the adjusting screw 1 is in threaded connection with the outer section of the screw hole of the plug 4, and the inner end of the adjusting screw is abutted against the outer end of the pressurizing piston 3;
the valve body 100 is provided with a first port a and a second port B, the first port a communicates with the valve seat cavity F of one overflow valve unit and the radial hole W of the other overflow valve unit, and the second port B communicates with the radial hole W of the one overflow valve unit and the valve seat cavity F of the other overflow valve unit.
The adjusting device also comprises a locking nut 2, wherein the locking nut 2 is in threaded connection with the adjusting screw 1.
The valve seat 10 and the stepped mounting hole 101, the buffer valve sleeve 5 and the valve sleeve 8 are sealed through check rings and O-shaped rings, and the pressurizing piston 3 and the small-hole middle section of the plug 4, and the O-shaped rings between the plug 4 and the stepped mounting hole 101 are sealed.
The adjusting screw 1 is in threaded connection with the plug 4 to adjust the precompression amount of an inner spring of the overflow valve, and is also the key for setting the pressure of the overflow valve, and after the adjusting screw is set, the locking nut is used for preventing looseness. The overflow valve is provided with three throttling holes which respectively comprise a valve core throttling hole X, a spring seat throttling hole Y and a valve sleeve throttling hole Z.
The working process of the present invention will be described below by taking the example that the traveling machine advances, and the traveling motor returns oil from the first oil port a and returns oil from the second oil port B.
When the oil inlet pressure of the first oil port A is smaller than the primary opening pressure of the overflow valves, the left overflow valve and the right overflow valves do not act. The primary opening pressure is the pressure of the high-pressure oil pushing the valve core to overcome the spring force.
As shown in fig. 2-4: when the oil inlet pressure of the first oil port A is larger than the primary opening pressure of the overflow valve, the valve core of the overflow valve on the right side is opened, and part of high-pressure oil enters the second oil port B through the radial hole W. Meanwhile, high-pressure oil enters the inner cavity of the valve sleeve through the valve core throttling hole X and the spring seat throttling hole Y, the overflow valve has a closing trend due to the area difference of two ends of the valve core, however, as the flow of the first oil port A continues to increase, when the valve core continues to be opened, the high-pressure oil in the valve sleeve cavity pushes the buffer valve sleeve 5 from the rightmost end to the leftmost end through the valve sleeve throttling hole Z, the pressure of the first oil port A in the process is basically kept unchanged, the process is called as the buffering effect of the overflow valve, the overflow valve serves as the buffer valve at the moment, and the buffering time is the time that the high-pressure oil enters the inner cavity of the valve sleeve through the valve core throttling hole X and the spring seat throttling hole Y, the time that the buffer valve sleeve is pushed to move to the limit position through the valve sleeve throttling hole Z, and the time that the pressure difference is balanced when the high-pressure oil is decompressed in the cavity. Therefore, the adjustment of the buffer pressure and the buffer time can be realized by adjusting the size of the throttling hole and the length of the buffer area, and the adjustable buffer function is realized. When the overflow valve reaches the set pressure, the valve core is completely opened, the overflow valve overflows, and the overflow valve serves as a safety valve.
The primary opening pressure is defined as the pressure of high-pressure oil pushing the valve core to overcome the spring force; the set pressure of the relief valve is defined as the pressure at which the relief valve completely overflows.
When the walking machine retreats, the hydraulic motor enters oil from the second oil port B and returns oil from the first oil port A, the working process is similar to the process, and the description is omitted.
