after being folded (as shown in fig. 9 and 10) besides the telescopic table top. It is mainly realized by a pulley member 3, a pull rod 5, a bearing frame 6 and the like which are arranged at the bottom of the table top board. Wherein:
two pulley members 3 are installed at both sides of the bottom of the right main panel 1b in the width direction, adjacent to the butt joint 12 of the left and right panels, and when the table is unfolded, the wheels 31 of the pulley members can be folded at the bottom of the table top 1 (as shown in fig. 1-5); when the table is folded, the wheels 31 of the roller members can extend outside the table top 1 and slide in contact with the ground (as shown in figures 9 and 10). The concrete structure of the pulley member 3 is as shown in fig. 2, it is mainly composed of wheel 31, movable connecting arm 32 and fixed seat 33, the fixed seat 33 is integrally set on the horizontal supporting rod 43 in the supporting frame, it has two parallel spaced side pieces 35, the length direction of the side pieces is the same with the width direction of the table top 100, two ends of the side pieces 35 are set with inner and outer limit grooves 36, 37 for the limit convex column 34 connected to the movable connecting arm 32 to stop, the side piece edge between the inner and outer limit grooves 36, 37 is processed into circular arc. One end of the movable connecting arm 32 is pivoted on the fixed seat 33, and the other end is connected with the wheel axle of the wheel 31. When the movable connecting arm 32 turns to the inner side, the limiting convex column 34 thereon can be clamped in the inner limiting groove 36 of the fixing seat to be locked, so that the wheel 31 is in a folding state, and if unlocking is required, the movable connecting arm 32 is only needed to be manually operated, so that the limiting convex column 34 is separated from the inner limiting groove 36. Similarly, when the connecting arm 32 is turned to the outside, the limiting protrusion 34 thereon can be locked in the external limiting groove 37 of the fixing base, so that the wheel 31 is in the extended state. Thus, the wheels 31 are locked in the open state after outward rotation or the folding state after inward rotation through the fixed seat 33 and the movable connecting arm 32, the structure is simple, the use is convenient, the design is reasonable, and the folding of the table top plate and the folding of the foot stand unit cannot be influenced. When the table is to be folded and packed, the two wheels 31 are detached from the movable connecting arms 32, and placed in the cavity between the movable panel 1c and the foot rest units 2 to be restrained, and the movable panel 1c is sandwiched between the foot rest units 2, as shown in fig. 17.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the pull rod 5 is installed at one side of the length direction of the bottom of the table top, in the embodiment, the pull rod 5 is installed in the middle of the right side of the right main panel 1b, and is arranged in a T shape with the two pulley members 3, and the pull rod 5 can extend out from the bottom of the right main panel 1b along the length direction in a pulling manner (as shown in fig. 5), so that an abdicating notch 11 for pulling out the pull rod is formed on an edge convex edge 16 extending downwards from the middle part of the right side of the right main panel. The pull rod 5 can be realized in different structures, such as a relatively simple telescopic rod-like structure. However, the draw bar 5 shown in the drawing of this embodiment is a draw bar structure of a conventional draw bar box, and mainly includes a pair of draw bar outer tubes 51 fixed at the bottom of the table top, a draw bar telescopic rod 54 is assembled in the draw bar outer tubes, a handle 53 is arranged at the upper end of the draw bar telescopic rod 54, a button 52 is arranged on the handle, and the draw bar telescopic rod 54 is controlled by the button 52 to extend and retract to be positioned. The pull rod is pulled out when the table is used and retracted to the bottom of the table top when the table is not used.
The loading ledges 6 may be one or more, but are typically preferred to meet hanging and storage requirements, preferably two as shown in figure 2 of this embodiment, so as to utilise the area within the foot rest unit neatly without interfering with the foot rest unit. The loading frame 6 is also extended out of the table top 100 by pulling (similarly, the edge protruding edge corresponding to the downward extension of the main panel is provided with an abdicating notch 11 for pulling out the loading frame), as shown in fig. 5, and is locked in the upward state relative to the table top by rotating the loading frame with a rotating mechanism 620, as shown in fig. 10 and 11.
In the present embodiment, the first bearing frame 6a and the second bearing frame 6b are respectively disposed on the left and right main panels 1a and 1b (or may be disposed on the same left main panel), such that in the folded state of the table, the first bearing frame 6a and the pull rod 5 are located on the same side, and the second bearing frame 6b extends from the joint 12 of the left and right main panels (i.e. the gap portion between the joints of the left and right main panels) and is located on the same side as the pulley member 3 below, such that the first bearing frame 6a is suitable for hanging articles such as chairs, and the second bearing frame 6b is suitable for placing articles such as packing boxes, and refrigerators containing food, etc., as shown in fig. 10.
To facilitate the hanging/placing of objects and to provide a good load-bearing strength, the carrying frame 6 may be formed as a U-shaped structure comprising a pair of outer carrying frame tubes 61 fixed to the bottom of the table top, inside which telescopic U-shaped carrying frame telescopic rods 62 are telescopically arranged. The shaft of the telescoping member 62 is provided with a pivoting mechanism 620 by which the telescoping member can be locked in a generally upwardly facing position relative to the table top, although the telescoping member can be designed in other ways and is not limited thereto.
Since the second bearing frame 6b is extended from the butt joint 12, in order not to affect the sliding and extension of the right main panel 1b, one end of the outer tube 61 of the bearing frame is fixed to the lateral support rod 43, and the other end (the non-fixed end 611) is slidably disposed on the limiting seat 18 mounted on the right main panel 1 b. The spacing distance between the two limiting seats 18 is not more than half of the length of the movable panel 1c corresponding to the outer tube 61 of the bearing frame, so that the non-fixed end 611 of the outer tube of the bearing frame can be supported and limited in the corresponding limiting seat 18 corresponding to the extended position and the retracted position of the right main panel 1 b.
As shown in fig. 12-16, the telescopic rod 62 of the loading frame is formed by connecting a split upper rod 621 and two lower rods 622, the upper rod 621 is U-shaped, and two ends of the upper rod 621 are respectively connected to the lower rods 622 through a rotating mechanism 620, wherein the end of the lower rod 622 is flat with two sides flattened, and the outer edge surface 624 sequentially has a vertical plane, a slope and an arc surface along the length direction of the lower rod. The middle of the end of the upper rod 621 is provided with a receiving hole 625, the end of the lower rod is inserted into the receiving hole 625 and connected to the upper rod 621 through a rotating shaft 623, and the rotating shaft 623 and the end structures of the upper and lower rods constitute a rotating mechanism capable of rotationally locking the bearing frame. Thus, when the upper rod 621 is pulled out, the wall surface of the receiving opening of the upper rod opposite to the end of the lower rod is rotated to abut against the vertical plane of the end of the lower rod, and the inclined surface of the upper rod is beneficial to limit the relative rotation of the upper rod and the lower rod, so that the upper rod 621 can be locked in a 90-degree or approximately 90-degree upward state. Only when an external force is applied, the upper rod 621 can rotate along the inclined surface and the arc surface until the upper rod and the lower rod are in a horizontal state, and at the moment, the upper rod 621 can be retracted into the outer tube 61 of the bearing frame. The spacing between the outer tube 61 and the telescopic rod 62 of the loading frame can be realized by a conventional telescopic rod positioning mode, such as a conventional spacing hole arranged on the outer tube and a spacing pin arranged on the telescopic rod, and the spacing is not specifically expanded here.
When the telescopic folding table is unfolded, the wheels 31 on the pulley members 3 are folded at the bottom of the table top 100, and when the table is used, as shown in figures 1 to 5; when the telescopic folding table is folded, the wheels 31 on the pulley members 3 extend out of the table top, and the pull rods 5 are pulled out, so that the table can be pushed or pulled, as shown in fig. 9. If something is to be moved at the same time, the two loading ledges 6 are pulled out and the article is hung or placed on the loading ledges, as is shown in fig. 10. Therefore, the telescopic folding table has multiple purposes, and the table and the objects can be moved easily and laborsavingly.
In addition, the two main panels of the traditional table are buckled and fixed by two plastic chucks after being folded, and the telescopic folding table can be used as a trolley, and objects, such as four chairs, can be placed on the bearing frame to form a set of one table and four chairs, so that one person can finish dragging. Thus, the plastic clip alone is not sufficient to hold the two main panels 1a, 1b together, and the weight of the four chairs is not even possible. To this end, the telescopic folding table is additionally provided with a mechanical structure between the two main panels 1a, 1b, which mechanical structure can adopt a locking mechanism (the left main panel 1a is not shown) as shown in fig. 11 and 17. The locking mechanism is arranged at the position adjacent to the abdicating notch 11 and mainly comprises a lock catch 72 and a lock column 71, and a clamping groove is arranged on the lock catch 72 and can be used for clamping the lock column 71; the lock catch 72 is hinged on the lock catch seat 73 and can rotate, and the lock catch seat 73 is fixed on the right main panel 1b through a screw; the lock cylinder 71 is provided on the left main panel 1a and may be directly riveted to the crosspiece of the first carrier 6 a. When in operation, the lock catch 72 is pulled by hand to complete locking or unlocking, the operation is convenient, so the locking mechanism can firmly lock the two main panels 1a and 1b, the trouble that the two main panels 1a and 1b are easy to take off after bearing objects is solved, and the locking mechanism is not exposed at the edge of the table and does not influence the aesthetic property of the table. In addition, when the retractable folding table is packed and transported, the movable panel 1c and the two wheels 31 can be locked in the two main panels 1a and 1b by the locking mechanism and fixed without falling out, as shown in fig. 19. However, the above is only one preferred embodiment of the locking mechanism, and the locking mechanism can be modified in structure without being limited thereto.
Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail hereinabove, it should be clearly understood that modifications and variations of the present invention are possible to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (16)

1. A telescopic folding table, comprising:
a table top (100) comprising two main panels (1a, 1b) which are butted;
the table frame (200) comprises a supporting frame (4) and a foldable foot rest unit (2) connected with the supporting frame (4), wherein the supporting frame (4) is provided with a pivoting device (41), a longitudinal supporting rod piece (42) and a transverse supporting rod piece (43);
the supporting frame (4) can be folded around a pivoting shaft (411) of the pivoting device (41) and can be used for connecting two butted main panels (1a and 1b) to realize folding; the method is characterized in that:
the table top board (100) also comprises a movable panel (1c) which can be arranged between the two main panels (1a, 1b), the two main panels (1a, 1b) can respectively slide back and forth along the length direction of the table top board (100) through a sliding mechanism between the two main panels and the supporting frame (4), and a neutral position (10) which can just contain the movable panel (1c) can be formed.
2. A telescopic folding table according to claim 1, wherein: the sliding mechanism comprises a sliding rail (8) fixed with the main panels (1a and 1b), the sliding rail (8) is in sliding fit with the longitudinal support rod piece (42), a sliding groove (81) arranged along the length direction is formed in the sliding rail (8), and a pin blocking piece (9) connected with the longitudinal support rod piece (42) is arranged in the sliding groove (81).

A telescopic folding table according to claim 1, wherein: the two main panels (1a, 1b) and the movable panel (1c) are hollow blow molding panels, grooves (14) and lugs (13) which are distributed at intervals are formed on the butt joint surfaces of the movable panel (1c) and the two main panels (1a, 1b), after the movable panel (1c) is in butt joint with the two main panels (1a, 1b), the lugs (13) on the movable panel (1c) are embedded with the grooves (14) on the main panels, and the grooves (14) on the movable panel (1c) are embedded with the lugs (13) on the main panels.
4. A telescopic folding table according to claim 2, wherein: the sliding grooves (81) are two or more, are arranged on the sliding rail (8) at intervals, and the length of each sliding groove (81) is not less than one half of the length of the movable panel (1 c).

A telescopic folding table according to claim 2, wherein: the longitudinal support rod piece (42) is a hollow pipe fitting; the sliding rail (8) is a strip-shaped plate, is arranged between the longitudinal support rod piece (42) and the side parts of the main panels (1a and 1b), and can slide back and forth relative to the longitudinal support rod piece (42) along with the main panels (1a and 1 b).

A telescopic folding table according to claim 1, wherein: the bottom of the movable panel (1c) is provided with a clamping piece (17) which can be clamped on the foot rest unit; the corner of at least one of the two main panels (1a, 1b) is provided with a jack (15), and the jack (15) is provided with a plug cover.
7. A telescopic folding table according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein: this flexible folding table still includes:
the two pulley pieces (3) are arranged at the bottom of the table top board (100) in a foldable mode at intervals, and the wheels (31) of the pulley pieces (3) are folded at the bottom of the table top board (100) under the unfolding state of the folding table; when the folding table is in a folding state, the wheels (31) of the pulley piece (3) extend out of the table top plate (100) and can be contacted with the ground;
the pull rod (5) is arranged at the bottom of the desktop plate (100) and arranged in a T shape with the two pulley pieces (3), and the pull rod can extend out of the desktop plate (100) in a drawing mode.
8. A telescopic folding table according to claim 7, wherein: this flexible folding table still includes:

the side part of the table top plate (100) is provided with an abdicating notch (11) for the first bearing frame (6a) and the pull rod (5) to extend out respectively.
