The working principle and the using flow of the invention are as follows:

meanwhile, when one surface of the display screen 4 is positioned in the arc-shaped cavity 2, the display screen 4 is not contacted with the external environment, so that the influence of external dust on the display screen 4 is reduced, the service life of the display screen 4 is greatly prolonged, and the sufficient space of the arc-shaped cavity 2 also ensures the heat dissipation effect of the display screen 4 and the photovoltaic panel 5;
the top and the bottom of the rotating plate 3 are fixedly provided with first magnetic sheets 6, the inner top wall and the inner bottom wall of the arc-shaped cavity 2 are fixedly provided with second magnetic sheets 7 which are mutually attracted with the first magnetic sheets 6, so that the rotating plate 3 can be kept in a stable vertical state through the mutual attraction between the first magnetic sheets 6 and the second magnetic sheets 7, the rotating plate 3 can not swing obliquely back and forth, the rotating plate 3 can rotate only when the rotating plate 3 is stirred by force, and the stability of the whole structure is ensured;

the second motor 13 operates to drive a screw rod 14 at the top of an output shaft of the second motor to rotate, the screw rod 14 rotates to drive a screw 15 in threaded connection with the outer wall of the second motor to move up and down, and the screw 15 moves up and down through a cross rod 16, a fixed rod 17 and a side plate 18 to drive a brush roller 19 to move up and down;
when the rotating plate 3 is in a vertical state, the brush roller 19 which moves up and down can smoothly wipe the display screen 4 or the photovoltaic panel 5 on the rotating plate 3, remove stains on the display screen 4 or the photovoltaic panel 5, and keep the display screen 4 or the photovoltaic panel 5 clean;
when the rotating plate 3 is in an inclined state, the brush roller 19 which moves up and down is blocked by the inclined rotating plate 3 according to different inclination angles, so that the specific position of the display screen 4 or the photovoltaic panel 5 can be subjected to violent wiping to remove stubborn stains on the surface of the display screen 4 or the photovoltaic panel 5, and the cleaning effect is further improved;
when the second motor 13 is operated to move the nut 15 upwards to the topmost end, the vertical tube 20 at the top of the cross rod 16 is inserted into the bottom tube 25, the vertical tube 20 is inserted into the bottom tube 25 to jack the top ring 30 upwards, the top ring 30 moves upwards to drive the piston 27 to move upwards through the inclined rod 29 and the push rod 28, the piston 27 moves upwards to separate from the bottom tube 25 while compressing the spring 31, after the piston 27 separates from the bottom tube 25, the cleaning agent in the water tank 24 can be discharged through the bottom tube 25, the discharged cleaning agent is discharged from the bottom tube 25 into the vertical tube 20, and then discharged from the connecting rod 34 through the vertical tube 20, the cross rod 16, the fixing rod 17 and the side plate 18, enters the brush roller 19 and wets the brush roller 19, and after the brush roller 19 is wetted, the brush roller moves up and down again to wipe the display screen 4 or the photovoltaic panel 5, so that the cleaning effect is more excellent and the cleaning is more thorough.
