Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of an operation of a controller in a refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a refrigerator, including:
a case having a storage chamber therein;
the door is arranged at the opening of the storage chamber;
the food material processing system comprises a plurality of RFID tags arranged on food materials, wherein each RFID tag is provided with a tag attribute identifier;
the RFID reading and writing device is used for reading and writing the RFID label in the storage room;
the voice acquisition device is used for acquiring voice signals;
a controller connected with the RFID read-write device and the voice acquisition device, and configured to:
s11, when the condition that the label definition is met is detected, recognizing the voice signal acquired by the voice acquisition device to obtain label information corresponding to the label to be defined; the tag information comprises a tag attribute identifier and food material information;
s12, determining the label code of the label to be defined according to the label attribute identification corresponding to the label to be defined based on the corresponding relation between the preset label attribute identification and the label code;
s13, controlling the RFID reading and writing device to write the food material information corresponding to the label to be defined into the label to be defined according to the label code of the label to be defined.
It should be noted that the tag definition condition may be that a tag definition key is triggered, or may be that a voice command of "tag definition start" issued by a user is collected, or may be another condition, which is not limited herein.
For example, in step S11, the controller may extract the key field in the voice signal according to a predetermined format to obtain the tag information, the user needs to send the voice signal according to the predetermined format, and the controller may match the voice signal according to a predetermined keyword to extract the tag attribute identifier and the food material information.
As the corresponding relationship between the tag attribute identifier of each RFID tag and the tag code (EPC code) is preconfigured, after the tag attribute identifier and the food material information corresponding to the voice command sent by the user are analyzed, the tag code corresponding to the analyzed tag attribute identifier is determined, and then the tag code is compared with the read tag codes of all RFID tags, so as to determine which tag needs to be written.
Exemplarily, the voice collecting device adopts a full-duplex conversation mode, after one label is defined, the user takes out the next label from the label box, and after the label is continuously clamped on the food material, the voice collecting device can be in a continuous identification state without waking up again, and the direct conversation is carried out to continuously define the next label.
In a specific embodiment, the RFID reader/writer device includes an RFID reader/writer and an RFID antenna. As shown in fig. 2, the RFID reader may be disposed at the top of the refrigerator, and the RFID antenna may be correspondingly disposed in each compartment.
In the refrigerator provided by this embodiment, when it is detected that the tag definition condition is satisfied, the voice signal is collected by the voice collecting device disposed in the refrigerator, and the collected voice signal is recognized to obtain the tag attribute identifier and the food material information corresponding to the tag to be defined, and then the tag code of the tag to be defined is determined according to the tag attribute identifier corresponding to the tag to be defined based on the corresponding relationship between the preset tag attribute identifier and the tag code, and then the RFID read-write device disposed in the refrigerator is controlled to write the food material information corresponding to the tag to be defined into the tag to be defined according to the tag code of the tag to be defined, so that the corresponding RFID tag can be automatically defined for the food material put into the refrigerator according to the tag attribute identifier and the food material information of the RFID tag input by the user voice without manually editing the tag content by the user, therefore, the association between the RFID tag and the food material information can be simply and efficiently realized, the convenience of tag definition is improved, the structure is simple, and the realization cost is low.
As one optional implementation, the tag attribute identifier includes at least one of a shape identifier, a color identifier, and a text identifier.
For example, in order to judge the compartment in which the food material with the tag is placed in the refrigerator, the appearance color attribute of the RFID tag may be used to guide the user to use, for example, the tag with the color of pink is correspondingly used in the refrigerating compartment, the tag with the color of purple is correspondingly used in the temperature-changing compartment, the tag with the color of blue is correspondingly used in the freezing compartment, and a character tag such as "A, B, C, D … Z" is added to each tag to distinguish different tags of the same color, so that the user can directly define the tags after voice wake-up according to the color tag and the character tag of each tag, for example, "blue a tag is beef" and "pink C tag is written as salmon".
As one of optional embodiments, the refrigerator further includes:
the door switch detection device is used for detecting the opening and closing conditions of the box door and sending the opening and closing conditions to the controller;
the label definition conditions include: the door is switched from a closed state to an open state.
It should be noted that, in the existing label definition process, a user opens the refrigerator to take out a label from the label box, and then takes the label to the scanning area of the door body to scan the label for definition, and if the door body defining the label is opened, the user needs to walk to the side of the refrigerator, and the scanning area facing the door body is defined. In this embodiment, by setting the door switch detection device and setting the label definition condition as the door is switched from the closed state to the open state, the controller can perform the operation of label definition after the user opens the door of the refrigerator, the user does not need to take out each label in sequence from the refrigerator and then place the label in the scanning area of the door for scanning definition, the label is clipped on the food material only after the food material is placed in the refrigerator, and then the voice definition is performed according to the appearance color and the sequence number attribute of the taken label, so that the operation of defining the label in the existing mode is optimized, and the convenience of label definition is improved.
In a specific implementation scenario, after a user sets an RFID tag on food material, a box door is opened, and at this time, a controller detects that a tag definition condition is satisfied; a user sends a voice signal comprising a tag attribute identifier and food material information, for example, a 'blue A tag is set as salmon', the voice signal 'blue A tag is set as salmon' sent by the user is identified, and the tag attribute identifier of a tag to be defined is obtained as 'blue A', and the food material information of the tag to be defined is obtained as 'salmon'; then, based on the corresponding relation between the preset label attribute identifier and the label code, determining that the label code of the label to be defined is 001 according to the label attribute identifier 'blue A' corresponding to the label to be defined; and then, controlling an RFID reading and writing device arranged in the refrigerator to write the food material information 'salmon' corresponding to the label to be defined into the label with the label code '001' according to the label code '001' of the label to be defined, thereby realizing the definition of the label.
Further, the controller is further configured to:
when the door is detected to be switched from the open state to the closed state, the RFID reading and writing device is controlled to read the RFID label in the storage room, and a current information set is obtained; wherein the current information set comprises a tag code and food material information of each RFID tag in the storage room;
comparing the current information set with a food material database stored in the controller to determine whether a target tag exists; wherein the target tag comprises at least one of an RFID tag put into the storage room and an RFID tag moved out of the storage room, and the food material database comprises tag codes and food material information corresponding to each food material;
and when the target tag is determined to exist, updating the food material database according to the tag code of the target tag and the food material information to obtain an updated food material database.
In this embodiment, if the definition of the food materials and the tags newly put in during the door opening is completed, after the door of the refrigerator is closed, the controller controls the RFID reading and writing device to start the tag inventory function, and inventory all the tags and the corresponding food material information in the refrigerator, and compare the information with the existing food material database, add the newly-inventoried tags and delete the tags taken out during the door opening, thereby updating the food material database, and simply and efficiently implementing food material management.
Further, the refrigerator described with reference to fig. 3 further includes:
the display screen is arranged on the box door or the box body;
the controller is further configured to:
and controlling the display screen to display a food material management interface according to the updated food material database.
In this embodiment, after the food material database is updated, the updated food material database is displayed on the display screen, so that a user can intuitively obtain the food material condition in the refrigerator.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the food material management system of the refrigerator includes a refrigerator, a cloud and a mobile phone, the controller is further configured to upload the updated food material data to the cloud, and the user can remotely check the food material in the refrigerator through the mobile phone.
As one of optional embodiments, the refrigerator further includes:
and the shielding box is used for placing a plurality of RFID labels.
In this embodiment, by providing the shielding box, a plurality of RFID tags are placed in the shielding box, and interference influence caused by other tags can be avoided in the tag definition process.
As one of the optional embodiments, the food material information includes a food material name, a food material weight and a shelf life;
the controlling, according to the tag code of the tag to be defined, the RFID reading/writing device to write the food material information corresponding to the tag to be defined into the tag to be defined specifically includes:
according to the label codes of the labels to be defined, determining the labels to be defined from all the RFID labels read by the RFID read-write device;
and controlling the RFID reading-writing device to write the food material information corresponding to the label to be defined into the corresponding code segment of the label to be defined according to the corresponding relation between the preset code segment and the food material information.
It can be understood that each RFID tag has a certain encoding rule and code segment, as shown in table 1, where the first code segment may be an EPC code region of the tag, and the code segment is used to set a tag code, that is, a globally unique identifier, and the RFID reader and antenna can distinguish different tags according to the EPC code segment read to the tag; the second code segment and the third code segment are respectively preset with a color identifier and a character identifier corresponding to the label, the fourth code segment corresponds to the name of the food material, the fifth code segment corresponds to the weight/quantity of the food material, and the sixth code segment corresponds to the quality guarantee period. As the food material information includes a plurality of types of parameters, such as food material names, food material weight/quantity, shelf lives, and the like, the corresponding relationship between each type of parameter and a code segment may be preset, as shown in table 1, in the tag definition process, the RFID reader/writer may be controlled to write the food material information corresponding to the tag to be defined into the corresponding code segment of the tag to be defined, for example, write the food material name into the fourth code segment of the tag to be defined, and write the shelf life into the sixth code segment of the tag to be defined, according to the preset corresponding relationship between the code segment and the food material information.

It should be noted that the tag definition condition may be that a tag definition key is triggered, or may be that a voice command of "tag definition start" issued by a user is collected, or may be another condition, which is not limited herein.
Illustratively, in step S21, the key fields in the voice signal may be extracted according to a predetermined format, so as to obtain the tag information, and the user needs to send out the voice signal according to the predetermined format; the voice signal can be matched according to a preset keyword, so that the label attribute identification and the food material information are extracted.
