It is understood that the above is only one application of the direction information and the speed information, and in a practical situation, an entertainment game related to the pulling exercise can be performed based on the direction information and the speed information, in this case, the moving objects in the entertainment game can be regarded as a single moving prescription, when the user performs the pulling action, the corresponding action is mapped in the entertainment game, when the pulling action of the user reaches the standard, the specified action is mapped in the entertainment game to be successfully performed, and the like. Therefore, the pull exercise scene which is richer and more interesting can be realized by matching the direction information and the speed information with the indexes such as the pull value size, the length of stretching and holding time, the stretching times, the stretching time interval, the stretching time and the like, the body building and entertainment integration is realized, and the enthusiasm of people for pull exercise is improved.
Referring to fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a system for motion monitoring and motion management, including:
the tension meter comprises a sensing device and/or a timing device, the sensing device is connected with the elastic rope 200 of the tension meter to obtain tension data corresponding to the tension meter pulled by a user, and the timing device is used for providing time data corresponding to the tension data;
the intelligent terminal is in communication connection with the tension meter, and is used for receiving tension data and/or time data and generating motion statistical data according to the tension data and the time data, wherein the time data is provided by at least one of the timing device, the intelligent terminal and the server, the intelligent terminal is also used for receiving a motion prescription set by a user or generated by the server, and prompting the achievement condition of a motion target of the user according to the motion statistical data and the motion prescription, and the motion statistical data comprises at least one of tension value size, stretching holding time, stretching times, stretching time interval and stretching time;
and the server is in communication connection with the intelligent terminal and is used for receiving the motion statistical data uploaded by the intelligent terminal, generating a motion prescription according to the motion statistical data and/or the user information and issuing the motion prescription to the intelligent terminal.
In the embodiment of the invention, the tension meter, the intelligent terminal and the server work cooperatively to form an integral system. The tension meter does not generate motion statistical data and prompt the achievement condition of a user motion target locally, the tension meter only sends detected tension data and time data to the intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal serves as an intermediate device between the tension meter and the server and can receive a motion prescription issued by the server and receive the tension data and the time data uploaded by the tension meter, the intelligent terminal generates the motion statistical data according to the tension data and the time data and compares the motion statistical data with a target value in the motion prescription to prompt the achievement condition of the user motion target; on the other hand, the intelligent terminal uploads the exercise statistical data of the user for the tension exercise to the server, the server generates a new exercise prescription according to the user information and/or the exercise statistical data, the exercise prescription generated before is updated, and the server can determine whether the current user completes the exercise prescription according to the achievement condition of the user exercise goal uploaded by the intelligent terminal.
It will be appreciated that instead of providing the time data by means of the timing device of the tension meter, the time data may be provided by a smart terminal or server, in which case the tension meter may provide only the tension data, and the smart terminal or server determines the time data based on the moment of uploading of the tension data. For ease of illustration, the time data referred to below is provided by the tension meter by default. Of course, the time data may be provided only by the timing device of the tension meter, but not the tension data, for example, the time length when the user pulls the tension meter, the countdown time, and the like are uploaded by the timing device, and the intelligent terminal or the server performs the motion data statistics according to the uploaded time data of the tension data.
Similarly, the exercise prescriptions have different tension exercise goals and different goal values according to different exercise prescriptions, so the data contained in the exercise statistics can be adjusted according to different exercise prescriptions, for example, the exercise statistics includes at least one of tension value magnitude, tension holding time duration, tension times, tension time interval and tension time, if the tension meter further includes a tension motion sensor for acquiring direction information and/or speed information of the user pulling the tension meter, the tension motion sensor can give the direction information and/or speed information of the user pulling the tension meter, and the direction information and/or speed information can be fused in the exercise statistics, thereby assisting the user to realize more complex exercise prescriptions.
The server can set up in the high in the clouds, and intelligent terminal passes through network connection to the server, and the intelligent terminal can be connected through bluetooth module, wiFi module, 4G module, 5G module etc. to the tensiometer to realize intercommunicating. The intelligent terminal may be a network device with an operation function, such as a smart phone and a smart television, which is not limited herein.
Based on the system for monitoring and managing sports, the embodiment of the invention also provides a configuration method for monitoring and managing sports, which comprises the following steps:
step S100, the server receives user information and motion statistical data uploaded by the intelligent terminal, and the user information is obtained according to at least one of the following modes: set by the user, uploaded by the user, automatically generated according to the historical physical data and/or the motion data of the user;
step S200, a server generates a movement prescription according to movement statistical data and/or user information, and sends the movement prescription to an intelligent terminal, wherein the movement prescription comprises the total target stretching times and/or the total target stretching duration;
step S300, the intelligent terminal and the tension meter work synchronously, motion statistical data corresponding to the motion is generated according to the tension data and the time data, and the achievement situation of the motion target of the user is prompted according to the motion prescription and the motion statistical data corresponding to the motion;
and step S400, the intelligent terminal uploads the motion statistical data corresponding to the motion to the server so as to update the motion prescription in the server and/or uploads the achievement situation of the motion target of the user to the server so as to determine the completion situation of the motion prescription.
The server does not store user information of a new user in a new user registration stage, and then the server can generate an exercise prescription according to the user information of the new user, at the moment, the user information can be set by the user according to the health condition of the user, can be body health condition data uploaded by the user, can be identity information provided during user registration, and can be matched with historical body data (such as physical examination results and medical records of the user in a hospital) and/or exercise data (such as exercise data and/or exercise capacity evaluation data generated by exercising on other equipment) of the user in a networking mode to generate an initial exercise prescription, and then the exercise prescription is continuously updated according to the pulling force exercise condition and requirements of the user. If the user is registered or has previously performed a tension exercise using the tension meter according to the embodiment of the present invention, the server generally stores the user information of the user and the exercise prescription corresponding to the user, and the exercise prescription can be updated according to the existing user information and exercise statistics.
When a user needs to do pull exercise, the server issues a recently generated exercise prescription to the intelligent terminal, after the intelligent terminal receives the exercise prescription, the specified working mode in the exercise prescription is determined, and the working mode is synchronized to the tensiometer, for example, the exercise prescription requires the user to complete 50 times (target stretching times) of pull exercise more than 5 kilograms before countdown (target stretching total duration) is finished, then the intelligent terminal informs the tensiometer to enter the countdown mode, a timing device of the tensiometer sets countdown time, and sends pull data (pull value size) and time data (pull duration) to the intelligent terminal when the user starts the pull exercise. The intelligent terminal generates movement statistical data according to the tension data and the time data, and compares the movement statistical data with a target value of the movement prescription, so that a user is reminded of achieving the movement target.
During the process of performing tension exercise or after the tension exercise of a user is finished, the intelligent terminal uploads the exercise statistical data of the tension exercise of the user to the server, and the server updates the existing exercise prescription according to the exercise statistical data and user information, so that the exercise prescription is more suitable for the exercise requirements of the user; on the other hand, the intelligent terminal can also upload the motion target achievement condition of the user for performing the tension exercise to the server, and the server records the motion prescription achievement condition of the user, so that the intelligent terminal can be used for performing online comparison and spelling by the user, constructing a tension exercise circle and improving the enthusiasm of the user for performing the tension exercise.
Through the mode, the server can automatically update the exercise prescription after the user takes the tension exercise, so that the exercise prescription can be continuously improved according to the exercise condition of the user, when the strength and the endurance of the user take the tension exercise every time are improved, the exercise prescription can improve some difficulties, and the user is further promoted to build the body by matching with the physical condition of the user.
The above mentioned working mode can be changed according to different exercise prescriptions, for example, the intelligent terminal is used for taking the tension value meeting the preset tension value range as an effective count, and comparing the effective count with the total number of target stretching times to determine the achievement condition of the exercise target; for another example, the intelligent terminal is used for performing stretching duration statistics under the condition that the stretching force value meets the preset stretching force value range and the stretching time interval meets the preset time interval range, and comparing the stretching duration statistics result with the target stretching total duration to determine the achievement condition of the moving target. It can be understood that although the above mentioned is that the intelligent terminal compares and processes various data, in some cases, the tension meter itself may also have a function of comparing and processing various data, at this time, the tension meter may accumulate the stretching times or the stretching duration according to the working mode, so as to determine the achievement of the moving target, and finally, the achievement of the moving target and the detailed data of the process thereof are sent to the intelligent terminal for displaying and/or uploading to the server.
It can be understood that the exercise statistical data of the user can be displayed on the intelligent terminal and/or the server, and a specific tension exercise analysis chart is provided for the user; the tension meter can collect the real-time tension value of the user in the movement process, and can also collect the information such as duration, direction, speed and the like corresponding to the real-time tension value, and the intelligent terminal and/or the server can clearly know the detailed conditions of the user in the tension exercise by analyzing, sorting and displaying the detailed movement process data, and is also beneficial to generating an accurate movement prescription based on the movement process data.
The access of the intelligent terminal provides a multi-user spelling function, the pulling force exercise progress of the users can be reminded in real time in the user spelling process, for example, under the condition that the intelligent terminal is accessed into more than two tension meters, the intelligent terminal displays respective motion statistical data of the more than two tension meters on a display screen of the intelligent terminal, and prompts the achievement condition of a motion target of the user and/or carries out online spelling competition according to the comparison result of the respective motion statistical data.
The following scenarios may apply in particular: the two users face to face and respectively hold one tension meter, the two tension meters are connected with the intelligent television, the sports entertainment application is opened on the intelligent television, the sports entertainment application supports double-person online, the two tension meters and the intelligent television are synchronized to the same working mode, when the two users hear a starting instruction sent by the intelligent television, the two users start to do corresponding tension actions according to the instruction of the intelligent television, and the intelligent television determines respective completion conditions of the two users according to the motion data respectively uploaded by the two tension meters, and can remind the laggard users to refuel and pursue and the like. Two or more users may also be online over a local area network or the internet, for example, by using a sports entertainment application on a smart phone for online mosaicking, in which the users each log in an account, the sports entertainment application performs data interaction with the server, and the server can display the sports conditions of all users on an interface of the sports entertainment application, so that online comparation of sports data is realized. Through above-mentioned amusement motion mode, promoted the user greatly and carried out the enthusiasm that the pulling force was taken exercise, promoted the user and taken exercise voluntarily.

the timing device is used for providing time data corresponding to the tension data;
the storage device is used for storing the tension data and the time data and also storing the exercise prescription;
the control processing device is connected with the sensing device, the timing device and the storage device and used for generating motion statistical data according to the tension data and the time data in the process that a user pulls the tension meter and prompting the achievement condition of a motion target of the user according to the motion statistical data and the motion prescription, wherein the motion statistical data comprise at least one of the tension value, the stretching holding time, the stretching times, the stretching time interval and the stretching time;
the data transmission device is connected with the control processing device and is used for uploading the motion statistical data to an intelligent terminal and/or a server and receiving a motion prescription generated and issued by the intelligent terminal and/or the server according to the motion statistical data and/or user information;
under the condition that the intelligent terminal is connected with more than two tension meters, the intelligent terminal and the more than two tension meters are synchronized to the same working mode, motion statistical data corresponding to the current motion are generated according to the tension data and the time data, and the achievement condition of the motion target of the user is prompted according to the motion prescription and the motion statistical data corresponding to the current motion;
the motion prescription comprises a target total stretching duration, the control processing device is further used for conducting stretching duration statistics under the condition that the stretching force value meets a preset stretching force value range and the stretching time interval meets a preset time interval range, the stretching duration statistics result is compared with the target total stretching duration, and the achievement condition of the motion target is determined.
2. The exercise monitoring and exercise management tensiometer according to claim 1, wherein the gripping device comprises a connecting portion, the gripping device being detachably connected to the bungee cord via the connecting portion; the control processing device is further used for switching to a weighing mode according to a user instruction, in the weighing mode, the object to be weighed is connected with the connecting portion, and the control processing device determines the weighing value of the object to be weighed according to the sensing value of the sensing device.
3. The athletic monitoring and athletic managing tensile force gauge of claim 1, wherein the athletic prescription includes a target total number of stretches;
and the control processing device is also used for taking the tension value meeting the range of the preset tension value as an effective count, comparing the effective count with the total target stretching times and determining the achievement condition of the motion target.

The tension meter for motion monitoring and motion management according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a prompting device and a control panel, wherein the prompting device and the control panel are respectively disposed at different positions of the holding device, or the prompting device and the control panel are integrated to be disposed in the holding device as a touch screen, the control panel is connected to the control processing device to switch the working mode of the tension meter, and the prompting device is connected to the control processing device to prompt the tension meter for measurement data in different working modes.

The tension meter for exercise monitoring and exercise management according to claim 1, further comprising a tension sensor for acquiring direction information and/or speed information of the user pulling the tension meter, wherein the tension sensor is connected to the control processing device, and the control processing device prompts the user to adjust the action of pulling the tension meter according to the direction information and/or speed information.
6. A system for athletic monitoring and athletic management, comprising:
the tension meter comprises a sensing device and/or a timing device, the sensing device is connected with the elastic rope of the tension meter to obtain tension data corresponding to the tension meter pulled by a user, and the timing device is used for providing time data corresponding to the tension data;
the intelligent terminal is in communication connection with the tension meters, and under the condition that the intelligent terminal is connected with more than two tension meters, the intelligent terminal and the more than two tension meters are synchronized to the same working mode and used for receiving the tension data and/or the time data and generating motion statistical data according to the tension data and/or the time data, wherein the time data are provided by at least one of the timing device, the intelligent terminal and the server, the intelligent terminal is further used for receiving a motion prescription set by a user or generated by the server and prompting the achievement condition of a motion target of the user according to the motion statistical data and the motion prescription, and the motion statistical data comprise at least one of tension value magnitude, stretching holding time length, stretching times, stretching time interval and stretching time; the exercise prescription comprises a target stretching total duration, and the tension meter or the intelligent terminal is further used for counting the stretching duration under the condition that the tension value meets a preset tension value range and the stretching time interval meets a preset time interval range, comparing the result of counting the stretching duration with the target stretching total duration and determining the achievement condition of the exercise target;
and the server is in communication connection with the intelligent terminal and is used for receiving the motion statistical data uploaded by the intelligent terminal, generating a motion prescription according to the motion statistical data and/or the user information and issuing the motion prescription to the intelligent terminal.
7. A configuration method of motion monitoring and motion management, applied to the system of motion monitoring and motion management as claimed in claim 6, wherein the configuration method comprises:
the server receives user information and motion statistical data uploaded by the intelligent terminal, wherein the user information is obtained according to at least one of the following modes: set by the user, uploaded by the user, automatically generated according to the historical physical data and/or the motion data of the user;
the server generates an exercise prescription according to the exercise statistical data and/or the user information, and sends the exercise prescription to the intelligent terminal, wherein the exercise prescription comprises the total target stretching times and/or the total target stretching duration;
under the condition that the intelligent terminal is connected with more than two tension meters, the intelligent terminal and the more than two tension meters are synchronized to the same working mode, motion statistical data corresponding to the current motion are generated according to the tension data and the time data, and the achievement situation of the motion target of the user is prompted according to the motion prescription and the motion statistical data corresponding to the current motion; the exercise prescription comprises a target stretching total duration, and the tension meter or the intelligent terminal is further used for counting the stretching duration under the condition that the tension value meets a preset tension value range and the stretching time interval meets a preset time interval range, comparing the result of counting the stretching duration with the target stretching total duration and determining the achievement condition of the exercise target;
and the intelligent terminal uploads the motion statistical data corresponding to the motion to the server so as to update the motion prescription in the server and/or uploads the achievement situation of the motion target of the user to the server so as to determine the completion situation of the motion prescription.
8. The method of configuring athletic monitoring and athletic management of claim 7, further comprising:
and the tension meter or the intelligent terminal is used for taking the tension value meeting the range of the preset tension value as an effective count, comparing the effective count with the total target stretching times and determining the achievement condition of the moving target.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the step of prompting the user of achievement of the exercise goal according to the exercise prescription and the exercise statistical data corresponding to the exercise comprises:
and under the condition that the intelligent terminal is accessed to more than two tension meters, the intelligent terminal displays respective motion statistical data of the more than two tension meters on a display screen of the intelligent terminal, and prompts the achievement condition of a motion target of a user and/or carries out online match competition according to the comparison result of the respective motion statistical data.
