Abstract
The invention relates to a transformer substation waterlogging alarm device based on a GPRS system, and belongs to the technical field of transformer substation waterlogging alarm devices. The intelligent alarm device comprises a floating ball body made of a light material, a connecting rope, a magnetic sheet/shell and an alarm mechanism, wherein one end of the connecting rope is tied on the floating ball body, the other end of the connecting rope is installed on the magnetic sheet, the alarm mechanism is installed in the shell, a placing groove used for placing the magnetic sheet is formed in the upper surface of the shell, the alarm mechanism comprises a circuit board arranged in the shell, a central control chip is arranged on the circuit board, an SIM card module used for sending alarm information to an external terminal, a power supply module, a magnetic control switch used in cooperation with the magnetic sheet and a power supply interface module, and the SIM card module and the magnetic control switch are in communication connection with the central control chip. The invention can alarm the waterlogging of the transformer substation, eliminate the potential safety hazard caused by long-term waterlogging of the cable trench, improve the operation reliability of the transformer substation and improve the social electricity utilization environment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a transformer substation waterlogging alarm device based on a GPRS system, and belongs to the technical field of transformer substation waterlogging alarm devices.
Background
In recent years, heavy rainfall events are continuously increased, and part of old transformer substations are located in low-lying positions of terrains, so that the drainage capacity in the transformer substations is insufficient, and the waterlogging phenomenon is easy to occur. And part of the transformer substations are positioned in coastal zones and are influenced by external seawater backflow, so that the phenomenon of water accumulation in the transformer substations is easy to generate. Waterlogging has become one of the important disasters threatening the security of the power grid.
The transformer substation is used as a core node of a power grid, under extreme meteorological conditions, the flood control and drainage capacity of the transformer substation is related to the stability and safe operation of the power grid, and the power failure accident of the transformer substation caused by waterlogging can cause huge economic loss and serious social influence.
In order to avoid gathering of surface water in a station and accumulated water outside the station in the substation, the cable trench is in a water accumulation state all the year round, and a remote monitoring and alarming device for the waterlogging of the substation is urgently needed to be designed, so that the waterlogging of the substation is enhanced to be managed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the defects of the prior art and provides the transformer substation waterlogging alarm device based on the GPRS system, which can alarm waterlogging of a transformer substation, eliminate potential safety hazards caused by long-term waterlogging of a cable trench, improve the operation reliability of the transformer substation and improve the social electricity utilization environment.

preferably, the floating ball body 1 is an ABS plastic floating ball, the interior of the floating ball body is of a hollow structure, and a connecting hole 9 for conveniently tying the connecting rope 2 is formed in the center of the floating ball body 1;

3. when water is accumulated in the cable trench and the water level line touches the cable bridge at the bottommost layer, the buoyancy of the floating ball body 1 is larger than the attraction force between the magnetic sheet 3 and the magnetic control switch 8, and the magnetic sheet 3 is separated from the shell 4;
4. after the magnetic sheet 3 is separated from the shell 4, the central control chip 7 is triggered through the magnetic control switch 8, the central control chip 7 triggers the SIM card module, and the remote terminal is alarmed through the SIM card module by telephone or short message, so that electric power personnel are informed to drain the waterlogging.
The transformer substation waterlogging alarm device based on the GPRS system is reasonable in structural design, when a transformer substation is waterlogged, the floating ball body floats and pulls the magnetic sheet, the magnetic sheet triggers the magnetic control switch, and then the alarm module is triggered, so that transformer substation waterlogging alarm is realized, and accident potential caused by continuous soaking of equipment in the transformer substation is avoided. The alarm module of the invention can realize the over-distance wireless alarm by dialing the telephone and sending the short message through the GPRS network, and the alarm device has the advantages of sensitive detection, strong anti-interference, accurate and reliable alarm, convenient installation and operation, and the like. According to the invention, a series of measures such as alarming and treatment are carried out through the device, the problem of waterlogging and water accumulation of the transformer substation can be basically solved, the potential safety hazard caused by long-term water accumulation of a cable trench is eliminated, the service life of transformer substation equipment is prolonged, the safety and stability of the transformer substation equipment are ensured, and the operation reliability of the transformer substation is improved.
