Abstract
The invention discloses a device and a method for sharing metering appliances through network communication, wherein identification codes are respectively arranged on each metering appliance, when a terminal computer needs detection data detected by a certain metering appliance, the identification codes on the metering appliance are scanned by a scanning device, a server inquires the metering appliance corresponding to the identification codes and an access computer thereof, and occupancy information about the occupancy relationship between the metering appliance and the terminal computer is generated and notified to the access computer for storage. The forwarding system of the access computer intercepts detection data of the metering appliance and sends the detection data to the terminal computer which has an occupied relation with the detection data. The invention can meet the use demands of a plurality of terminal computers by only arranging fewer metering devices, avoid the damage of the metering device interfaces and the terminal computer interfaces caused by frequent plugging, prolong the service life of equipment, simultaneously, the metering devices do not need to be completely allocated on each station, reduce the input cost of the equipment and realize the sharing of the metering devices.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sharing equipment, in particular to a system and a method for sharing a metering device through network communication.
Background
With the development of internet applications, the popularization of industrial internet and the penetration of intelligent manufacturing applications, various application systems of manufacturing enterprises gradually change from a traditional client/server architecture to a browser/server architecture. Quality management is an important component of intelligent manufacturing, and collection of quality data provides the most basic data for quality management. The quality management of manufacturing enterprises can use equipment such as a three-coordinate measuring instrument to automatically collect in mass production, and a large amount of quality data needs to be manually measured and collected.
When the data is manually collected, the system is manually recorded or recorded by manual reading, so that the labor intensity is high, the error is high, and the recording error rate is high. If the digital acquisition metering device with the function of directly uploading the detection data to the computer is used, the working efficiency of quality detection personnel can be obviously improved, the working intensity is reduced, and the quality of the quality data is improved.
In the application system of the browser/server architecture, the browser on the terminal computer does not allow the application program to directly access the hardware device of the terminal computer for safety, and the server of the application system of the browser/server architecture cannot actively send information to the browser on the terminal computer. Quality detection systems based on browser/server architecture can only use digital acquisition metrology tools that can simulate keyboard inputs. The existing measuring appliances of a plurality of brands provide the function of being directly connected with a terminal computer, can directly transmit measurement data to the computer, and can directly fill the quality data into a detection record in cooperation with corresponding quality detection software.
However, no matter which technology is used, a current quality detection system based on digital acquisition metering devices can only be connected to one terminal computer for the connected computer, if the metering devices are used on other computers, the metering devices can only be connected to another terminal computer after being pulled down from the terminal computer, the operation is troublesome, and the connection reliability of the metering devices and the terminal computer is also influenced for a long time. However, in some cases, a plurality of measuring devices are needed in one detecting station, but not every measuring device is used for a long time, so that a measuring device is commonly used in multiple stations. Some metering devices are equipped at each station according to the frequency of use, and some metering devices are equipped at two or three or even four stations. If all the metering devices to be used are fully equipped at each station, the metering devices accessible by the terminal computer have limited data, and the cost is higher.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects of the prior art and providing a system and a method for sharing the metering device through network communication, which are simple and practical, prolong the service life of the metering device and reduce the input cost of equipment.

the server is used for receiving the identification code sent by the scanning device on the terminal computer, inquiring the metering appliance corresponding to the identification code and the access computer thereof, generating the occupation information of the metering appliance and notifying the access computer to store; the occupation information is the occupation relation between the metering appliance and a terminal computer for scanning the metering appliance currently;
a forwarding system installed on each access computer, the forwarding system comprising:
and an interception module: the device is used for intercepting detection data detected by a metering device connected with the access computer;
and a forwarding module: and the terminal computer is used for sending the detection data intercepted by the interception module to the terminal computer which has an occupation relation with the metering appliance according to the occupation information stored by the access computer.
As a further improvement of the above system:
the forwarding system is also arranged on each terminal computer of the pre-use metering appliance, and further comprises a receiving module and a distributing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving detection data from the forwarding system on the access computer, and the distributing module is used for converting the received detection data into analog keyboard input information or automatically filling the received detection data into a form of the application program according to a stipulated format in the application program of a browser/server mode through a WebSocket communication protocol.
The identification code on the metering appliance is a bar code or a two-dimensional code, and the scanning device is a bar code gun or a camera.
And the forwarding modules of the access computers and the terminal computers send detection data through TCP/IP, socket or Websocket.
A method for sharing a metering device through network communication, which is completed based on the system for sharing the metering device through network communication, comprising the following steps:
s1: scanning an identification code on the metering appliance to be used by a scanning device on a terminal computer of the metering appliance, and sending the identification code to a server;
s2: the server receives the identification code, inquires the metering appliance corresponding to the identification code and the access computer thereof, generates occupation information of the metering appliance to the access computer and informs the access computer to store, wherein the occupation information is the occupation relation between the metering appliance and the terminal computer for scanning the metering appliance currently;
s3: the interception module of the forwarding system intercepts detection data detected by a metering appliance connected with the access computer;
s4: the transfer module of the transfer system of the access computer sends the detection data intercepted by the interception module to the terminal computer which has an occupation relation with the metering appliance according to the occupation information stored by the access computer; until the access computer stores another piece of occupancy information generated by the server.
As a further improvement of the above method:
the method also comprises the following steps:
s5: the terminal computer using the metering device at present converts the received detection data from the forwarding system connected to the computer into analog keyboard input information, or automatically fills the received detection data into the form of the application program according to the appointed format in the application program of the browser/server mode through the WebSocket communication protocol.
The occupation information comprises a forwarding signal, wherein the forwarding signal indicates the access computer to send the detection data intercepted after the current forwarding signal to the terminal computer of the corresponding metering appliance currently requested to be occupied.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the invention relates to a system for sharing measuring appliances through network communication, wherein each measuring appliance is respectively provided with an identification code, and a scanning device is arranged on a terminal computer. When the terminal computer needs the detection data of a certain metering appliance, the scanning device is used for scanning the identification code on the metering appliance and sending the identification code to the server, the server inquires the metering appliance corresponding to the identification code and the access computer thereof, and occupancy information about the occupancy relation between the metering appliance and the terminal computer is generated and notified to the access computer for storage. After the access computer stores the occupation information, the forwarding system installed in the access computer intercepts the detection data of the metering device and sends the detection data to the terminal computer with the occupation relation. Because the forwarding system exists on the access computer of the access metering device, the forwarding system can forward the detection data to any required terminal computer, so that the use requirements of a plurality of terminal computers can be met only by setting fewer metering devices, the damage of a metering device interface and a terminal computer interface caused by frequent plugging is avoided, the service life of the system is prolonged, meanwhile, the metering devices do not need to be completely allocated on each station, the input cost of the system is reduced, and the sharing of the metering devices is realized.
The method for sharing the metering device through network communication is completed based on the system, so that the method also has the advantages of simple steps, convenient implementation and capability of completing the sharing of the metering system under the condition of ensuring the production efficiency.

The present invention will be described more fully hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which preferred embodiments are shown, for the purpose of illustrating the invention, but the scope of the invention is not limited to the specific embodiments shown.

In the system of the embodiment, as the forwarding system exists on the access computer of the access metering device, the forwarding system can forward the detection data to any required terminal computer, so that the use requirements of a plurality of terminal computers can be met only by setting fewer metering devices, the damage of the metering device interface and the terminal computer interface caused by frequent plugging is avoided, the service life of the system is prolonged, meanwhile, the metering devices do not need to be completely allocated on each station, the input cost of the system is reduced, and the sharing of the metering devices is realized.
The forwarding system also comprises a receiving module and a distributing module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving the detection data from the forwarding system on the access computer, and the distributing module is used for converting the received detection data into analog keyboard input information in a general mode or automatically filling the received detection data into a form of the application program in a browser/server mode through a WebSocket communication protocol according to a stipulated format. And thus may be applicable to quality detection systems based on either client/server architecture or browser/server architecture. When the metering devices of the access computer have no occupancy relationship, the distribution module of the forwarding system inputs the detection data detected by the metering devices into the access computer.
In this embodiment, the unique identification code set on the measuring instrument is a bar code or a two-dimensional code, and the scanning device is a bar code gun or a camera.
In this embodiment, the detection data is sent between the forwarding module of each access computer and the terminal computer through TCP/IP, socket or WebSocket.
The method for sharing a metering device through network communication according to the embodiment is completed based on the above system for sharing a metering device through network communication, as shown in fig. 1, and includes the following steps:
s1: scanning an identification code on the metering appliance to be used by a scanning device on a terminal computer of the metering appliance, and sending the identification code to a server;
s2: the server receives the identification code, inquires the metering appliance corresponding to the identification code and the access computer thereof, generates occupation information of the metering appliance to the access computer and informs the access computer to store, wherein the occupation information is the occupation relation between the metering appliance and the terminal computer for scanning the metering appliance currently;
s3: the method comprises the steps that occupation information generated by an access computer storage server is intercepted by an interception module of a forwarding system, and detection data detected by a metering appliance connected with the access computer are intercepted;
s4: the transfer module of the transfer system of the access computer sends the detection data intercepted by the interception module to a terminal computer which has an occupation relation with the metering appliance according to the occupation information stored by the access computer; and until the access computer stores the other piece of occupancy information generated by the server, the access computer sends the detection data of the metering appliance to a terminal computer which has an occupancy relation with the metering appliance in the current occupancy information.
S5: the terminal computer using the metering device at present converts the received detection data from the forwarding system connected to the computer into analog keyboard input information, or automatically fills the received detection data into the form of the application program according to the appointed format in the application program of the browser/server mode through the WebSocket communication protocol.
The method for sharing the metering device is simple in steps and convenient to implement, sharing of the metering device can be completed simply through the system, and production investment is reduced while production efficiency is guaranteed.
In this embodiment, the occupancy information includes a forwarding signal, where the forwarding signal indicates that the access computer sends the detected data intercepted after the current forwarding signal to the terminal computer currently requesting to occupy the corresponding metering device.

the scanning device is arranged on a terminal computer of the pre-use metering appliance, and is used for scanning the identification code on the metering appliance and sending the identification code to the server;
the server is used for receiving the identification code sent by the scanning device on the terminal computer, inquiring the metering appliance corresponding to the identification code and the access computer thereof, generating the occupation information of the metering appliance and notifying the access computer to store; the occupation information is the occupation relation between the metering appliance and a terminal computer for scanning the metering appliance currently;
a forwarding system installed on each access computer, the forwarding system comprising:

and a forwarding module: the terminal computer is used for sending the detection data intercepted by the interception module to the terminal computer which has an occupation relation with the metering appliance according to the occupation information stored by the access computer;
