The end parts of the upper template 1 and the lower template 2 are respectively provided with a punch cylinder 14, the punch cylinders 14 are in driving connection with the corresponding drawing plates 11, the drawing plates 11 are controlled to move transversely, and the switching between the punching state and the non-cutting state of the punch 6 is realized. The convex parts 12 and the concave parts 13 on the drawing plates 11 are arranged in a wavy and smooth manner, one drawing plate 11 corresponds to one row of punches 6, and the distance between the convex parts 12 and the concave parts 13 is equal to the distance between the same ejection and pressing screws 9.

When the device is used, the numerical control panel of the punch press is operated to drive the cylinder 14 of the punch press to control the drawing plate 11 to move transversely, and when the die works normally, each punch 6 is in contact with the convex part 12 of the drawing plate 11, so that the louver can be cut normally; when the cutting of the blind is to be suspended, the drawing plate 11 is moved laterally by a specific amount, the punch 6 is brought into contact with the recess 13 of the drawing plate 11, the gap between the upper and lower punches 6 is increased, and when the die is closed, the upper and lower punches 6 are no longer brought into contact with each other, and the cutting of the blind is stopped.
The embodiment also provides a fin transverse cutting die which comprises the shutter sub-die adjusting structure.
In conclusion, the adjusting structure of the shutter sub-die and the fin transverse cutting die are provided with the drawing plate with the concave-convex parts to control the specific punch to cut or not cut, so that the sub-die has the function of suspending punching, and when the adjusting structure is applied to the whole die, some punches can be selectively adjusted and controlled to work, so that a plurality of types of fins can be processed by one die, the die cost is reduced, and the die universality is improved.
Claims (8)
1. A shutter secondary die adjusting structure comprises an upper die plate and a lower die plate which are arranged in a matched mode, wherein an upper punch fixing plate is arranged on the upper die plate, a lower punch fixing plate is arranged on the lower die plate, a plurality of punch holes are formed in the upper punch fixing plate and the lower punch fixing plate respectively, a punch is arranged in each punch hole in a penetrating mode, the punch of the upper punch fixing plate is abutted to the punch head end of the punch on the lower punch fixing plate to achieve punching, stepped holes are formed in the upper die plate and the lower die plate respectively and correspond to each punch, jacking screws are arranged in the stepped holes in a floating mode through springs, limiting nails extending into the stepped holes are arranged at the tail ends of the punches and are in threaded connection with the limiting screws, movable drawing plates are arranged above the upper die plate and below the lower die plate respectively, and convex portions and concave portions are arranged on the drawing plates, under the condition that the convex part of the drawing plate abuts against the jacking screw on the template corresponding to the drawing plate, the punch on the template corresponding to the drawing plate is in a punching state; and under the condition that the concave part of the drawing plate abuts against the jacking screw on the template corresponding to the drawing plate, the punch on the template corresponding to the drawing plate is in an uncut state.

The sub-mold adjusting structure of the blind window as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ends of the upper mold plate and the lower mold plate are respectively provided with a punch cylinder, the punch cylinder is in driving connection with the pulling plate corresponding to the punch cylinder and is configured to control the pulling plate corresponding to the punch cylinder to move transversely, so as to realize switching between a punching state and an uncut state of the punch on the mold plate corresponding to the punch cylinder.
