The method for detecting pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables based on food safety as shown in figures 1 to 11 is characterized by comprising the following steps: the detection method comprises the following steps:
putting fruits and vegetables into detection equipment, and continuously pouring an extract into the detection equipment;
positioning and rotating and crushing the fruits and vegetables through detection equipment, so that residual pesticides inside the fruits and vegetables are dissolved in the extraction liquid, the extraction liquid contains the pesticides of the whole fruits and vegetables, and the fruit and vegetable residues are intermittently extruded and filtered in the crushing process, so that the fruit and vegetable residues can be intermittently loosened and compacted, and the mixed liquid of the extraction liquid and the pesticides is separated from the fruit and vegetable residues through filtration;
automatically exposing the fruit and vegetable residues through detection equipment, and synchronously self-cleaning pesticide residues in the equipment;
