Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
In the related art, for the automatic feeding function, a main control board of the clothes treatment device usually transmits a signal to the feeding pump, the feeding pump pumps detergent to be fed into the water inlet channel and enter the material box to realize the automatic feeding function of the detergent, and the main control board needs to be designed independently, namely, a connecting port for feeding the execution part and the detection part needs to be reserved, so that the cost is high, and the wiring harness connection is complex.
Based on this, in various embodiments of the present application, the automatic drop function is implemented without changing the port design of the existing main control board, so that the cost of the modification of the automatic drop function is greatly reduced, and the universality of the main control board is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides an automatic laundry treatment apparatus release control method, including:
step 101, obtaining detection information of water flow on-off of a water supply pipeline.
Here, the main control panel of the clothes treating apparatus is connected with the water inlet valve, and the on-off of the water flow of the water supply pipeline is controlled based on the water inlet valve. The main control board can realize the purpose of transmitting coded information based on the detection information of water flow on-off based on the control of the water inlet valve.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus may be provided with an independent input controller, and the detection information of the on-off of the water flow of the water supply line is acquired based on the input controller.
For example, a flow rate detection device may be disposed on the water supply pipeline, and the flow rate detection device may generate a detection signal indicating the on-off duration of the water flow in the water supply pipeline, where the detection signal may be an optical electrical signal or a magnetic signal, and accordingly, the flow rate detection device may be a hall detection sensor, a magnetic induction sensor, or a similar sensor for detecting the on-off of the water flow, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
It is understood that the dosing controller may generate the detection information based on the detection signal output by the flow detection device, for example, by translating an optical signal or a magnetic signal into the detection information.
And 102, determining the dosing information of the clothes treating agent based on the detection information.
Here, the dosing controller may determine dosing information of the laundry treating agent based on the detection information.
And 103, controlling a feeding mechanism to feed the clothes treating agent based on the feeding information.
Here, the dosing controller may control the dosing mechanism to dose the laundry treating agent based on the dosing information. For example, the feeding pump is controlled to take liquid from the liquid storage container and feed the liquid into the material box, and the clothes treating agent in the material box is fed into the washing barrel under the flushing of water flow.
Illustratively, the laundry treatment agent may include, but is not limited to, at least one of: detergents, softeners, bleaches, disinfectants, and the like.
It should be noted that, when there are at least two types of laundry treatment agents, the liquid storage container may be provided with chambers isolated from each other to store the respective laundry treatment agents, and in addition, each chamber may share the dispensing pump or be provided with the dispensing pump separately, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
It can be understood that the control method of the embodiment of the application can realize the automatic feeding function of the clothes treating agent based on the independent feeding controller on the basis of being compatible with the existing main control board of the clothes treating equipment, does not need to redesign the existing main control board, improves the universality of the main control board, and is beneficial to the expansion of the automatic feeding function of the existing clothes treating equipment.
In some embodiments, the detection information carries first coded information indicative of dosing information, and the determining the dosing information for the laundry treatment agent based on the detection information comprises:
and determining the dosing information of the clothes treating agent based on the detection information and the preset mapping relation between the dosing information and the first coding information.
It can be understood that the main control board of the clothes treating apparatus can control the on-off of the water flow of the water supply pipeline based on the water inlet valve according to the mapping relationship, thereby achieving the purpose of transmitting the first encoding information based on the water flow.
In practice, the laundry treatment agent is also delivered in relation to the type of washing program, for example, it is necessary to determine the time period of the last rinsing based on the type of washing program, so as to deliver the softener during the last rinsing intake.
Based on this, in some embodiments, the detection information further carries second encoded information indicating a type of the washing course, the control method further comprising:
and determining the current washing program type based on the detection information and the mapping relation between the preset washing program type and the second coding information.
It can be understood that the main control board of the clothes treatment device can control the on-off of the water flow of the water supply pipeline based on the water inlet valve according to the mapping relation corresponding to the second coding information, so as to achieve the purpose of transmitting the second coding information based on the water flow.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
determining a putting time of the laundry treating agent based on the current washing program type;
correspondingly, control throwing mechanism based on put in information puts in clothing treating agent, include:
and when the putting time is determined to be met, controlling the putting mechanism to put in the clothing treating agent based on the putting information.
For example, the putting timing may be a time period for which various types of laundry treatment agents are put based on the current washing program type, so that when the corresponding time period is met, the putting mechanism is controlled to put the laundry treatment agents based on the putting information.
Illustratively, the placement information includes at least: the adding amount of the detergent and the adding amount of the softener; when the timing of putting is confirmed to be met, the clothes treating agent is put in by the putting mechanism based on the putting information control, and the method comprises the following steps:
in the washing water inlet process, controlling a detergent feeding mechanism to feed detergent based on the detergent feeding amount;
and in the last rinsing water inlet process, controlling a softener feeding mechanism to feed the softener based on the feeding amount of the softener.
In some embodiments, the placement controller generates detection information based on the detection signal, including:
determining that at least two consecutive detection signals are identical, generating detection information based on the identical detection signals.
It will be appreciated that the launch controller may generate detection information based on a single detection signal. That is, the detection information is generated based on the detection signal output from the flow rate detection device.
Because the water flow on-off signal of the water supply pipeline may have interference, in order to enhance the reliability of the transmission of the water flow on-off signal, the signal interference can be effectively avoided and the reliability of information transmission can be enhanced based on the confirmation mechanism that at least two continuous detection signals are the same.
In an application example, a mapping relationship between preset delivery information and first coding information is shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
First coded information (Water flow on-off signal) Delivery information
Stop
2 to 3 Detergent no + softener no
Stop 2 to go 5 Small amount of detergent and no softener
Stop
2 to go 7 Detergent medium + softener none
Stop
2 go 9 Detergent bulk + softener none
2 stop and 11 go The detergent has no + softener
2 stop and 13 go The small amount of the detergent plus the softener comprises
Stop 2 to go 15 The detergent medium plus the softener comprises
Stop 2 go 17 Detergent substantive + softener
In an application example, the mapping relationship between the preset washing program type and the second coded information is shown in the following table 2:
TABLE 2
Second coded information (Water flow on-off signal) Type of washing program
Stop 1 to 3 Standard of merit
Stop 1 to 5 Quick washing
Stop 1 to 7 Single-threshing device
Stop 1 to 9 Jeans
Stop 1 to 11 Children's garments
Stop 1 to 13 Big thing
Stop 1 to 15 Home textile
Stop 1 to 17 Self-cleaning
The unit of the water flow on-off signal is second, for example, if the main control board of the clothes treatment device determines that the input information is 'small detergent and no softener', and the current washing program type is 'quick washing', the water flow carrying 'stop 2 to go, 5 stop 1 to go, 5' water flow on-off signal is controlled at least twice based on the water inlet valve.
For example, the main control board may transmit the above-mentioned water flow on/off signal during an initial period (e.g., 1 minute) of the first water intake.
It will be appreciated that the water flow on/off signal may also be provided with a start symbol and/or an end symbol, for example, a start symbol of 3 seconds on and an end symbol of 3 seconds off. Thus, the throwing controller determines the effective signal and translates the effective signal to obtain the detection information based on the detection signal output by the flow detection device.
