"exemplary" means "serving as an example, instance, or illustration" herein, and any illustration, embodiment, or steps described as "exemplary" herein should not be construed as a preferred or advantageous alternative.
In this document, "first", "second", etc. do not mean their importance or order, etc., but merely mean that they are distinguished from each other so as to facilitate the description of the document.
For the sake of simplicity, the drawings only schematically show the parts relevant to the present invention, and they do not represent the actual structure as a product.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an exemplary embodiment of a mounting assembly for a line arrester. Fig. 2 and 3 are partial schematic structural views of the mounting assembly shown in fig. 1, wherein the viewing angles of fig. 2 and 3 are reversed. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the line arrester mounting assembly includes a base 10, a rotating frame 20, and two fastening members 30. The base 10 is used for fixedly connecting an electric tower. The turret 20 is rotatably connected to the base 10 about a first axis L and is used to connect to the surge arrester body 90. The arrester body 90 is, for example, a composite cased metal oxide arrester, but is not limited thereto. The fastener 30 can fix the relative rotational positions of the base 10 and the turret 20.
Specifically, in the present exemplary embodiment, the base 10 includes a regulating plate 11 and an electric tower connecting member 13. The adjustment plate 11 has a circular flat plate shape perpendicular to the first axis L. An electric tower connection 13 connects the adjustment plate 11 and extends along the first axis L. The electric tower connector 13 is, for example, a channel steel extending along the first axis L to make the structure more stable, but is not limited thereto. The electric tower connector 13 is used for fixedly connecting the cross arm of the electric tower, for example, by means of a hoop, whereby the base 10 can be fixedly connected to the electric tower. When the base 10 is fixedly connected to the electric tower, the first axis L needs to be perpendicular to the gravity direction.
As shown in fig. 2, the adjusting plate 11 is provided with four adjusting holes 12. Each of the adjustment holes 12 is provided through in a direction parallel to the first axis L. Each of the adjustment holes 12 extends along an arc centered on the first axis L on a plane perpendicular to the first axis L. The four adjustment holes 12 are arranged along a circumference centered on the first axis L on a plane perpendicular to the first axis L, i.e., opposite to each other two by two.
As shown in fig. 2, the turret 20 is provided with a rotating body 21 and two penetrating members 25. The rotating body 21 is rotatably connected to the adjusting plate 11 about the first axis L. The two penetrating pieces 25 are connected with the rotating body 21 and respectively penetrate through the two opposite adjusting holes 12. The through-member 25 is capable of sliding within the adjustment aperture 12 upon relative rotation of the base 10 and turret 20.
The fastener 30 is provided as a nut. Each fastener 30 is threaded onto an end of one of the through-members 25 that extends through the adjustment aperture 12, with the axial direction of the threads being parallel to the first axis L. The fastening member 30 and the rotating body 21 are respectively located on both sides of the adjusting plate 11 in a direction parallel to the first axis L. The relative rotation between the base 10 and the rotating frame 20 is restricted by static friction force by tightening the fastening member 30 so that the fastening member 30 and the rotating body 21 clamp the adjusting plate 11, and the relative rotation between the base 10 and the rotating frame 20 can be allowed by loosening the fastening member 30.
In the present exemplary embodiment, two pairs of adjustment holes 12 are provided, and two penetrating members 25 may be selectively inserted through one pair of adjustment holes 12 as required by the rotation angle. Specifically, the adjustment hole 12 through which the penetration member 25 is to be inserted may be adjusted by detaching the rotating frame 20 from the base 10 and then attaching it. Thereby increasing the relative rotational range of the base 10 and the turret 20. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and only one pair of adjustment holes 12 may be provided in other exemplary embodiments. In other exemplary embodiments, the number of the through-members 25, the adjustment holes 12, and the fasteners 30 may be adjusted as desired, for example, provided as one each.

The main body portion 22 extends in a direction perpendicular to the first axis L. The two penetration pieces 25 are connected to the main body portion 22 and arranged in the extending direction of the main body portion 22. The rotating shaft portion 23 is connected to the main body portion 22 and rotatably inserted through the base 10 about the first axis L. The rotating shaft portion 23 is located between the two penetration pieces 25 in the extending direction of the main body portion 22. The connecting portion 24 connects one end of the main body portion 22 in the extending direction of the main body portion 22. The connecting portion 24 is in a flat plate shape perpendicular to the extending direction of the main body portion 22 and is used for connecting the surge arrester body 90, whereby the surge arrester body 90 is connected to the connecting portion 24 in a posture in which the axial direction a thereof is perpendicular to the first axis L, and the posture of the surge arrester body 90 is judged conveniently from the posture of the main body portion 22.

The fixing assembly 60 can fix the relative positions of the electrode mount 40 and the adjuster 50 in the first direction D1.
In use, the first direction D1 is parallel to the axial direction a of the arrester body 90 connected to the electrode mount 40, the electrode 80 is opposite to the pre-twisted wire protecting strip 102 of the cable line in the direction of gravity, whereby the distance between the electrode 80 and the pre-twisted wire protecting strip 102 can be adjusted to a predetermined distance D by adjusting the relative position of the electrode mount 40 and the adjusting member 50 in the first direction D1, and finally the relative position of the electrode mount 40 and the adjusting member 50 is fixed by the fixing member 60. In other exemplary embodiments, the number of the adjusting members 50 and the fixing members 60 may be adjusted as needed, for example, each provided in one or more than two.
In other exemplary embodiments, instead of providing the electrode mount 40, the adjusting member 50 and the fixing member 60, the electrode 80 may be directly fixed to the arrester body 90, which has a disadvantage that it is not easy to adjust the distance between the electrode 80 and the pre-twisted wire guard 102.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present exemplary embodiment, the adjuster 50 is provided in a rod shape extending in the first direction D1 and is inserted through the electrode mount 40. The fixing assembly 60 includes a pair of fixing nuts 61. A pair of fixing nuts 61 are threadedly coupled to the adjusting member 50 and are respectively located at both sides of the electrode mount 40 in the first direction D1 to fix the relative positions of the adjusting member 50 and the electrode mount 40. The structure is simple and convenient to adjust.
As shown in fig. 5, in the illustrative embodiment, the electrode mount 40 extends in a direction perpendicular to the first direction D1 and has one first portion 41 and one second portion 42 distributed along the direction of extension thereof. The first portion 41 is used for connecting the arrester body 90, and the second portion 42 is connected to the adjuster 50. The electrode mount 40 is provided as an angle iron extending in a direction perpendicular to the first direction D1 to improve structural strength.

The level 70 is provided to the turret 20. The horizontal direction of the level 70 is set perpendicular to the axial direction a of the surge arrester body 90 connected to the turret 20. Therefore, the installer can conveniently judge whether the axial direction A of the arrester body 90 is parallel to the gravity direction when installing the line arrester.
The present invention also provides a line arrester, as shown in fig. 1, which, in one exemplary embodiment, includes a mounting assembly as shown in fig. 1, an arrester body 90 and an electrode 80. One end of the surge arrester body 90 in the axial direction a is connected to the rotating frame 20, and the axial direction a of the surge arrester body 90 is perpendicular to the first axis L.
